Avoid this Enterprise location - blatant disregard for ADA service animal rights We recently rented from the Enterprise on Zaragoza in El Paso, TX and had a nightmare experience that ended with them threatening to withhold our security deposit because of dog hair from our legitimate service dog. We informed the staff multiple times before and during the rental that we had a service dog that is medically necessary and fully protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Despite this, upon return they inspected the vehicle and immediately threatened to keep our deposit "due to the amount of dog hair." They were rude, dismissive, and clearly unprepared to handle service animals. Let me be clear: The ADA does not allow businesses to discriminate against service dogs based on shedding, hair, or "amount of mess." Service dogs are working animals, and some breeds/types shed more than others. The law protects our right to use them without penalty. Threatening customers with financial penalties for a protected medical accommodation is unacceptable and potentially illegal. This experience left us stressed, disrespected, and concerned about how this location treats other customers with disabilities. Enterprise as a company needs to do much better training on ADA compliance. We will not be renting from this location again and strongly recommend others avoid it as well. If you have a service animal, go somewhere else that actually respects the law. read more

AVOID AT ALL COST made a reservation over a week ago, getting constant emails about upcoming reservation. Only to be called 3 days before stating they wouldn't have a vehicle for me. I was told the reservation doesn't guarantee anything. I called corporate for help, was told would be called by a manager and never called. No empathy and no care. So I'm stuck without a vehicle for my trip in 3 days. RESERVATION DOES NOT MEAN GUARANTEE and there is no care to leave you high and dry. Use any other company. read more

Got my reservation in and was able to pick up my rental in a timely matter. Got on the road right away and rented it for a week! They had the vehicle filled up already. The return process was fast as well and staff was really friendly. Definitely will use their service again in the future! read more

The staff is rude and don't care about the needs of the customer!! Generally, I've had good experiences with Enterprise but this office is awful. I reserved a car for noon on Saturday which the website allowed me to do. I showed up at 1215 and the store was closed! I tried calling but the staff wouldn't answer and when I walked around the building, found someone, they said I should have been there at noon. I went in the next day 30min after the location opened and they had given my reserved car away. No one ever called me nor tried to follow up on my reservation! When I asked why no one called, the staff (Andy and Anahi) both said they were too busy and that I should have been there at noon or called them. When I said I did, they started an argument about how I didn't. I left and will never go to this location again!! Truly makes me wonder about Enterprise as a whole too. read more

This is my second time securing a vehicle with this establishment in town. I called and relayed to the representative (Edward) that I have a reservation and that it was made today; however, he proceeded to tell me he has no vehicles and I need to call another time....My suggestion to management is to train your representatives in the 'Art of Listening' because this goes a long way with customer service and can make or break the organizations reputation. After finally capturing his attention to understand that a vehicle has been reserved the conversation changed to a better tone, but no apology. Additional, upon arrival we were switched into another vehicle that was not what was originally told to us. How this happened is baffling, especially since several conversations between securing the rental and arrival had occurred. Renting a car was so easy! I was out of there in a 2020 corolla in less than 15 minutes. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my rental that same day. I was dreading ridiculous cancellation fees and getting the run around (especially during this corona virus chaos and no face to face service), but cancellation was just as easy as renting. Dominic helped me over the phone and Christine and Martin helped me with cancellation at the location. Although I didn't get to enjoy the rental car very long I will definitely be visiting this location in the future for my rental car needs. Great service! read more

No one ever answers the phone no matter how many times you call. Just transfers you to the call center, they promise they will get someone to call, no one ever calls. Don't let a payment be due though because they'll make sure to call you numerous times for that. read more

Had made a reservation and just called to ask about the paperwork I would need in order to pay with my debit card. The lady that answered was quite rude and hung up on me when I stated that I would need to cancel my reservation. I did not want to cancel, but she insisted that the paperwork I had to turn in was not going to be accepted even though it's the same documentation I have presented at the same location before. I get it, policy might change and I might not meet the requirements to rent a car. The problem is that the employee should not act rude and hang up on me mid sentence once I state that I need to cancel my reservation. she did not try to help me at all and acted like I was a bother the whole time. Had to drive home with a flat tire. Luckily it was 1.2 miles away. Called them at 9. Text message say 13 minutes arrival but didn't show up. Long story short I called 5 times to get my tire fixed. just now Do not use this location!!! There is another location less then 5 miles away. This location have a girl that works here by the name of Ariel who is rude af!!!! I deliver trucks therefore I use enterprise daily, and this is by location has to be the worse on customer service!! She hung up the phone in my face after she lied like there was no cars on the lot, not knowing I was parked outside!! She need to learn customer service skills or find another job!! I believe in management reflects leadership, so with that being said management needs to step their game up!!! After calling four times confirming my reservation, verifying the speciality truck I reserved would be ready for pick up, I was ultimately told there was no guarantee. Spoke w/Gloria the manager, expressed my frustration as I was promised a particular truck for my upcoming trip. Thank you Gloria for going the extra mile, making sure Enterprise did right & found exactly what I originally reserved. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME coming to this location as the other 1star reviews state the staff here is rude. I had a rental from CA that needed to be switched due to the tire being flat and having to drive back to CA. I called my enterprise in Poway and they said to just go to a branch in TX and they can switch it out. I get there and the person who helped us was telling us he would need to charge us for a new tire since he claimed that it's our fault it's flat. I called the location in CA and they told me to just have them pass the manager so she can talk directly to them. I told the gentleman and he just took my phone and walked inside with it. Then walked out a few minutes later and gave me the phone the manager in CA said she tried to have them bill their branch directly but they refused so they will just reimburse us once we get back to CA. This branch needs to work on their customer service skills because they will continue to lose business. read more

Be very careful with this company nationwide, I talked to the agent and the women Angela (by the way this woman Angela would not let me speak, she kept talking and talking), did not give me all the information about the rental, I asked her about the least expensive car for rent per day and she continued to sell me an expensive car, it was'nt until I told her that I saw on Enterprise on line that there were lower rates, then she gave me that rate. So I booked it and when I was going to process my payment with them the agent said I had to turn in the car the same day I check it out. I had originally told the agent a time I was going to check out the car and another time to return it, she did not tell me that I would have to turn the car in at the same time I check the car out. This is fraud, I hate it when people do not disclose all the information. So now I have to pay more. Everyone that needs to rent a car beware. read more

When picking up your vehicle take a book or ensure your cell phone is fully charged, believe me, you will need it. The staff is courteous, polite, friendly and professional. It just take a long time to get the car. The cars are never ready. They are always dirty and you have to wait for someone to clean them. I assume they only have a few people working because both times I have been there I had to wait. In addition, I saw people ahead of me also waiting for their car to be cleaned. read more

I've never had an issue with enterprise until now. I understand that the area here suffered bad weather in the last few days causing damage all around. That means rental cars scarce, i understand but when I call to reserve a car myself I'm promised a date and time by this specific location. The day of, i call again 30 minutes prior to ensure I'll have a car ready before I show up. An employee confirms, so I drop off my car at the body shop and call back enterprise to pick me up. What ends up happening when I call back--another lady on the other end informs me that she has no cars available and to call another enterprise location. I informed her I called to confirm 30 minutes ago and she replies that I must have called a 1800 number. No!? I called this office and the employee on the other end confirmed the location to me. So your staff is incompetent and I have to find another way home because of it. read more
