Worst experience I have ever had at an Enterprise and I am a Gold Member! First rental I watch them pass off the car I dropped off without any checks and balances- it was still in the return lane. The second time- the car was dirty!! Manager Abby attempted to clean it twice. But it was still filthy. She still gave me the car and told me to call back and she would let me know if she had another car. I called back 1 hour later. Some gentleman answered. Wouldn't let me speak with Abby and notified me hat they had nothing. I then went to leave with my family about an hour after that and the "maintenance required" notification came back on. I then called them back and a young lady answered this time. She told me they had a Mitsubishi outlander for me. I said that was fine. When I arrived Abby showed me a Chevy Equinox. At this point I was beyond upset and just took the car. My trip had already been delayed because of this. During the ride I complained about the cleanliness of the vehicle and even stopped to try and clean it my self. For the most part the car was parked during the trip and we secured other transportation as it did not seem to drive well. On the way back home a Check Engine light illuminated on the dashboard and the car would not accelerate. We had to pull over on the side of a busy highway in 100 degree weather. We ended up waiting for just over an hour for a tow truck. Troy at the location in Maryland was amazing in helping us get into a fully gassed, clean and drivable vehicle to get home. When I returned the vehicle Brad was helpful and he listened. But something needs to be done able the Euclid store and ensuring checks and balances are in place and being followed. I would also like at least half of my points spent on this trip. Very interesting I get a survey after every visit - not surprising I did not get the survey email after this one. I wonder way?!? Van was nice to drive. Told don't worry about filling up gas when I returned, then charged me $50 because gas wasn't replenished. Windows were dirty on the inside when picked up. We cleaned the van when returned to them, which wasn't necessary according to the guy who inspected the van. So why did I get charged for gas? Had the van for 3 weeks. read more

This location is very friendly and accommodating. I needed a rental due to my car being damaged. It was, obviously, upsetting and more upsetting to find out there were no rentals due to it being Thanksgiving weekend. Within a few hours I was called offering a perfect car. I was picked up at the auto body shop and in a rental within minutes. Returning the rental was just as easy. Everyone was courteous and very helpful. The car was clean and sanitized. I highly recommend this location. They turned a stressful situation into a nice experience! read more

I had made a reservation for Dodge 200 for a noon pickup. When we arrived at the location we pulled up next to the handicap spot, which was occupied. The only person there was working with a customer so we knew we had to wait. We didn't have to wait long and an Enterprise rep soon entered the building. They did have far to walk as they were parked in the handicap spot. I have osteoarthritis and it would have been nice to park that close. The rep verified our reservation and then spent the next 15 minutes searching for a car that was available. I thought the reason why Enterprise had a reservation system was to ensure that the car model and class that was requested ready; speedy customer service. We were given the choice of a Ford Focus or another car that was not in the class as a Dodge 200. The impression that I was getting from the rep was this is the car I am going to give you regardless of what you reserved. There were other options available but with a higher rate than what I made the reservation for. I wonder was this a bait and switch attempt? Needless to say the Ford Focus was not what I wanted or the class of car I made a reservation for and all the complaints I have about the car have nothing to do with this location or Enterprise. When were we returned the car, my wife explained the issue and were given a discount for the rental. I was not comfortable with this location and will rent from a different location going forward. read more
