Got picked up from the airport and taken directly across the border to my hotel in Juarez, MX. I am glad I decided to go with their service after I read all the reviews on yelp, tripadvisor, facebook, and google search. I had never crossed the border from El Paso to Juarez, Mexico. So I was unsure what the process was like. I called AndaleRide and had the pleasure of speaking with Joe. He was very knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. I had to cross over the border and meet up with my wife at the U.S. Consulate in Cuiadad Juarez Mexico. I had many questions regarding safety and procedures. Joe addressed my concerns and was extremely helpful. I used their app to make a reservations for the trip to Juarez and the returning trip back into the U.S. Making the reservation on their app was pretty easy and straight forward. On their app you can even give them your flight number so they can track your flight and make accommodations for you. They send you a text with your driver's name and vehicle information so you can find the driver right out of the airport. On the day of my arrival at the El Paso airport their driver Lucy Gonzalez picked me up right on time!! She was very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. I had not eaten that day so she helped stop by a restaurant so I can pick up some food. She then drove across the border and dropped me off at my hotel in Juarez. Lucy was very knowledgeable about the El Paso/Juarez area and border crossing. The whole experiences was great. I felt very safe the whole time. If you can, I would recommend you request her as your driver but I think any of the drivers AndaleRide employs would be the same because they fully vet their drivers. For my return trip I also got a text from Lucy before pick up at my hotel. I had the same great experience going back across the border to the El Paso Airport with an added priceless moment that couldn't have happened without Lucy's help. On the returning trip Lucy was extremely kind to grant what may have seemed like a silly request for 2 fillet-o-fish sandwiches for my father in law. My father in law used to live in the U.S. but has since returned to Mexico. He was also in Juarez just to accompany my wife. In Mexico their McDonalds don't have Fillet-o-fish sandwiches so he hasn't had one in over 15 years. When we asked Lucy for her help she was like "no prob, will do". She showed up with the fillet-o-fish and my father in law just had the biggest smile on his face. We were so fortunate to have her as my return driver and very grateful for her kind gesture. I can see no reason to charge me $25 if I want to have a second terrier sized pup. It causes NO interference or issues for the park, such a small dog in a fenced area is NO danger to anyone. Like someone else, I see it as simply stealing people's money. Otherwise, the park is nice, well-kept and quiet. Also, the rent is going up by $35/mo starting in February of this year. Given 190 or so spaces with around 95% occupancy, that amounts to a $6900 raise for the owner. per month, $82,000 for the year. Meanwhile that large an increase totally wipes out MY increase of $43 for the year. OK, so I got an $8 raise thanks to the park owner. Yes, I understand that taxes go up. But we pay our own utilities, So I don't see any need for $82,000/year. I doubt very seriously that this parks tax bill has gone up by $82,000/year.

Property manager, respectful , courteous and always on call and available if we have questions, concerns or if anything needs to get done. Cleanliness and maintenance always a top priority with employees. You always see maintaince employees making sure park is clean, and it is cleaner than others. Party hall available for rent. Washer and dryer availability. Safe gated park, quiet and calm atmosphere, lighted park, cameras on premises, with speed limit for our safety, and childrens. Safety of tenants is an obvious measure we see.  Small animals welcomed and we only had to pay a small affordable fee, and that was a big worry for us, since my kids couldn't bare to be without Schmidt our chihuahua,  cable. Transition from my previous place to Casa Mobile home park on 6145 quail ave. Has been one of the easiest and non regrettable ones for my family and myself. This is the place to live at!

I'm surprised the president of this company, Mr. Paul Corman, will allow these things to occur. I've visited and spent much money with Westside SunTravel before, but never had any unpleasant experiences. I've been dealing with them for a longtime but never had to dear with such unspeakable, selfish people Who had no common courtesy to their clients needs..we canceled all our Travel with them & ask for our copy of our passport and credit card back. This was at Eastside SunTrevor located at 1718 N. Zaragoza. My neighbor & I had an appointment with one of the agents at that place. On 31st of October at 10:AM to pay the Downpayment that we've been talking about for our trip. The problem was when we were conducting business at their office about a one hour later I needed to go to the restroom. So I asked them & They said their restroom is only for the Employees going as far to tell me to go to the next door to Popeyes or theother side insurance company's restroom. I couldn't believe what I was hearing... I even asked to see the manager & explained it to-her that I'm Elderly person my bladder is not dependable as it used to be therefore I need to go now.. but they wouldn't give it up still want me to go to next door... keep saying it's their policy. Most of us, when the time comes to go you have to go ... I couldn't believe what was happening. I have been with SunTravel before but never experienced anything like it.... The reason we went to the Eastside, we live close to buy it. It only takes five minutes to get there. So instead of driving way out to the west side since it's the same company we never expected anything like this... What upsets me was that they didn't have the simple common decency of allowing their clients who is elderly need to use a restroom. I don't think the president of this company Mr.Paul Corman, will never allow it something like this. Anyway, next morning on Friday the November 1st, at 9 AM I called Westside wanted to talk to Mr. Corman, but they told me he's not in so I asked for the manager and manager who's name is Ann, came on when I explained what happened she sounded like she's not surprised and she said it's their contract whatever that means... but I told her that I want Mr. Coleman to know what is going on out there and then she said that she will let him know. There is no response whatsoever from them. But I want people of El Paso to know that's how they conduct their business.
