First rental I watch them…read morepass off the car I dropped off without any checks and balances- it was still in the return lane. The second time- the car was dirty!! Manager Abby attempted to clean it twice. But it was still filthy. She still gave me the car and told me to call back and she would let me know if she had another car. I called back 1 hour later. Some gentleman answered. Wouldn't let me speak with Abby and notified me hat they had nothing. I then went to leave with my family about an hour after that and the "maintenance required" notification came back on. I then called them back and a young lady answered this time. She told me they had a Mitsubishi outlander for me. I said that was fine. When I arrived Abby showed me a Chevy Equinox. At this point I was beyond upset and just took the car. My trip had already been delayed because of this. During the ride I complained about the cleanliness of the vehicle and even stopped to try and clean it my self. For the most part the car was parked during the trip and we secured other transportation as it did not seem to drive well. On the way back home a Check Engine light illuminated on the dashboard and the car would not accelerate. We had to pull over on the side of a busy highway in 100 degree weather. We ended up waiting for just over an hour for a tow truck. Troy at the location in Maryland was amazing in helping us get into a fully gassed, clean and drivable vehicle to get home. When I returned the vehicle Brad was helpful and he listened. But something needs to be done able the Euclid store and ensuring checks and balances are in place and being followed. I would also like at least half of my points spent on this trip. Very interesting I get a survey after every visit - not surprising I did not get the survey email after this one. I wonder way?!? They are directly attached to a body shop and they seemed to only have a few vehicles for rent. Inside there are two 'stations' for customers to visit with the Hertz employees. 2014/2013 Chevy Cruze... Grey? Yeah. Grey. I personally believe that a rental shop has more duties than just handing you the keys to a car. I might not be paying for the rental... but someone is! And, If I was paying, I would be upset that they do a poor job of maintaining their vehicles. The car has bangs and bumps and bruises all over it. The employee at Hertz did not really seem to care and even mentioned how he "Wasnt worried about it". The front left wheel/tire has been damaged and vibrates at all speeds. It is also low on air and causes the car to get abysmal gas mileage. If i hadnt needed a car immediately I would have told him to take it back and gone elsewhere. I did enjoy that they picked me up in the car from the body shop.

The staff is a…read morebunch of bros and they make up rules as they go. last time I rented a vehicle my address was verified and I was told I didn't need my bills to verify it. less than a month later it somehow got unverified and I needed to pull up my bills online. The crazy thing is that there's no phone service, like zero bars, inside the store AND they don't have WiFi, so if you need to log into your accounts - tough $h!t. Once I downloaded a pdf of my phone bill (which was the most current PDF, but had a charge for a phone that was later returned as a trade in), they couldn't accept that because it had a balance. So then I paid my phone bill and showed them in the app that there was now a zero balance due. Well, THAT wasn't good enough and I guess I need to wait a month for my next pdf bill to verify my address? ridiculous. The funny thing is that last time I rented a car at that same store by simply logging into my gas account and phone account and showing them that they were my accounts with the correct address. It all ended with one dude saying he'd do it "just this once", then the manager saying they won't do it, and proceeding to explain to me how phone bills work. Bunch of clowns. Save yourself the headache and self respect and rent from just about anywhere else.

These are private companies taking pictures of license plates for data that they sell. It's a violation of our rights, for sure. Besides that, these cameras are running on the car battery. This one was a women driving a silver (not-so-new-looking) sedan down Route 2 at 11:45 a.m. on Saturday November 26th. It's disturbing, and if nothing else, is dragging your name into it.

The front desk man, the owner, stated if I wanted the type of car that I ordered that I had to drive one of his cars out to an airport and swap it out, which was 45 mins in the opposite direction which put me 1.5 hours + behind and missed a deadline. I have a preferred membership and do not expect this kind of service, I didn't when I used Enterprise, I will be transferring all of our company business to Enterprise! I have also put up with cars not clean and cars where the previous renter smoked in and or no gas. Enough is Enough!

I've been an "Enterprise Rent-A-Car" member dating back to the late-1990's. Over that period of…read moretime, I've rented cars, crossovers, SUV's, and even a moving truck with little to no issues. This takes me to the Euclid, Ohio location which is a suburb east of Cleveland where I needed a vehicle getting around the greater Cleveland area as well as venturing out to several landmarks and my Airbnb stay (about an hour east of here in Conneaut, Ohio). I booked my rental via-Enterprise app a week prior on my phone while an employee reached out to me by phone two days prior to my pickup time/date. This location is directly off of I-90 at 20950 Lakeland Blvd. It is more or less situated in between E. 200th St. and E. 222nd St. while being directly next to a Sunoco Gas Station. The Enterprise sign is easily visible from the highway while the parking lot is also easy to spot especially coming from Lakeland Blvd. (which is a one way road). Upon my arrival, Mr. Thomas Wilks, a Management Trainee took care of me from start to finish. I presented to him my valid drivers' license and major credit card. He also asked me if I wanted extra coverage for an extra fee which is normal questions every Enterprise employee goes over before they hand over your key fob to your vehicle. I was given a 2022 Mazda CX-5 crossover vehicle. The vehicle only had 1/4 tank of gas but Thomas gave me an option if I wanted the tank filled up or returned as it was. I said I would take it as it is and he mentioned that I could bring it back empty. Cost of the vehicle was $60.99 per day. I kept the vehicle from Wednesday 9/13/2023 at 10am to Thursday 9/14/2023 at 4:50pm. And instead of charging me for a full extra day, Thomas was able to shave off a few dollars which made my grand total to $108. This shows how above and beyond Enterprise employees go in taking care of their customers. His level of professionalism and strong work ethic shows how well trained many of their employees are. As far as my vehicle, it was comfortable, roomy, and great on gas. It had all the features including Sirius XM radio, navigation, leather seats, electronic stability control, start/stop ignition, and a sliding glass moonroof. Once returning my vehicle, the required $300 deposit was adjusted while the $108 balance due showed up instantly on my credit card account. With that said and done, I am giving the Euclid, OH "Enterprise Rent-A-Car" a unanimous five-star Yelp review. And a shoutout for Thomas Wilks for making this a painless car rental experience!
