    Be wary of using this company. I strongly advise against it. They charged my card with an…read moreadditional fee for some unknown reason a week after the initial charge for what I had signed up for. Now, I have to call them again and fight to get my money back. I've already wasted over three hours on the phone with these people. They are the worst--they completely messed everything up and overcharged me. They even called me, thinking I had returned the car in Florida when I hadn't. It's unbelievable that they're still in business with such terrible customer service. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company at all costs.

When I got to the branch a young woman at the desk said the manager tried to call me to say they were sold out. unfortunately, my phone is in the shop and will not be back till Saturday or Monday. I drove 40 min, one way, to this location because all the locations by my house were sold out - yet there were MANY cars in the lot. Sold out but cars in the lot??? Is your branch manager incompetent because he was the only one in the area that couldn't keep his inventory up to date? Is it IT's fault for not updating the data? Is it your regional managers fault for letting a customer be treated so poorly or is it your fault and the company culture? Why should I EVER use Enterprise again?

    Nightmare fuel... I rented the same vehicle from this particular Enterprise for two months (my…read morevehicle was being overhauled). Each week I would call in and add another week over the phone, and once a month I had to go down and do it in person. It was fine and most people there were pleasant. Toward the end of my final rental, it was set to expire in a 3-4 days. I started getting a series of rather insistent phone calls from a woman named Eden. I met her in the location once. She is very tall. She started giving me a rather hard time about my rental and flat-out demanded I bring it back. I didn't understand the request or the hostility and explained that there was still several days left on the rental, and that it would be brought back on the day agreed. She began to become borderline belligerent at this point, even though I explained that I had paid for the vehicle already, in advance, and had a 2-month history of renting the same vehicle. I asked to speak to the rather affable gentlemen who'd helped me with the rental several times before. She said he no longer worked there and then demanded I bring my rental back (again, 3 days early and I needed the vehicle). When I said I would bring it back the day it was due (and paid for) she threatened to report me and to have me listed as a "high risk" customer. I had to look that up to see what it meant. Per Google: [Being labeled a "high-risk" customer by a car rental agency means their risk management system has flagged you for an increased likelihood of financial loss, fraud, or policy violations. This categorization typically results in denied rentals, canceled reservations, or placement on internal "Do Not Rent" (DNR) lists.] That was insane. I spent thousands on my rental and returned the vehicle in perfect condition, but for some unknown she was threatening to do that? Someone like that should not be working in the service industry. Enterprise should be ashamed. I took my business elsewhere.
