Aaliyah is one of the NICEST...MOST PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE I have EVER dealt with. She smiles and remains nice even when the customers are nasty, mean and difficult. Her level of AWESOME is UNMATCHED! The system is down and customers are grumbling....while the manager stopped by and wouldnt come on to assist .....Aaliyah was apologizing and thanking you for your patience. No cars available? The drivers are otw back with cars OR she's calling the airport or another location. She matches energy, positively instead of stopping to their level and that can't be taught and speaks to the person. Hertz needs to give this woman a raise!

Unfortunately, my interactions with the new manager, Ken, have been extremely disappointing. Rather than providing customer service and assistance, I encountered behavior that I found arrogant, disrespectful, and unprofessional. While I was already driving a vehicle experiencing maintenance issues, my concerns were dismissed instead of being addressed. I was told that replacement vehicles were unavailable or on hold, yet I observed vehicles being made available to other customers. The lack of transparency, inconsistent explanations, and unwillingness to help left me feeling unfairly treated and discriminated against as a customer. A manager should focus on resolving problems and supporting customers, not creating additional frustration during an already difficult situation. This experience has significantly changed my opinion of a location that I previously enjoyed using. I hope Hertz leadership reviews these concerns and takes steps to ensure all customers are treated with fairness, respect, and professionalism.

Before I picked up my car I received a call from…read moreJessie (I believe) to let me know the type of car I wanted was not in stock BUT they could have one driven over from their sister office one exit away. I appreciated the call! When I walked in to pick up my car I was greeted by two smiling faces and a flood of positive energy. The office opened at 9:00 and I was there at 9:15, approximately. Greeting was warm and welcoming. Told them who I was and they assured me as soon as their other coworker arrived they would bring over the other car. While waiting I noticed that with each customer they greeted them the same; friendly, positive, upbeat! I felt as though I was in good hands. My car arrived. They helped me decide if I needed to perhaps upgrade for more truck space or if what I had was sufficient. They went out of their way to show me other cars while doing so in the cold weather. I made my decision and was pleased that I would be getting a lower rate. When I booked the vehicle it was one price but when I picked it up the price had dropped. They honored the difference and left me with more money in my pocket! The day I returned the vehicle that office was closed due to severe ice/snow storm warnings. I was not able to tell them in person how much I appreciated their professionalism and positive personalities. If ever in Union City, GA (not CA) please pop in to say hello and encourage them. Young people today do not seem to know what customer service is. Jessie and Q definitely do! Enterprise could learn a lot from this dynamic duo. Overall Enterprise Customer Service is horrible. Thank God for these two who obviously didn't learn from corporate! I think it was great upbringing on behalf of their parents!

    The staff here is so friendly, like really. But that is their saving grace because the check-in…read moretime, even if you pre-checked in was ridiculous. My pick-up time was 10am on a Saturday and I got there at 9:30ish...didn't get called until almost 11am and was almost late to an appointment. So don't have any plans with hard times on your pick-up day. But I'd come back because of the customer service alone. The car I reserved was as expected, no complaints!
