A moment of silence if you please for my sadly departed and much loved Volvo S60, tragically killed in a senseless accident on the Merrion Road yesterday morning. The result? I am driving around in an Opel something or other supplied by the kind and patient people at Enterprise Cars on the long mile road (beside bike world - you cant miss it!). The transaction was straight forward, they pointed out the few bumps and scrapes and away I went... well, I stalled twice before I got used to it but otherwise fine. the system works...what else can I say!? read more

The worst car rental company ever. the staff was very unhelpful and very unkind. didn't try to help or to solve the problem. there was another group of 5 people from spain next to me and they also got very bad service, i would recommend everyone to find different car rental. read more

I'm extremely disappointed in the service that I received at this location. Despite notifying this office within 24 hours of the end of my rental period of an overcharge, over a month later I have still not been refunded the difference. Additionally, during my rental period I got a flat tire. I was grateful that I'd purchased the extra protection insurance. Only it turns out I didn't. While I'd accepted all the additional insurance offered, I was not offered the "Tire Protection." So despite having paid some 20 additional euros for insurance, the tire wasn't protected and I had to pay an additional 80 euros. Turns out if I'd totalled the car it would've cost me less. So overall, very dissatisfied and still trying to get the money back I was overcharged. Providing good customer service isn't difficult. You treat your customers as you'd like yourself to be treated. read more

I have to say the rental branch in Dublin is very very poor service, we have already had a reservation prior to the trip, but when we got there, they said the car is not ready, they had to switch to a bigger one then they add a huge charge on that, we spent 3 hours there, finally we gave up and paid the un-expecting charges. Even worth thing is now we have came back to the states for more than a month, 4 unauthorized charged reported from my chase credit card, after I called chase those weird charges are all traced to the enterprise rent a car in Dublin!!! read more

yes it's among the cheapest. yes, the cars are all recent. so let me tell you what happened to me: a day before the rental, I got a mail confirming the rental of a car of three size smaller, but at the same price (not the automated confirmation mail, that was for the correct car size) so I contacted the sender to no avail, and I called the customer service to clarify, getting reassured that everything was right. when I got at the place, they started claiming problem with the reservation. mail(s) at hand, I showed that their claims didn't make any sense. so they changed and changed their version of the problem, since they found one I cannot claim otherwise. so, long story short, they refused the rental because I had an Italian driving license. not expired, mind you, just Italian. now, this is what happened. I draw my own conclusions, and among them is that I will spend more for services that can reliably get me on wheels. read more

Very poor customer experience when i rented a car in Aug 2014 First off, the map on their website (Enterprise's own website) is incorrect. The actual location is about 500m away from where they say it is. As for the car itself, it was perfect, and their rates can be cheap if you book far in advance. But that is where the compliments end. When I arrived (10am on a Sat morning) there were about 5/6 people before me - it seemed like they were very busy all of a sudden which is obviously beyond their control. But I do have an issue with the complete lack of acknowledgement to the waiting customers, and the utter indifference shown to them by the staff. Despite having 5/6 people waiting, the 2 attending staff were about as slow and unhelpful as you could imagine, and spent approx 10-15 mins checking out each person. They were having long discussions with the customer at the counter (a good thing normally, but not when there is such a line) talking on phone internally, and really just infuriatingly slow. When I eventually (after about a 30 min wait standing in the office) got to the counter I informed the person that I was in a rush and wanted to move quickly, and they had me in my car within about 3/4 mins. My main complaint is why they could not have proceeded as efficiently with the earlier customers given that there was such a long wait. Bottom line - if you just want a car, its ok. But if you value your time in any regard, common courtesy, or just finding the place, then avoid this company. (NOTE they also do not accept drop-offs outside of business hours, which is extremely inconvenient) read more
