I went in with an insurance claim, a new rep assigned me to $120 vehicle, was my fault for not realizing it at the time since I thought my insurance booked it. Went back the next day to downgrade to a $60/day car and spoke with the manager. He had already refunded me and lowered the rate to $60 and let me keep the car before I even got there. If I could give 0 stars I would. I want to make it clear that my start to my rental experience was wonderful, the gentleman who dropped off my car for me was great. Whoever is in the office though, terrible! They called me at 9:22am Friday regarding my drop off time for the vehicle and by the time I had called them back at 9:29am they had charged my card an additional week for the rental! This is a reimbursement rental due to a not at fault accident, charging my card additionally prolongs the headache I have to have with the other drivers insurance company. I'm very dissatisfied with the service I received and the communication I had with the in-store supervisor. Caliber collision added in my notes that the car was expected to be done today, in fact it's been done since Wednesday and we're in insurance limbo because of all of this. Such an amazing experience here at Enterprise. We are in Covid times, with a huge shortage in employees, and still, Josie, the caring branch manager managed to make my experience fantastic. There was no one to come pick me up from the body shop for at least 30 minutes, so she picked me up with her own vehicle, on her way, just to make sure I don't need to wait so long. Then, she figured the car I was picking up is not large enough for all my car seats and equipment, so she upgraded me to a minivan, so I can fit everything with no hustle. Al through the process, she was kind, professional and with lifted spirit. No wonder she is the branch manager. If I was her supervisor I would not let her go either. Josie and the rest of the Enterprise team, thank you so much for caring for my needs even without me asking for it, and for having a smile on your face, which was contagious, and just made my day that much brighter!! read more

I wish I could explain everything that happened to me with this business , specially at the peachtree location. my car didn't start, I called for roadside assistance. They could not make it start. Then they made me call the towing people. They pick up the car and I went to the rental place to get an exchange of a car. They pulled up a paper asking me: why my car got into a crash, and why they were sending it to a service location 2 hours away. This is where calls were going back and forth. I spoke with several agents over the phone and none knew how to help me. They needed to confirm why my car was sent it to a service place 2 hours away when we have some around the corner. This issue took MORE THAN 5 hours. Escalation team never called me back. ALL THIS made me not being able to go for work and get paid. i decided to show up my face in person again because at some point none at peachtree location was answering my phone calls anymore. to notice that they were not busy at all, in fact no one was inside the place when I got there. So they were not trying to help me at all, 100 confirmed. This is ridiculous. I'll be back to talk to some of the manager. This is the worst service that I ever had in USA. I have pictures of the empty place. And videos of one of the workers saying NO to a costumer over the phone for a pick up on Thursday because is the day before the big weekend so she didn't want to be busy. unbelievable. I had a very good experience at this location. I went in on a very busy day without a reservation after dropping my car off at the repair shop. The guys were a great team, worked well together and communicated.Like a well oil machine very efficient. Corey especially was very attentive and personable and helped get me in a car. It was a pleasant experience. And I am completely satisfied. Same when I returned the car. Corey even drove over to get my car. Which was much appreciated. I was surprised how busy this location was almost like an airport location. But they are in a perfect spot near car dealerships. So if you are having work done on your car I highly recommend getting a car from this enterprise location. read more

My insurance was covering up to $30 a day, but it took several days to get Enterprise to get me a car that was fully covered. They gave me a car-- but first it was massive double cab truck and then a smaller suv. I drive a Honda Fit and a small car was what was covered. I asked for a small car. I also asked to take off the extra insurance I got when they initially gave me the biggest imaginable truck and I had to come back switch it out-- they said that insurance was canceled but it wasn't. I spent about an hour and half on hold over 3 separate phone calls to be told to call again later for a car that was fully covered. I finally drove there and asked if there was another location with a car that was covered. I was told I'd have to call around until I said it would have been good to know that earlier in the day. They said they could see what cars were available at nearby locations, but they couldn't help me get them. They can't reserve them and I'd have to call. They finally called and the other location was kind enough to stay open a few extra minutes so I could drive over and switch the cars. Overall, I ended up paying $140 for something my insurance was supposed to cover completely. It was a combination of lack of communication, not taking off the extra car insurance, and apparently their company not having the ability to check other locations for customers. I was in a bad car wreck this morning on the way to work. Luckily, I wasn't hurt bad or killed. My insurance recommended Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I went to this Enterprise location since I had been to this location a few years ago. They called me right away and said they would have a car ready for me. When I got there, the manager Ian at the front desk greeted us with a warm welcome and was very helpful through the process.Julio took us to inspect the car and he was nice as well. In any business, customer service is what makes the business successful just ask Amazon. I can recommend this Enterprise as a good place to rent a car. read more

Branch manager Josie gives the best customer service of any enterprise that I have ever been to and I've been using enterprise for 15 years. I had a rental through my insurance and the entire claim process has been a headache. But Josie has made sure every single thing related to my rental has been smooth and made sure I clearly understood the charges an everything. What Enterprise did was UTTERLY UNACCEPTABLE! Where do I begin?!?! Originally my car was hit as it was parked, I was notified by the insurance company that is taking care of it, that they scheduled a rental with Enterprise while my car was in the shop. Enterprise was supposed to would reach out to me to confirm the rental. They didn't. I had to reschedule taking my car to the body shop. I got rescheduled, was told by some lady at the Peachtree Industrial location (3931 Peachtree Industrial Blvd Unit 8 Duluth, GA 30096 United States) that after I dropped my car off at the shop, to give them a call they'll have the car ready! When I show up, they told me that they had NO cars and were sold out. This is the case for ALL ENTERPRISES not only in the Norcross area, but in Atlanta. I was told I will NOT find a car UNLESS I HAPPEN to get lucky. Now Enterprise explained what's going on with the storm in Florida, but the thing is the lady I talked to in Atlanta told me this is something that they've been in the talks about since last week so why would the Peachtree Industrial location not mention that there has been some shortages so it's not guaranteed because if that was the case I would of just waited to get my car repaired!!!! Communication is key, I can't believe a company is WILLING & ABLE to take cars away from people with reservations and leave them with NOTHING THE DAY OF. I had to spend the last of my money getting a ride to work. I am struggling right now to make it to pay day. Luckily, Hertz actually came through for me to get one tomorrow but guess what?! I can't even afford the down payment on the rental for Hertz because I spent the last of money getting a ride to work! The least Enterprise can do is reimburse me for having to spend my last dime on a ride so I can put it towards the down payment on the rental from Hertz!!! They can take a reservation, they just can't hold a reservation. Made a web reservation for a cargo van, when I went to pickup the van, I got the dreaded "uh, we tried to call you, but we didn't have a phone number for you... We don't have a van available"... eMail apparently doesn't count as a communication channel. The bottom line is, call a day in advance to double check on your your reservation and make sure they haven't screwed it up. I'll try Budget Rental next time. Made lemonade out of the lemons by picking up some marinated chickens next door at Patton's Butcher to drop on the smoker. Yeah boy! :-) read more

Ride the marta before you even think about laying down your visa to rent from this Enterprise Rent-a-car. Horrifying doesn't begin to explain the experience of this "vehicle". It's a car in the fact that it has four wheels, a battery and propels you forward... but... I would hardly call it reliable transportation or a fair rental. here's my list of gripes - Yes, they picked us up at the Mazda dealer up the street where we dropped off our SUV for service... in a car that reeked of cigarette - which I could smell from the outside of the vehicle - with all the windows rolled up. The power steering was definitely going in that car - hard to turn and god forbid you just let go of the wheel after you turn a corner... the thing snaps back fast enough to give a girl whiplash. We could play connect-the-dots between the numerous cigarette burns and the disturbing amount of stains in this car. I'm pretty sure it was previously a crime scene. If you turn on the A/C - guess what - more cigarette stench. Skin-permeating stank right there, folks. Thankfully today wasn't too hot and we rolled with the windows down. It drank gas like it was cocktails. We had to put a gallon of gas in to cover the 10 miles that we actually drove the vehicle. I was actually afraid to ride in this car. And I drive a little crappy base model car that, being 10 years old, is quite harrowing itself... but it's a TANK compared to this scare-mobile that we were charged money for. Well, we weren't charged... but the mazda dealer was... I've gotta go shower the enterprise off me now. read more

I should've called a day ahead to ensure my reservation would be ready. I didn't call because I depended on Enterprise to do what I call 'prior planning'. I reserved a vehicle, to be picked up at 7:30 a.m. I arrived, and they had one vehicle, according to the customer service representative. And, that ONE VEHICLE was inoperable (a nail in the tire). I was told they could give me a pick up truck. Well, if I WANTED a pick up truck, I would have RESERVED a pickup truck. So, I declined. Then, I was told he could go to another location and pick up a vehicle and bring it back. There was only one problem with that - the Enterprise rental in the surrounding areas didn't HAVE any more vehicles (I know, because I called). So, again, this wasn't helpful, and I declined. Needless to say, my credit card had a hold on it with the rental charge AND the $250 hold charge. The only reason I am giving this establishment a 3-star rating is for its quick reversal of the charge to my credit card and the cordial demeanor of the customer service representative. I reserved a vehicle with a pickup time of 7:30 a.m. for a reason - I needed to be on the interstate shortly thereafter. As the customer, I do not think I should have to call to ensure my rental vehicle is serviced and ready. Prior planning is everything when it comes to delivering exceptional customer service. I should've called a day ahead, but I depended on my reservation and my payments to do all the 'talking' that needed to be done. Sadly to say, I was HIGHLY disappointed. read more

I rented from the Duluth Georgia location and drove to Destin. I realized once I was here that the car I rented had an expired license plate so I called the Georgia location and I was told to contact the closest office and ask for an exchange. I tried calling the Destin office several times and my calls kept being placed on hold with no one ever actually picking up to speak with me. So I drove to the office at the advice of the coorporate representative that I also called with my situation. I waited 20 minutes to be seen by the manager Desiree. The entire time the phones were ringing non stop and there were five employees standing around and ignoring the phones. When I finally got to speak with Desiree she told me she doesn't have any cars and she would call me that afternoon to let me know when one came in at 2-3pm. I gave her my information and I was the one that had to call her at 4pm. First I was delighted that someone actually answers the phone but Iwas told that she had employees getting more cars from the airport and would call me back when they got back. I never heard back. So I contacted corporate offices at around 8:00 pm through social media. There I was told that the regional manager had been contacted and the situation would be fixed by tomorrow. It has now been about 30 hours since I notified Enterprise that I needed an exchange and not one single person has been able to help me and I'm driving around with an expired tag on my family vacation. Thanks Enterprise for making my vacation soooo relaxing by renting me a car with expired tags!!!! So...when I do get a ticket for this I'll be glad to post that picture and updated review. Update: it took 2.5 days to sort out my issue and many phone calls. They won't even let me talk to a regional manager. Enterprise had triple A bring me a van to exchange and it reeks of mold/mildew. That is what I got for all my complaining...a moldy vehicle. I will never do business with this company again. read more

Rented a car from here for Thursday - Sunday. Staff warned us to return by Sunday morning itself because even though the store is not open on Sunday, they have video cameras to check what time we return the car. we returned the car on Sunday morning. Guess what! They charged us 50$ extra without any notifications. Thank god I track my credit card expenses. I called them just now and I am told "We are not open on Sundays so you cannot return on Sundays. According to our records YOU kept the car in OUR location for one more day". I am like I was told differently and he wanted to check with something with someone, put me on hold. Anyway he said he will do a big favor to me by returning the money and calling me right after that. i don't think he is going to call me back but he might return the money. In that case I will let it go otherwise I will have to call them back to get my money! read more

So mad! Never even written a review before but here goes: I rented a car from Enterprise in Duluth Ga off of Peachtree Industrial off of carrentals.com. They had given me a total of about $133 online. Now I knew it was going to be higher than that because day before I got my rental I called to ask how much full coverage would be a day - $35, and I was going to get that added when I got there. In my head for 3 days I knew that would come up to at least $238. And I also wanted to add an additional driver and had absolutely no idea how much that cost me, whether that's charged by day or what. But no worries, I knew I was still going to be on budget for my vacation. So I get there the next day and was told I'd be charged $304 and something cents. I was a little surprised how far that went up, but there were young driver fees and etc, etc. I just said okay. And now I really made sure that that was my final charge. No more fees. I asked directly, before I handed the guy my card "Is this my total, meaning no extra charges unless I fail to return on time and would therefore get charged another day?" He said "Yes, $304 something cents." I made a note in my phone of this. It was a completely different story when I got back from my 3 day trip. They gave me my receipt, which tired from a 6 hour drive, I didn't pay attention to until I left the store. They had charged me an extra day. That's $103! For some reason they EXPECTED me to not return on time and just carelessly charged me for it and at a higher rate than the other 3 days at that. And that's not the worst part. I called the store and they said they would do a refund. I waited for it to come through. By the next day it hadn't. So I called again. They said they had done the refund at night June 2nd. Today is June 6th. It has not shown up and so I have decided to quit calling them, because obviously the conclusion is that the manager of that store flat out lied when he told me about the refund (as if I was just going to forget they took $103 from me?) and called my credit card company to dispute their overcharge. Just hoping it's not even more of a hassle now. The Enterprise employees SEEMED polite in the moment but in the grand scheme of things were just plain shady and criminal. Showed up to pick up a truck I rented for the day for business but it was delayed in being transferred from another office. I was thankful I had my ride stay. A little disappointing because I was on a time line but I was able to juggle my schedule and make it work. I was nervous to rent from here based on some of these other reviews however i was very pleased with my experience and would def rent from them again. They price matched a competitor's price and made sure I had a choice of vehicles to pick from. (New cars -low mileage) It's run by young guys who are well trained and professional and seem customer focused. All charges were as expected. read more

Tuesday, 8/26 I went to the Enterprise RentaCar location off of Peachtree Industrial to rent a car for a couple of days. The reason I picked this location is because my mom suggested that I go there because it was close to our house. She also rents an average 5/6 cars a month from this location. Joey was the person who greeted me at the front desk. When I got there they did NOT have a number of things. I asked for a full size car but they did not have one so they were going to give me a small SUV at the same price. The car was not ready and needed to be cleaned. The girl working rushed out and cleaned the car, a five minute clean does not really do much! When asked if I wanted the insurance I said, because the American Express card that I was using covered rental car. He question me a couple of times but I still declined. When we got out to the car I was told not to go far because the car was on EMPTY! (I returned it half full!) After doing the walk around the car the associate claimed that everything looked like normal wear and tear and that there was no damage to the vehicle. I did point out that there was a spill in the trunk, looked like coffee, that was not during the ladies five minute clean. I also found a couple of empty packs of cigarettes that were not thrown out! Needless to say I drove the lot off of the lot and went straight to the gas station. I dropped the car off on Friday night and left the keys in the overnight key drop. I received a call on Saturday morning saying that there was damage to the car hood but they were going to rent the car out to someone else. I didn't think that was fair but by law they said it was. I now seem to owe them $700 for a car that I did not damage. Not to mention in the pictures you can barely see anything! Not sure how you can help but I thought you should know!
