Rented from this location for my family of 7 Disney Trip to Orlando. The PREMIUM SVU that I rented was RAGGEDY! Left while it was raining- windshield wipers wouldn't work, bald tires, the car shook when you went over the 70, and the head lights blinked on and off while driving. First time I called enterprise customer service, I was told that I could easily switch the car at the Orlando airport- after multiple trips- they didn't have any thing available in the size I needed. It was not easy! Ultimately- left the car in Orlando and had to rent from Avis to get my family back to Maryland. Customer service at the airport was awful. I called the manager at this location to tell him to the issues and he offered a free upgrade on my next rental (as if I would ever return). This was a nightmare, DO NOT rent from Enterprise!! read more

The branch manager Malique is a joke, He has no professional experience whatsoever, the way he conducts himself is atrocious! Please stay away from this branch, the staff has no idea what's happening , They promise a rental and when you agree to it Mr wasted Malique comes in and acts like he owns the place and can do anything he pleases , He wasted my 40 minutes in a second, I was about to get the car I wanted and he shuts me down saying they don't have it available where I can see it sitting already and Austin had already promised that car! Scheduling was a piece of cake and they were very accommodating. After finally finding a repair person for the damages to my car I rented a vehicle from Enterprise. An Altima for an Altima lol. It was a 2022 I believe so it was a much smoother ride than my car of course. Clean inside and out. Only thing was missing was the heated seats. Very helpful staff and even informed me of an error that could have caused an issue with insurance billing. I had the occasion to be in need of replacement vehicle due to an accident,my insurance company gave me a choice of Hertz or Enterprise Rental I chose Enterprise Rental based on past rentals. I had never used Crain Highway location before.When I walked in there were several people waiting, I sat down and waited for my turn,while waiting I could hear loud voice coming out office with an accent.This individual exited office engaged with several customers I noticed his demeanor was rude and short with customers and dismissal,which allowed me to be defensive when he engaged me and like clock work based on what I had observed I engaged on level he was on which led to him loudly telling me my issue was not debatable and I could go elsewhere to rent. I asked him for District Manager phone number.He gave me number to present location insulting my intelligence. He apparently called his Manager who called me on office phone I picked up phone engaged briefly and asked District Manager to call me back on cellphone due to lobby being small.spoke with District Manager whom apologized and put me with the Assistance Mgr.and completed Rental. Mr Question is how did this individual Imad Hijazi ever meet qualified to be a branch manager.He is loud unprofessional and will cause Enterprise to lose long time customers read more

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I will say that everyone except the manager Corinne are perfectly polite and deal well with customers. It's pretty obvious there're a problem when not only the customers dislike you, but the other employees as well. Just to follow up on the current status of this: I finally, not timely I might note, received a call from a female manager. She was of no help. She has "viewed the photos, and it's very clear that [I'm] responsible." I demanded to talk to her boss. He did call about one week later, but I missed him. I received another call from him, but I awaited documentation before returning his call. About two weeks later, my blood pressure had come down enough to give him a call about the ridiculous bill I received. He was unavailable, and I have not received a return call, but considering I waited a bit to call him, my displeasure has not yet reached a high with him specifically. But let's discuss their demand package... their pictures are underneath of the car. I would like to point out from my previous review that a less than satisfactory checkout was done on this car (which I didn't know until I returned it and learned of all their checkout policies). Furthermore, I guess now we all have to crawl underneath of cars when we rent them to make sure it's pristine, and then on top of that, we probably shouldn't drive them anywhere, including off the lot, because it could result in dents underneath of the car. As of this moment, I'm still insisting I did not cause this damage. Enterprise will claim that there was no preexisting damage, and I am countering with no one would know because no one knows who did proper checkins and checkouts on this car. I know it certainly wasn't inspected properly when I received it, so it is only right for me to make the assumption that it wasn't any of the times before. This issue remains unresolved, and I will be turning them in to the BBB for another attempt at resolution. Also, keep in mind they still have my deposit. At this point, they can keep the deposit and disappear, or we can continue arguing. I have attorneys... we can argue. read more

I don't normally like to leave negative reviews, I like to work things out, rather than making companies lose money or clients. But, unfortunately enterprise has chosen this route. I literally have connections to people they make deals with to get costumers and those same people I will be warning about them, since it's a risk to their life's to rent cars from a place that doesn't inspect their cars and are renting cars that people are literally dangering their or their children life's in. Stay FAR FAR AWAY from enterprise. They literally gave us a car with a wobbly tire, which is extremely dangerous. We were in a miriacle that we made it home alive. They don't check their cars between different people who use it. Our car literally got stuck in front of a stop sign, we lost a lot of time on vacation because of them. I am pregnant and I was left in a hot car on a hot day in the summer, which for typical people is dangerous, let alone for both pregnant women and children is even more dangerous. When we told them, they laughed. When we asked for a refund, instead they charged us more. Again, they are renting cars that people literally can die in. If you look up law suits, you will see that people literally died in cars because they gave them cars without inspecting them between different drivers. They also had the nerve to charge us for gas when their car had an issue with the gas tank and it showed that there was less gas than there was. I would've not left this review, had they kindly just given a refund and apologized. Due to the lack of costumer service they will be losing many clients and people will be made aware of the dangers of renting cars from enterprise. Never again. Let the world know, people are risking their life's renting cars from a company that doesn't inspect their cars between different renters and that doesn't respect their clients. read more

I appreciate good customer service but I received GREAT customer service from your staff! I was an emotional mess the day I had to go pick up the car because my new car had been stolen from my residence. Denera took my call, calmed me down and assured me I would get through this and she would help me to do so. She was a woman of her word. She called to check on me a few days after I picked up the car and told me to reach out if I needed anything. When it came time to turn the car in due to insurance constraints. I called and spoke with Will and explained that my car was not ready at this time and I had no way home. He said no worries we will drive you home. When I arrived at the office the detailers were not there and Denera personally drove me home. I would definitely recommend Enterprise to anyone who is need of a rental in the Glen Burnie area. I will not recommend this business. When I picked up my car there was a family on their way to a funeral. All that they had was massive pick up trucks and this family needed to travel for the funeral. Of course this would mean higher fuel cost and an uncomfortable ride. The employees made no attempt to accommodate that customer. This should have foreshadowed how I'd be treated. Foolishly, I proceeded with my rental. I had a reservation for a car, but of course they only had dodge 1500 trucks. I did not want that vehicle. They said I could swap it out another day on my way home from work. So I tried. Still no cars. I ended up getting a car over the weekend. All seemed good. Except when I went to return the car the personnel there accused me of damage that I am certain was there at the time we checked it out. Looking at other reviews after the fact, I see this location has been known to do this before according to other individuals. While I understand a business needs to protect their assets, this location fails at considering treating customers with decency and respect. I would not recommend this location. If you have no choice please be sure to protect yourself by paying close attention to the walk around. Take pictures and document everything. I do not have good faith or trust in this location. I think I would know if I was in an accident. No one that doesn't like being called a liar should make this their first choice. UPDATE: I have responded by e-mail to the request in the response. It is my hope that this is resolved to all of our satisfaction for all those involved. I will update this at the conclusion. Update 2: while the higher up corporate types seem to at least be concerned, after a week of not returning my calls, the branch manager charged my card that he had on file without notifying me. It was a $200 charge and is am told that I will be refunded some of it if the repair is less and told it would be no more. As he did not contact me first and I will not be made aware of the details of the estimate or even a receipt of the repairs, I find the entire process shady. To be clear, I do not have an issue with Enterprise overall, but rather this particular branch. I feel that this branch and it local manager at the very least did not respect me or my family and at the worst may be taking advantage of me financially. I have had wonderful experiences with the Enterprise on Ritchie. This one on Crain doesn't have the cars people reserves, is unconcerned with customer service, and please be very diligent with the walk around of the vehicle. I wish I had check reviews sooner and asked around as I have found others at my company have had similar experience with this particular branch. For clarity again, Enterprise at other sites I have had good experiences. I do not recommend this particular branch. Final update: the charge was cut down to $75.40. I still am deeply dissatisfied and frankly offended with how this was handled. I surrender. $75.40 is less than I expected and I really can't prove my position with them. I appreciate the communication from regional and corporate management, but still feel this particular branch is not worth a return trip with so many other choices available. When I rented a car from here, they brought one out that looked fine. But when I opened the door, I thought it smelled of tobacco smoke. I mentioned it to the agent, and he said, "Oh, that's just the odor of the detailing... It will go away." Uh, no.... Once I was all too far away on the highway, it was obvious that they gave me a car that reeked of cigarette smoke, and I had to drive about for several hundred miles. I finally bought some Febreze to deal with the odor. When I turned in the car at the Pittsburgh Airport, the local Enterprise folks there marked it as being turned in a good four hours later than was the actually the case: I was on a flight about two hours earlier than the time they claimed I had dropped it off. That led to them charging for me an extra day. So I called the Glen Burnie office. The woman who dealt with it was very nice, and she told me that she would make sure I didn't get charged for the extra day, and she also said she would adjust my bill to compensate for the cigarette smoke... and she promised to call me back the next day. She never called back. When I checked the bill online, I was no longer charged for the extra day, but nothing was done as promised about the cigarette smoke issue. On the whole, I was sorry that I went beyond the options within BWI to save a little money. read more

I like to try different cars. I drove Yaris last week. I did not like how it drives. It's a very basic car and economical in gas, however, it's a very noisy car. Enterprise was trying to make me rent the Fiat 500 but I don't want to because it's too small. I was ready to back out because they did not have the Nissan Versa. I think this branch has a limited selection of cars. There was a long wait even for a 'Plus' customer. I would not recommend going here. read more

I will never be renting from enterprise again! They did not help me out at all with my rate. There were a couple scratches on the car which yes I understand I have to pay for that but the employee told me they were going to notified me after they get the estimate and nobody ever called me and they filed a claim with my insurance company without letting me know. Been using this company for the last 10 years, either through the business or for personal travel. I have to say the last 2 times have really been disappointing. I reserved a minivan to take the family to Disney. I specifically asked for the entertainment package. When time came to leave,they had no more vans with the entertainment package. Not a big deal, but still inconvenient and I had to hear about it the whole week. What really bothered me was last week, I had a family member break down in VA on his way home from vacation with has wife and 3 boys. I was able to tow him to my place for the night. The damage to too severe to fix in a few days so he needed to rent a van to get home to NY for work and school. I took him to Enterprise where to rent a van. It took us quite a while to get in a van. But that's not why I'm disgruntle. It was the lack of experience (not that much is needed to work there), the lack of time management, and mostly the lack of plain customer service. I felt embarrassed for recommending Enterprise. I really believe the company can do much better. read more

I unfortunately had to reserve a rental car from this location as a result of someone hitting my car. I went through the person's insurance company where they selected Enterprise. When I went to return the car i was told there was damage to the front bumper/fender . I received a ridiculous bill approximately a month after the vehicle was returned for damages to the car that I am definitely not recommending this enterprise to anyone. read more

Everyone I spoke to - on the phone and in person - was professional, friendly and eager to help (Megan processed the rental of the car to me and George processed my return of the vehicle, as well as provided me a ride home). My reservation was transferred to this location by the Security Blvd site, due to its proximity to BWI the day before my schedule pick up. Note: $200 difference from picking up from airport. I called the Crain Rd. location to insure they had the car class available that I had booked. The original booking had been made via Costco.com and had a very good rate. They insured me that the car was available and would be ready for pick up the next day. We took a cab to the office and presented our information, to our surprise they did not have a car available in our class, but we could upgrade to a different class for an additional fee. We refused, we felt we had called to insure the car's availability and it was not available. The manager Andy Gaeta said he would not upgrade our reservation because of the discount we had received from Costco. He called around and found a car in our class and told us we would have to wait about a half hour. Well we sat from 10:20 to 12:00pm waiting for his staff to pick up the car from another site. No offer of coffee, where as other customer came in and were offered coffee or water. So would I rent a car from this site again, NO! Will I be writing to corporate, yes? Stay away, especially if you receive a discounted rate. Their customer service and management sucks read more
