Maybe it's because El Paso airport isn't that big--no, really it isn't. The Gold Service is the way to go, too. Make your reservation ahead of time, when you land there's a text message telling you what stall to walk to, get in the car, show your driver's license at the exit and you're on your way. That's service I can dig, but it's the people here that make it special. Side note: the airport is responsible for this but this is the best marked car rental return of any airport I've been in, and I've been in plenty.

They all really made sure that I was well taken care of :) ! At first, I actually wanted to rent a brand new white 2023 Toyota Corolla hybrid :) ! I got all of my bags and items into the car and I was ready to check out when I noticed that it didn't seem to take my USB charging cord. I read the manual to make sure I didn't miss anything. Finally, I asked one of the male employees, who pointed out to me that the newer rental cars now only have the USB-C ports (and not the regular USB ports anymore). He said I would need an adapter to be able to charge my device on this new car. I was dismayed because I actually really wanted to try out the new 2023 Toyota Corolla hybrid. But I only had the regular USB charging cord :( . The National male employee was really nice and pointed out some other rental cars, such as a burgundy Nissan Altima, that would allow me to charge since they still had the regular USB port. So I rented the Nissan Altima instead :) ! It still served me really well and I was still really happy that the Altima got me around town :D ! Upon returning the Altima yesterday at the conclusion of my trip, the employee who checked my return was really efficient, and also really friendly and courteous :) ! I will definitely rent National again in the future for future trips :) ! Their cars are very polished and so clean :D ! My now fiance chose the jeep for us and our friends to ride in. Quick check in and quick return this time around. Hertz has the best prices compared to all the other rental companies around. My husbands car broke…read moredown (really who's car breaks down nowadays) and we needed a car fast). We were going to go to the airport but realized that the airport charges a "Airport" concession fee to rent a car from them. Hertz was a quick and painless process, they gave us a comparable car for like $20 a day. (I would suggest using a credit card instead of a debit card so they don't hold extra funds out of your bank account though). The car was clean and did not smell like feet or cigarettes, I cannot stand that, some companies tell people don't smoke in the cars but let people do it anyway. We ended up needing the car an extra week, and it was no problem, we just simply called them up and let them know. Upon returning the car, we let them know that we accidentally put a little more gas in it and it wasn't actually full all the way when we got it. They gave us a little discount and went the extra mile for us. I will always be a Hertz customer whenever I travel or if we ever have car trouble in the future, as long as their prices remain competitive, and trust me I'm checking.

Enterprise Car Rental Dispute…read more I am a long-time Enterprise customer. After driving away from the lot, I noticed that the gas tank was not full. I called them, and they said just return the car with the same level of gas. How would I know how much gas needed to bring it to the "same level" when i am at the gas pump? Very shady and unprofessional! After over two weeks of rental from an insurance claim, they charged me for a complete detail for $222.50. I own a husky, and admittedly, there was some dog hair that a good vacuum would solve. I was willing to give them the $50 cleaning deposit for the vacuum, but they insisted on a complete detail job where is not necessary. I feel they don't want to clean their cars between customers, just use any flimsy excuse to charge the customers. These people are crooks! I will never rent from them again. I am disputing this charge with my credit card company now; what a huge hassle.

We got a flat in the middle of nowhere, on our way to Chihuahua, MX, the double doors on the side of the van shake and squeak A LOT, it makes the van feel like an old bumpy vehicle that needs to go out of service ASAP almost all the seats are thorn, what a shame that when I told the owner about it he said yeah it's because of the use thats normal wear and tear I wouldn't go back to this place for another vehicle even if it was for free.
