So, we had a rental car from Enterprise while the car was n the shop from hitting the deer. First, they didn't have a car for our reservation, then they called every couple of days to tell us we had to turn it in. What a pain in the arse! The first time we had to talk to the insurance company as well as Enterprise's main office to get things straightened out while we were at the repair shop, for 2 hours. Enterprise said they couldn't get in touch with the repair shop so we had to turn the car in, but it turns out they had the wrong number. The repair shop said his office talked to them twice earlier in the week; how'd they have the right number then, but not now?! And why did they say they couldn't get in touch with him? They also said they wouldn't call his mobile, only the office number. This was not how I wanted to spend my day off. They wanted to know when the parts were ordered, when they were coming in, and when he'd be done with the repairs. Mind you, the hurricane blew thru and parts were being shipped from Texas, New York, and Florida. Plus, he found more damage once he started working on it and had to submit a supplemental claim and had to order more parts. The shop didn't have when they were ordered, but knew when he was charged and he had no clue when they'd be in. Oh, did I also say that Monday was a holiday?! I don't know why Enterprise needs to know all those details that the insurance company should be giving them. I will not use Enterprise again and I wish I could tag them in this post so they'd see it. read more

stay away......placed a rental reservation on june 26, 2024 for pick up on july 12th in dunn nc....went to pick up car and was told sorry but we do not have any cars to give you......i ended up not having a rental car for my vacation.....these people are pieces of crap...... read more

Always check the expiration date on the license plates tags before you sign the papers. The car they tried to rent up had tags that had expired eight months earlier!! The expiration dates should be part of the check list they go over but either they just marked it off without checking or just didn't bother to check it at all. We had to refuse that car because we could have received a ticket if we got pulled over for an expired license plate. The replaced that car with another car, but that car was not cleaned properly before being rented to us and it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. it was unfortunately the only one left available to rent so we had no choice. Next time we will rent from a different company of branch. read more

Not real happy with most recent rental. I reserved for the Labor holiday an economic car. Was first given a Rogue. In which the gas lid would not open. So then given a Malibu. That vehicle had a rattle in the front right wheel well in which Brandon said he would make a note of it (didn't) and ignored it. So I had to listen to that damn rattle all the way to Florida. No amount of music would drown it out. And it wasn't even on the beat. Soooo I had my son fix it. Which was a two second fix. They are rude and not very customer oriented when I call. I may started driving else where went I rent. They used to be really cool to rent from. As I have rented many times from them. But the last couple of times has been pretty sad customer service. There was one really cool lady that did help me but I forgot her name. Kudos to her!!! Only reason I gave two stars. read more

Jason the manager gave my 65+ year old mother a car that engine could blow at any second, and then directed her to call around to find a new one or call road side assistance. DO NOT get a car from this location, your day and or trip will be ruined. read more

Nathan Barber (I grabbed his business card on the way out) totally hooked me up. My car broke down, they weren't supposed to do same day rentals but they made an exception for me. They were polite, professional, and put up with my indecisiveness. Can't say enough good about these guys (the manager was equally as helpful). If you are ever in Dunn, NC, first of all I feel sorry that you are in Dunn, NC because it's a dump. But if you need a rental, see these guys. Best rental experience I've had this far. read more

I have rented vehicles from this branch for over ten years however, my last experience wasn't so good. I rented a SUV and traveled to Florida, the weather was fair so I figured I didn't have to use the A/C. Once the weather became warm and I tried to use the A/C it didn't work! With this happening on a Saturday and the little town who had a branch was closed therefore I had to drive from FL to NC with no A/C. The moral of the story is: Enterprise, ensure the A/C works in all of your vehicles prior to rented them. This should be done regardless of the temperature where you are located because your customers can rent a vehicle a drive to a warmer climate!!!! read more

They were super busy and didn't have enough cars for the 19 reservations they had gotten. I didn't even have a reservation but they went ahead and got me in line for a vehicle. The manager Shicora followed up with me and got me into a car as soon as possible without me having to go to a different city. Sharrie even picked me up the next day and was super sweet. When we got to the Enterprise office they were slammed with customers again! I was not expecting this location to be so busy honestly. But Shicora kept it all running smoothly and she did it with a SMILE on her face. The phones were ringing and she was able to multitask with them and the customers before her. I am just super impressed with her demeanor and calmness under pressure. She hooked me up with a big SUV and it was fantastic. I rented for a week and returned the vehicle and had zero issues. I am a loyal platinum member and I have never been so disappointed with the local Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Dunn, NC. To be specific, Donald was his name. I have been renting cars from this place for years and I have never experienced such abundant disappointment. Donald was very rude, not once did he smile. He made me feel unwelcome to the place. As soon as I stepped into the building, he did not greet me, he did not ask how I was doing, and he definitely was not the best impression of this place. He was no help at all. Before the newbies, Jack, Tom, and others who were there before were the actual help. Bring them back! Donald not only was very unprofessional, he was lazy. You could barely hear what he was saying and would hesitate if asked to repeat. It's like he had just woken up! So, if you think about going to this place, get help from someone else because Donald will not help you. He will only upset you. As long as he is there, I will not be returning to the Enterprise in Dunn. read more

Thanks to Jack at the Dunn location, I am happy to give this company five stars and will definitely use them again. Everything went great for the rental--they even gave me a free upgrade. The only hiccup was that when I went to return the car there was a discrepancy with the gas. But when I called about it they were willing to refund me the cost (basically trusting my word, which was wonderful of them). I'll be sure to show my thanks by using them again soon. And for others, upon returning a car, I would recommend taking a picture of the gas gauge with a time stamp with it clear you're on the enterprise site just in case you need proof to show you filled up. ;) read more

I live in Benson, NC about 8 miles from this Enterprise. I have always used them when I have had car issues and this Enterprise has always come through for me! ( I rented cars off and on for about a year, once, then any other times I needed one, whatever my need may have been.)Because they are the only ones who will pick you up around here, they stay extremely busy, but they always do their best to take care of my needs when it comes to a rental. I have always received the newest, cleanest cars and the customer service has been nothing less than wonderful. Though you may have to wait, it's because they are so busy, but the wait has always been worth it for me. I will always use Enterprise whenever I am in need of a vehicle, no matter where I am - they have my business!! read more

I had a fantastic experience with this Enterprise location over the past 24 hours. I picked my car up elsewhere and had some questions on returning overnight at this location. I called and was greeted by Brandy who gave me very specific information and made the process very simple. Unfortunately, I left my brand-new $300 sunglasses on the visor when I left the car. I called the next morning at 8:01 AM and was answered by Nathan. He went to the car, found my glasses and we discussed how I would pick them up. It was a very busy day for me, so Nathan was quite accommodating with any solution that I needed to ensure I got my sunglasses back. When I came into the store, both Brandy and Nathan were present and greeted me by name without me having to say who I was. Not to mention, I had my receipt in my email before 8:15 AM so that I could submit my corporate expense report. I literally cannot think of one thing that I could have asked for that they did not provide. Excellent service and I will be back! read more
