Oh where to start.... Well, they sold me a Lemon, and I'm not being the least bit overdramatic. The…read morecar, which was 3 years old, had blown the engine block within a couple of weeks of me having it. The pistons fried to the sides of the valves, and the oil turned into sludge, and they tried to tell me that I was running it without oil.... clearly, because I'd only put gas in it twice, I decided to drain the oil *sarcasm*. So they replaced the engine block with a refurbished one, which took a month to get back. Ok, fine. Then it did the same thing, again, and I had to get it fixed by them, again. Ok, fine, but they had sent it to some guy in the middle of nowhere almost by Madison who was literally in a car graveyard and had animals running around and used car parts strewn all over. I was told I would find where to pick my car up by a broken down car on the side of the driveway as a marker. Lovely. Thanks for using such a nice garage to outsource cheap labor. But it blew up a third time, leaving me stranded on the highway *the same day I picked it back up* and I had to fight tooth & nail to get them to give me a refund, as they claimed I was treating the car poorly. Oh and then get this, a few weeks later, I get a letter from the car company apologizing for FAULTY ENGINE BLOCKS IN THEIR CARS THAT RESULT IN OIL SLUDGE AND THERE WAS A RECALL! Thanks for treating me with respect saturn of greenfield, I love that my car was in a dank garage inthe middle of nowhere when it could have been serviced by an official dealership for faulty products. I love when my cars leave me stranded and then I'm told it's my fault. It's not their fault the car was rubbish, but they handled the whole situation really badly. Avoid avoid avoid avoid.

Not only did I get the text, but they had found the part somewhere else across the country, checked their inventory and said two were available, and provided me the number to call to order it! Any business that goes above and beyond to help a customer that won't even result in a sale for them deserves a proper thank you. So here I am, this is my thank you! -John B. In Charlotte N.C.

I took the vehicle to the dealer since it was still under warranty. 4 appointments latter it is STILL leaking and the problem has not been resolved. Nissan USA and BOucher have both failed me. On 7/10/17 they were to pick up my van and provide me with a loaner, which never happened. Mind you I made this appointment over 2 weeks prior and agreed to leave my van with them for the week. After several phone calls I was finally contacted late 7/11/17 to find out that the reason they never came was that there was no loaner for me. No phone call or anything to let me know. I reworked my schedule to make sure I did not need this vehicle for towing etc. for the week. This is the 2nd time that they were to pick this vehicle up and failed to do so. Taking the vehicle back to the dealer was Nissan's suggestion from their Consumer Affairs Department. I again contacted Nissan and was told that I should have a followup call within the next week. Seriously??? Neither Boucher or Nissan is worth this.

I was going on a road trip to the ozarks and I wanted a new car because it was so remote of an…read morearea. My rental trick was to reserve the cheapest car weeks out before because odds are and past history the car won't be available because car rental companies are w#ores and sell out the cars to the first person regardless of your reservation and they have to give you some car and usually a better car. I reserved for an economical Nissan Sentra or equivalent weeks before and low and behold when the day came no economy car was available so I would have to take a Buick SUV out a new 2025 Toyota Camry hybrid for the economy car price. Yep the Camry hybrid would work at max of 485 mile's range with my last fill up. Construction traffic made me 20 minutes late dropping the car off and into an extra day change and they were so cool to back time the drop off time and not charge me the extra day change, fu#king awesome when everyone bleeds you dry for every penny. Overall my experience was outstanding and the customer service was top notch, this will be my preferred car rental company in the future because the customer satisfaction is top priority.
