DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! This dealership sold me a truck with a bad transmission and engine. It was obviously patched to disguise its problems until after it was purchased. This is an unbelievably dishonest auto dealership. The truck has had one issue after another. The last shop to give me a quote on how much it would be to fix it said it would cost over $14,000!! Yes, thousands to fix a used truck with less than 100k miles on it. Just had to buy a new battery for the truck today. Look at the difference between the (correct) new battery and the old battery that was in the truck when I bought it [pic]. It definitely did not have the right battery in it. Just a small example of the kind of deceitful behavior exhibited. If I could sue this place for selling a lemon, I would! They should not be in business. Heed my advice -- there are many dealerships to choose from -- AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COSTS!! Note for the owner: Do not bother responding to this post to give you/the dealership a call to discuss --unless you are willing to take this lemon truck back and give me my money back. I don't need to talk about how I was cheated unless money will be returned to me. Update and response: Please do not believe the owner's response to my initial post. They absolutely DO NOT inform customers of the condition of the vehicles. They scam customers. They patch the vehicles to sell them so that the customer is left with a piece of junk after they have bought it.

Buying a car on the internet is a little scary...lol I recently bought my first vehicle on the internet. I called Carma and talked to Aaron who was a great help with just the right information I needed. It took a couple of weeks for me to be satisfied I was buying the right vehicle. I was not in a hurry. Aaron was an enormous help answering my questions and forwarding me additional information. After I made a deal Jennifer was very helpful with paperwork needed to ship and register my vehicle in Oklahoma. After I finally received my vehicle several states away I am very satisfied. Love My truck! Thanks to and Aaron and Jennifer!!

Carma automotive group in Duluth Georgia stole $4500 from me. I paid it to them for a down payment on a 2008 Porsche Cayman S and they sold the car to someone else without returning my $4500 down payment back to me. They were unreachable on the phone and did not try to get back with me and resolve the issue. These guys are criminal and terrible people, I will press charges to the full extent of the law and do everything I can to shut their business down completely. This business would be terrible for anyone to encounter. Please do not ever consider doing business there. Help me get them shut down. Let's stop these criminals from ever operating again. Sincerely, John White

I asked KEVIN one very important question: has the car ever been SMOKED IN? He says "oh, noooo!" Was his response and I trusted him, BIG MISTAKE! So I had my brother who had just had knee surgery to go check out the car before I drive from Memphis to get it. My brother gets there and immediately knows it reeked of smoke even though they had tried to get it cleaned up and get the smell out. Then when I told them how disappointed I was with their lack of business ethics, that they would lie for the sake of one car sale, he tries to tell me my brother was wrong. That they had been burning incense in the car to get it ready for me! Ha! That was the most ridiculous lie I'd ever heard! At that point, he should have just been honest but nope. Sticking to his story. If he was lying about that, what else would he lie about?? (and the rest of the staff bc I talked to several people there, not just him)! LET THE BUYER BEWARE!! THESE ARE NOT HONEST PEOPLE TO BUY FROM!! RUN AWAY!!

Prior to authorizing a down payment, I confirmed with dealership staff that the total purchase price would equal the advertised price. After I provided written authorization for a refundable deposit contingent upon an independent inspection, the dealership introduced additional mandatory dealer-imposed fees totaling $1,245, including documentation, administrative, and reconditioning charges. These fees were not disclosed in the advertised price and were required in order to complete the transaction. Imagine, the dealership was trying to add on charges after the fact from them cleaning the car to sell! When I objected and requested that the dealership honor the advertised price inclusive of mandatory dealer fees, communication ceased on their end, not returning my messages. The vehicle was temporarily listed as pending and later relisted at a higher price on their site. Although no funds were processed, this conduct raises concerns regarding advertised price transparency and disclosure of mandatory dealer charges in direct violation of Georgia anti bait-and-switch laws. *UPDATE AFTER COMPANY RESPONSE*: As clearly admitted by the company, they completely agree with my entire review. Their made up bait-and-switch fees (such as attempting to add on a charge for cleaning the car) were told to me AFTER I had asked them for the total and provided written authorization (per their instructions) for a charge to my credit card based on that total, out-the-door price. Attempting to keep this original review brief, I left off many details. But here is another point which others should know: since I was buying from out of state, I wanted a dealer pre-inspection (of which I was going to pay from out of my own pocket). The salesman kept trying to get me to not send it to the local Audi dealer, but a CarX down the street. That raised more red flags.

This dealership completely turned things around, not only mending my relationship with them but GM as well. After I spoke with them, they took the situation seriously and worked with me to get it checked out. From there, the level of effort really stood out. Huge thanks to Micheal Brislin in particular. He went up to bat for me with GM and kept pushing for a better outcome instead of settling for the first answer. He also kept me updated along the way and made sure I understood what was going on at each step. In the end, they stepped up and made things right, and that completely changed my impression. Situations like this don't always go perfectly, but how a team responds makes all the difference, and in my case, they handled it the right way. I appreciate the effort and would definitely consider coming back because of it.

Nonetheless, after installing the wheel locks, the dealership refused to provide me with the original OEM lug nuts that came with the vehicle. Since these lug nuts were originally part of the vehicle I purchased, I believe they belong to me and should have been returned when the wheel locks were installed. A manager named Colton even tried to tell me that the vehicle did not come with all 24 OEM lug nuts. Really??? I do not say this lightly, be skeptical when dealing with this dealership.

Then I asked to be schedule for when a loaner would be available. The lady said this time "there are no loaner vehicles". Then she said "take the car to the dealership you purchased from." My friend who works at Kia told me not to visit Rick Case for service-related issues. He was right. But now that I have a first-hand experience with the type of service they provide. Mrs. Rita Case (owner), your dealership should do better. I will NOT be purchasing another Rick Case vehicle. They seem to want ALL business, not just ones that are $$$.

I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a used vehicle from Hennessy Cadillac…read more My brother and I purchased a 2019 Subaru Legacy from their used car inventory for approximately $19,000 cash. I want to be fair and give credit where it's due. Our salesperson, Dino Hill, did a great job throughout the sales process and was professional and helpful. However, our experience after the sale has been incredibly disappointing. The vehicle was sold with Hennessy's advertised used car inspection and included a 3-Month/3,000-Mile warranty. Less than one month after purchase and well under 3,000 miles of driving, we took the vehicle to Subaru for service and were informed that the head gasket was leaking. The Subaru service department advised us that this was not a new issue and that the leak had likely been present for some time. This immediately raised concerns about the quality and thoroughness of Hennessy's used vehicle inspection process. How does a significant issue like a leaking head gasket go unnoticed during inspection? To make matters worse, the repair was denied by Hennessy's Hennessy Care warranty. We then reached out to dealership management for assistance. We were repeatedly told that they were doing everything they could to help resolve the situation. Unfortunately, more than a month later, the vehicle remains unrepaired and is not safely drivable. Kyle Shoemaker, the Finance Director, even provided his personal cell phone number for communication, but eventually stopped responding altogether. Matt Cowart appears to be the only member of management genuinely trying to help, but even he frequently fails to follow up when promised. As for Mr. Kevis, he always seems to be unavailable or in a meeting. Throughout this entire process, we have remained polite, patient, and respectful. Yet it feels like the moment the paperwork was signed and the money changed hands, we no longer mattered. We understand that we purchased a used vehicle, not a brand-new Cadillac. However, that does not mean customers should be left with a major mechanical failure shortly after purchase and then abandoned when they seek help. We trusted Hennessy's inspection process and believed the included warranty would provide protection in situations exactly like this, especially given how it was explained during the sales process. Instead, we are left with a $19,000 vehicle that cannot safely be driven and a dealership that has offered little more than excuses. The responses we've effectively received have amounted to, "You bought it, it's your problem now," or "You should have purchased an extended warranty." That is not customer service. That is not standing behind the vehicles you sell. If you are considering purchasing a used vehicle from Hennessy Cadillac, I strongly recommend just staying away from them. We did everything right. We trusted the dealership's inspection, purchased the vehicle in good faith, and reported the issue within the warranty period. Now we are out $19,000 cash and have a vehicle that cannot safely be driven and a repair amounting over $5,000 to repair. Shame on Hennessy Cadillac for how this situation has been handled.

Initially, I was satisfied with my purchase at EchoPark. Elijah served as my salesperson and…read moreprovided excellent service. However, a problem arose shortly afterward. Within two days of acquiring my 2024 Volkswagen Jetta, I was compelled to bring the vehicle in due to an "engine service soon" alert. The vehicle's performance declined, and I encountered an error message stating P0010: Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit (Bank 1), indicating an electrical fault or failure with the camshaft adjuster valve. Consequently, I contacted EchoPark, and Orlando in the service department advised me to proceed to the Volkswagen dealership, given that the vehicle has only 48,000 miles and remains under warranty. Accordingly, I took the vehicle to Autonation in Buford, Georgia, on May 12. The vehicle was received on May 7, and the issues commenced on May 9. As part of my plans to visit Autonation, I was informed I would take an Uber to EchoPark after dropping off the vehicle. However, it took nearly two hours before I received assistance in arranging the rideshare. I interacted with at least five different staff members, none of whom were aware of the situation. Eventually, I spoke with Assistant General Manager Talon, who was exceedingly helpful and assisted me in reaching EchoPark. I waited at EchoPark for over an hour and was provided with a loaner vehicle as compensation for the inconvenience. Talon attempted to explore options for acquiring a different vehicle through the financing bank; however, the requirements for the vehicle I desired were more stringent. I subsequently decided against the Volkswagen due to the need for maintenance shortly after purchase. Since then, I have contacted Talon via phone and text messages without receiving any response. As of today, May 29, my vehicle has been in service since May 12, and no one, including Talon, has contacted me since May 15, despite multiple calls and messages. Rod in Sales called me and let me know my vehicle is ready to be picked up and arranged a rideshare as I returned the loaner. I am currently paying for a vehicle I have only possessed for five days, at a high interest rate. I also contacted EchoPark corporate, engaging with several agents and personnel, who ultimately provided minimal assistance and offered little follow-up despite my requests for a callback to discuss alternative options. This situation is entirely unacceptable and constitutes poor business conduct. I am disheartened by how EchoPark has managed this problem, especially considering its simplicity to resolve. Nevertheless, I would like to acknowledge the exemplary service provided by Rod, the Service Manager, or Sales Manager. His professionalism and dedication were outstanding and deserve recognition, potentially in the form of a raise or promotion. Although EchoPark did provide a loaner vehicle--an act of kindness--it does not mitigate the inconvenience caused nor the manner in which this matter has been handled. Management should have been more proactive in addressing this issue, maintaining constant communication, and seeking solutions that benefit both the customer and the organization. The total without labor in the picture is shown. The total with labor was over $5k for a vehicle I just purchased. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE AWARE OF YOUR VEHICLE PURCHASE. Thank God mine was under warranty. EchoPark you guys need to do better and compensate me for this major problem.

Fast forward a few months and we recently went back to Echo Park. Set up an appointment online for between 7 and 8. Got to Echo at around 7:30 and were told to sit in the waiting area. There were a lot of other people also waiting. My husband and I sat there until around 8:45, watching as employees looked frazzled and like no one had any clue what was going on. I finally went up to the desk to ask how much longer? Guy at the desk says they tried to call me multiple times on my phone (why? I'm sitting just a few feet away) which was a lie, I had no missed calls. I'm then told someone will be there right away. We wait for another 15ish mins and then leave. While I do appreciate Amber following up by text and answering my questions, Duluth is a long trek for us to go test drive a car only to sit around with no updates, no "we're busy, we'll be with you soon," nothing. Seems like this location has a management problem and maybe needs to hire more employees? Once we got the details about the car we were interested in, including an out the door price, it wasn't such a great deal after all. I'll be shopping elsewhere for my next car and cannot in good faith recommend shopping at Echo Park.
