More or less they have been pretty great at this location. I had ran into an issue with one of the cars that I rented and the store manager rectified the issue and I was pleased with the decision. So he definitely has great customer service. Cameron and Foxx also have top-notch customer service! They have a security guard who is very pleasant to talk to when they are busy. I recently had a minor bumper bender when an inattentive driver slide into the back of my truck during a rain storm, so that's how I ended up here - well not exactly. I was actually at a nearby collision center waiting on my ride from Hertz to pick up a rental that was set up by the other driver's insurance company. I was on my phone when in walked a young fast talking enterprise representative who acted as if he had been dispatched to specifically pick me up, when I questioned this turn of events being he was from Enterprise he told me he had been notified that I was waiting for a ride to pick up my rental and that it happens all the times it not a problem. After getting back to the rental car center it was no surprise at that point this guy sniped me from Hertz, he had no information and actually call the insurance company stating I would be getting my rental from Enterprise rather than Hertz, it was obvious by this time this was something that happens often and looking at the rates I'd say very profitable for the store. Well I called him out on it and he admitted it did seem that he did intentionally steal me from the other rental car company and laughed it off saying it was about me getting a car - unethical to say the least but I was over the BS and just wanted get a rental and be on my way knowing I'd never again return to this location again except to drop off the rental. Monday late afternoon till 7:00 AM on Thursday they billed the insurance company $185.00 the rental was good for a number of additional days in the event my repair was delayed that would have made the rental contract worth nearly $900.00 thankfully it wasn't required. Some may say who cares it was no money out of my pocket, well that's not the case actually, looking at my safe driver insurance rates in Florida, this kind of practice cost all insured drivers indirectly. The rental was just okay 1/2 tank of gas when I picked it and just barely clean I definitely took photos of all sides after doing a walk around with this and after pointing a few flaws he was quick to discount them as being less than a half dollar ding and the scratch's were smaller than a dollar bill. I had to have my personal vehicle serviced at the dealership on two separate occasions this year and had to rent a vehicle in the meantime. Not once but both times that I rented a vehicle at this Enterprise location, the entire experience was phenomenal! They have a employee there KAVON "MARK" JOYCE. Very Rude and nasty & honestly needs to be fired. A nice lady helped us when coming in showing us different available cars . We picked the car we would like and she put it on our account . We waited there over a hour to get it cleaned because KAVON said we had to wait our turn because other people are ahead of us . Which was perfectly fine . I then heard him whispering behind the desk saying he wasn't going to give us the car we requested because he didn't want to give out all his small cars . Then when asked about the car he said it was "taken " all of a sudden. Another employee told us we should go to another one because he wasn't trying to help us. I currently have a rental from them that was supposed to be providing safe and reliable transportation while my vehicle is being fixed from someone running a stop sign. I had the car 3 days and the check engine light came on. Not only did it take hours to get someone on the phone but they informed us "you can't drive that, it's not safe" and then never called back to let us know when to pick up the new rental. And they are closed on Sunday so they have left us with an unsafe and unusable car for a 2 day period. Huge inconvenience during an already inconvenient time. read more

Actually the worst service I have ever gotten! I had to rent once due to an accident that Gerber was fixing. I got my car back and a week later it broke down again. I have been without a vehicle for three days!! I was told that I had a reservation yesterday at 1:30, but then was told that they may run out of vehicles, they told me to call the other locations even though I don't have a way to get there, the other locations didn't have a car either and I was told if I wanted a car that I would have to walk to go get it, this has been the worst experience, and I will never use Enterprise again. I currently am going to call at 8 AM but I'm sure I'll be told that my vehicle is not there, it's not ready, or they don't have any, they do not pick up their customers like they say they will even though I live 2 miles away, I was on hold for a total of 30 minutes yesterday trying to get a hold of Taylor because she said she would try to have a vehicle ready for me at 4 PM yesterday. unfortunately she never answered the phone and by the time I was holding it was 5 o'clock, I really recommend anybody to go anywhere else other than this place, I am absolutely miserable and I take care of my mother so we have been stranded!!! Worst fucking days of our lives!! We never had such a hard a difficult time with any company EVER! The company is so hard to get a hold of, we spent all day, everyday for 3 days talking to multiple people telling us different things. We couldn't get a rental car due to their disorganization, when they said they would reserve a car for us, twice.. when we finally arrived there, they had already given it away, both times. It's the third day and they finally had a car for us, they said they would send someone to pick us up, we waited an hour before we called and asked if they're coming right now, we waited 11/2 more and finally called them again and they said someone close by on their way (mind you the dealership is only 20 minutes from our house according to gps). When we finally got picked up and arrived, they realized they gave another customer the keys to our rental, in all took them 2 hours to get back while I sat there, going through the wrong paperwork (according to my agent, when he finally returned) Half my day had now been wasted until I finally received my rental 3 1/2 days over due, that was unkept and had less then 1/4 gas tank left despite the papers saying it would have 1/2 a tank and when when we tried to tell them, they didn't believe us until we stood our ground and said we can turn around and bring the car back as proof and cancel our rental. We are so stressed, it's ridiculous!! No one answers their phone and when they do we are on hold for hours and provided with misinformation. There are no clear answers!! They do whatever they want, say and charge you whatever they want.. and bullshit you till your blind!! What a waste of time and strain on our health! read more

After creating a reservation for a full size truck over a month ago and confirming a few days and 2 days before the pick up date of 01/09/21, when I get there they don't have any full size trucks due to a license plate issue... they had a full size Nissan suv but wouldn't rent it out due to being under 25 as company policy. After asking if they would check other locations for a truck I was told I can go there and check even though my vehicle was next door at the collision center. I mumbled about the person confirming was an idiot due to confirming a vehicle that wasn't available, I was refused service. All of this was told to me by the manager. They say they treat you like family but that isn't the case at this location. I went to the location in Orange City and they had the complete opposite attitude. Made a reservation over the phone for a 3 day rental and when I went to pick up the vehicle it was not ready. I arrived about an hour late and was told that my vehicle was given to someone else, so I had to wait for a vehicle to be cleaned. Manager offered to let me bring back the vehicle 5 hours later on the return date. I did not need the vehicle for an extra 5 hours. As a matter of fact the only reason for returning on Monday is because they are closed on Sunday and do not accept Sunday returns. I emailed customer service that afternoon regarding my dissatisfaction and have yet to receive a response (this was 2 weeks ago) When I dropped off the vehicle the the rep was busy and just took the keys and put them in his back pocket. I was unable to discover my dissatisfaction once again. Since I never received a response to my email nor a receipt I checked my credit card and found that I was charged over double the price. I went to the rental location and the 'manager' took awhile to look up and research my invoice. Then said we were charged a $250 cleaning fee because of pet hair. We were never told about a cleaning fee or pet policy neither over the phone when the reservation was made or when picking up the vehicle. We have rented vehicles from several different rental car companies and NEVER had to pay a cleaning fee for having a pet. When that was explained to the manager he told me to leave the location that I was not welcome there and he threatened to call the police while directing me to the door. Of course they already have my $$$ so now they do not want to deal with me. I called customer service and they explained that their pet policy is online and if they have to "pay $100 to have the vehicle detailed they will pass along the cost and not eat it' I replied you pay $100 and charge me $250? Then he backtracked and said that it depends on the location and the severity of the cleaning needed. So I requested a copy of the invoice for the $250 cleaning fee. At this point I do not expect to receive anything since their service has been crap since day 1. Not sure if all locations operate like this but this is my first and last time renting from any enterprise. As stated before we have dealt with several other rental companies and never had an issue from pick up to drop off to invoicing. Very unprofessional management at this location and threatening to call the police because a customer is questioning their invoice is inappropriate and unprofessional. read more

He took the time out to explain the charges on my account, and even gave me a ride to the Deland Toyota Dealership for me to pick up my new car. He stated that it was on the way toward picking someone up to rent a vehicle. However, by doing that and the other kind things that he did to make me feel comfortable was simply outstanding!!!! Rented a ford edge for a week then a Nissan sentra for 3 weeks with a discount from Allstate, Bill came to 892 dollars for the one month,I was disgusted to see a 58 dollar surcharge, A charge for tires and battery although nothing was wrong with either,Then a VFL fee they call it. Absolutely ridiculous. I called them and they did nothing for me. I will never use these sneaky thieves again.
