The first salesperson was fired before I could complete my transaction. I was then referred to the Used Car Sales Manager Brian Speck who has been very nice through phone and email conversations but has repeatedly misled me and failed to resolve my issue. I ended up buying a spare key under the promise that the dealer would reimburse me. It has been 4 months now and no resolution.

Unfortunately, I have done something like this before at other rental agencies & then discovered my mistake. Upon calling, they have always acted like they have no idea what I'm talking about.....& there goes whatever I left behind, in someones pocket. Took me a month to get an answer on my stuff and still they did nothing to help out. She offered a free rental but it was for one day.... What is one day going to do for my $300 item. Will never be back there and tell anyone I can to never go there. People working the front desk are always nice and helpful, sucks they have a terrible manager with no morals.

I used this Ray Winnie Auto for a car rental awhile back. I was nervous to use this business as anytime I have ever stepped foot in the building or interacted with the staff, they have been less than courteous. The rental itself was great, no complaints there. That was arranged through my auto mechanic shop and they were phenomenal. However, anytime I have had to deal directly with the staff outside of that rental, years before or after, it has always turned me away. The staff are rude and yell across their desks to one another, the building inside is filthy, and you're given the impression that you need to make a purchase or leave. I promise Greenville has far better options than the cranky, cramped car lot on the corner.
