Confirmed the night before and they confirmed they had a larger Luxury vehicle for us. Went to pick it up and it was smaller than our Jeep Cherokee. Extremely disappointing. Didn't want to put the 2000 plus miles on our low mileage vehicle. Well guess what - we ended up taking our Jeep! Will NEVER use them again nor will I ever recommend them again. I guess Gold Card Membership means didly squat to them.

The other person responsible for the car accident insurance was covering the cost. Maybe this is the type of car they rent out in that situation. Regardless it was a horrible car & I refused it. I went to Enterprise & was quickly taken care of & drove off in a shiny new 2016 Jeep Liberty. That's how you treat customers. Dont waste your time with Hertz!!!!

Hired a uber to take me to pick the car up and after arriving and waiting 45 minutes in the lobby the car wasn't available to rent. With approximately 25 cars in the lot available to rent I asked if I could rent anything and the answer was no.... No saying give me a minute to look or anything just no! I walked outside called customer service she said she would give me a free one day rental and I have no received that either through my email. I would NOT recommend this place. I asked to receive pictures and the other documentation they had. They sent pictures with no date on them. A report stated the date of loss was 1/13/25, which is a week after I returned it. They sent a picture of the mileage which was 25 mile more than the amount on the odometer when I turned it in. Someone obviously drove the car after I returned it and caused the damage. I'm still waiting on this to be resolved. I absolutely will not pay this
