My rental trick was to reserve the cheapest car weeks out before because odds are and past history the car won't be available because car rental companies are w#ores and sell out the cars to the first person regardless of your reservation and they have to give you some car and usually a better car. I reserved for an economical Nissan Sentra or equivalent weeks before and low and behold when the day came no economy car was available so I would have to take a Buick SUV out a new 2025 Toyota Camry hybrid for the economy car price. Yep the Camry hybrid would work at max of 485 mile's range with my last fill up. Construction traffic made me 20 minutes late dropping the car off and into an extra day change and they were so cool to back time the drop off time and not charge me the extra day change, fu#king awesome when everyone bleeds you dry for every penny. Overall my experience was outstanding and the customer service was top notch, this will be my preferred car rental company in the future because the customer satisfaction is top priority.

I was involved in a classic Milwaukee hit and run which is so common place now that I needed to…read moretake my damaged car to the collision center to get repairs but I needed a car to get around. The collision center gave me the number to enterprise so I called to scheduled a time to get picked at the collision center after dropping off my damaged car. I have done this before several times at other locations and they were not ever close to my pick up time so I didn't expect much and to my amazement right at 11am enterprise was looking for me, RIGHT ON. The process was very smooth and easy and I was on my way in about 15 minutes and they were super nice and I got an email and a phone call to make sure everything was to high standards and that I was completely satisfied with my experience, I was. I asked for the cheapest car because I just needed to get to work and home and I was given an upgrade to a slightly better tin can but when I rented the car they gave me another up grade to a decent Nissan Altima to my surprise at no extra charge. This part is very important, if you have a visa credit card and rent the car with that card the whole cash value of the car is covered if you decline enterprise coverage at an extra charge. The car is covered up to complete cash value of the car for any damage or theft of the vehicle so you don't have to use your insurance and risk a rate Increase if the car is damaged, destroyed or stolen BUT you still need your insurance if your injure someone or damage a vehicle in an accident. The bottom line is that this location has been the best rental car experience that I have ever had and the personal after call was very cool.

Apparently I haven't "rented with them" before, despite renting with their sister Alamo?!? and Enterprise many moons ago. The lady behind the counter was nice enough, typical MidWest hospitality although it was 21 questions ranging from address, car size, insurance, roadside assistance, Sirius XM and petrol refueling options.... Once at the lot, the talented Gen Z showed me my options. Booked a "Standard" and seems like I got myself a "Intermediate" Hyundai Elantra Limited. Vehicle had 3/4 tank of petrol at pick up. Informed the staff at checkout and the staff claimed to just bring it back empty. Interestingly enough, my contract stated that the car had 10.6 gallons of petrol at checkout, on a 12.6 gallon tank. In the spirit of minimizing any conflict, brought the car back full. The returns agent was helpful enough. Surprisingly the question asked was if I was happy with the service...

This Milwaukee Airport location gave me a car that was 300+ miles overdue for service. There was a mechanical problem and the only solution was for me to call a tow truck and get an Uber to where I needed to go. To add insult to injury, after dealing with this, they wanted me to drive the car back to the airport to have the oil changed! The service rep then told me to compensate me, he would extend the Rental for 3 days, to make up for the 3 days I could not use it. What he did NOT DISCLOSE, was that there was an additional $225.00 charge! Since they had my credit card, they just added it to my bill, despite my disagreement! Stay away from this Alamo/Enterprise location!

Got a rental car today after being in a car accident yesterday. The man had told me I'd have a…read morerental car all set for me today when I got here, after I'd spoke with him yesterday. He did explain about the insurance coverage, ran my credit card, had me sign papers...never showed me how to do anything with the SUV. I'd never driven any Ford, it was very different from mine. Couldn't find how the lights turned on, how the seat moved up, how the heat tuned down at first, simple things, but it was raining out so I had to at least have lights on. Had to get manual out. He told me I only had less than half a tank of gas - turns out it was half way between one quarter & half full only! Never have gotten a rental before that wasn't filled up! The car was NOT even vacuumed out well. Then after I get home I realize that my license plate - from Louisiana - I'm in WI, which is fine, is EXPIRED, 5 months ago!!!! Now years ago I personally rented a car from Enterprise & they did this to me so I should've known to check, because I got pulled over by a Mukwonago policeman 4 houses away from my home! The policeman told me my license plate was expired & it didn't matter that it was a rental car, I was STILL responsible! So now this Mukwonago Enterprise Rental is closed for the weekend & I'm paying for a car daily I cannot even drive! Thanks for NOTHING dumb heads!!! I will NOT recommend this place to anyone EVER!
