    Great customer service and overall service, the employees and manager were very polite and professional helping me out and even calling to make sure everything was good with the rental car, I definitely would not mind renting from this location whenever I'm back in the area, definitely advise you to download the enterprise app on your phone and book reservations ahead of time to ease the wait time on getting a rental car.

    Great experience! I needed a rental for 1 week in July and everything ran smoothly. Initially, I made arrangements for a compact car, and they gave me a Malibu. I really enjoyed it, even though it was larger than I am used to. Sadly, it smelled like cigarettes. I kept it for 3 days and drove with the windows down, but it became too awful to handle the odor. I called them, let them know I wanted to switch vehicles and they swapped it for a Honda compact type SUV. They were very apologetic. It was great. Wonderful customer service. Everything was organized and efficient.

    Worst car rental experience!…read more Due to an accident, I needed a rental and this location was the closest to the body shop to which I need to drop my car off at. I was told multiple times by the employee of this location that the day of my pick up, I would be getting a luxury SUV. The day before my pick up, I verified once again and was told the luxury SUV would be a Q7. The day of the pick up I arrived at 4PM, and was told no luxury SUV is available. They stated I was supposed to show up at 12PM but we had not agreed on a time the day before? After trying to find other locations in the area with luxury SUV. The agent came out and said they have located a luxury vehicle for me. Due to being short on time and needing to drop off my vehicle to the body shop, I agreed to take the vehicle. The vehicle was extremely dirty inside/out and smelled heavily of smoke. Again, due to time crunch, I drove off. Unable to stand the state of the car, I resorted to getting it cleaned from my own pocket and even purchased air freshener so the smell could go away. Two days in, the tire light and the vehicle's oil change light came on. I called the rental location and was told it's perfectly fine and I can drive the vehicle as normal. I'd attempted to get replacement as I was completely fed up with the issues this rental was causing me and was told they don't have any vehicle available. I called multiple other locations and kept hitting the same wall but when I went online to research the location for rental they had multiple options available for rental. In my opinion, if you are renting due to an accident, they give you the ones that are not getting rented. Regardless, the state of the rental was just unacceptable. Do better. By far this has been the worst experience of my life with a rental company.

Within 1 hour of my drive the tire fault light was on, it came on total of 3 times. I had to pull over twice to make sure the tire was not flat. The engine light came on, as well as the service light. All of this made me so uncomfortable and anxious on my drive, not knowing what was wrong and if I could make it the rest of the drive. You rent a car thinking it's dependable and reliable, not unsafe and uncertain. When I called to let them know the car had issues, the response received was "that sucks, we can give you a gift card." Now this is my go-to location and whenever I have to rent a car close to my house I always come to this one, although there are other locations that are closer. Rebecca always helps me out and she never hesitates to help with my requests. Great customer service and she really goes out of her way to make renting pleasurable. I have had no problems with my bill and every single time it has been quick and efficient. I definitely recommend this location for all your rental needs. We were renting a car to drive and explore MT for the weekend. When I was searching for estimates on rentals, the online system asked for the pick up / drop off days and times. It then provided me a estimated rental rate. When I dropped off the car a day early, my final bill was $100 more than my estimate. After going back and forth over the past week with Avis' customer service, I have learned that the rate was mileage based. I told them that was never disclosed to me when reserving. There claim is "yes" it was because if I look at the fine print it says "mileage: LL-MI". Really!? That is disclosure? They refuse to adjust the price to a daily rate and insist this "code" provides full disclosure. I will NEVER rent from them again and earn others to be explicit about rate calculations if you must rent from them. Back to Enterprise for me!

Now he's refilling the paper in the printer. He's taken 3 phone calls. Now he's handed me a faded printout showing charges of $401 (my reservation showed $205). Now we're heading out to the car finally! No wait. He brought the wrong key. Now he's dropping all the paper on the floor. Can you imagine what it would be like if there was a second customer? I shudder at the thought.
