Terrible they gave me run around and threatened not to rent me vehicle. CARL was rude and spoke broken English. Never again!!!!!!!

I reserved a truck for a ONE DAY at the end of August they took $455.00 154.0 for the truck plus the $300 hold the move went smoothly and I returned the truck tank full by the same time the next day a few days go by and they still haven't returned the $300 so I call and Lisa says you had the truck for three days I said no I had it for one day and returned it she says the manger will have to look at the video and he'll call you back in an hour I said great problem identified and solution found so I hung up and the phone ..call never came soooo I waited a day and called back same Lisa same story manager blah blah blah call you back in an hour so it's now the Labor Day weekend which no one is around.I call Tuesday same story ..long story short I'M STILL WAITING 3 WEEKS LATER FOR MY DEPOSIT!!!! so I've just filled out the paper work for small claims ‍ read more

AWFUL! I returned a car here after having it close to 24 hours. They wanted to charge me for under carriage damage, that I was never told to inspect prior to renting the car. Also, I would have known if I caused this damage and I absolutely did not, I only had the car a day. Also, they pointed out a faint scratch that I never saw unless it was in direct sunlight. I've rented many cars in the past for weeks at a time and never had an issue. Other cars the bumpers have been all scratched up and I've been concerned, but they were very relaxed with their damages. I expected nothing different. The office I picked the car up from took care of the charges, but to have to be put through that was just unbelievable. I will think twice from renting a Enterprise car, but will definitely never rent from this location again. My car was also dirty with crumbs and wrappers at pickup, but I only had it for a short time no big deal. Seems as if they didn't inspect the car prior to having it and then wanted to put them on the next person that had it. Well, I wasn't going to be taken advantage of. This location is more like 2 1/2 stars because I know what it's like to not have enough support staff and lots of work. They desperately need kiosks like at the airport. They only have 2 people working the check-in if you're lucky and always many people in line to pick up a car. This is a very busy location so don't expect a quick process. The same people getting you the car have to check it with you so that greatly impedes the overall process of serving customers. The staff are friendly at least and try to get things done but there is not enough staff for the right level of customer service. They do try to work with what they have at least. This last visit I waited 30 minutes with 5 people ahead of me and 4 behind me. Haven't had an issue with the cars themselves or the return. read more

If I could do minus stars I would. Double check your credit card statements cause enterprise will take what ever they want out of your account. They took 3 payments out of my account nd talk about going threw hell to get it back. OMG......Run while you can. read more

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I rent vehicles through a corporate account several times a month. My experience with Enterprise to this point has been extremely positive. However I rented a car from NY to Haverhill, MA and got a flat tire and needed to swap out the car. The Haverhill branch indicated they did not have a vehicle for me and did not provide any guidance about how I get another vehicle. Even if I got the donut on the vehicle, I can not drive the car back to NY but no one indicated where and how I would get a replacement car. Long story short after calling roadside assistance twice (because the first ticket was never placed after giving my information over a 30min phone call) and 3 hours later, a donut was put on the vehicle. However all local branches were closed and no one provided any assistance on where I should go for a replacement vehicle and where I could spend the night, since I could not drive back to NY. Next morning I still do not have a replacement vehicle and no one is assisting me in getting into a new one until the vehicle (with donut) is retrieved from the location I left it. I have incurred expenses from staying the night and loss of work since I was not able to get back to NY when expected. This has been a terrible experience and a real concern for my safety. read more

Be aware of the renting the white Toyota Prius! There's already damages on it and when my father returned the car they blamed us for the damages that were already there! We should've taken pictures of the car before we drove it. Just because my father doesn't speak English that well they decided it would be easy to pull a scam on him. My father shouldn't have signed the form to acknowledge the damages but he was under pressure from the manager nagging about damages he didn't do. They took his $500 deposit and it's just sad to know they pull scams on people for money and to make a living. My father is already hurt from the accident and I just lost my car, and now they want to make our lives more miserable by scamming us. The girl manager might have pulled her way through with the scam and got her money, but by the day her dishonestly will not get her far in life. I could care less about the money now because money comes and goes. I'll let karma do it's job. read more

I can only laugh at the review below me because they were spot on. I got into an accident last Thursday and that's frustrating enough as it is, but every person that works their was not accommodating in the least bit. Along with MM's comment, my car was FILTHY when i got into it, they did make a note of it so I wouldn't be charged but I thought it was funny I had to sign off on no smoking or pets, when there was burn holes in the seat. I had to put down a 300 deductible, to get into this car which I understand every insurance policy is different, but the guy behind me was told he needed 50, that costumer tells Matt "I only have 29" and Matt goes, "deal" .I understand everyone is trying to make money and its commission based but the car is already back at enterprise, (and cleaner than I got it I will add) but yet there is still some trouble giving me my 300$ back, " insurance needs to do this" " Call them and ask them to do this," "You need to have the dates fixed" I swear they are purposely throwing my through loops and still holding that deductible because I have told them how unhappy I am. It's a bunch of kids my age working in there just taking advantage of a stressful situation. When I was talking to Christina on the phone, I had said the managers name wrong, she replies with " Oh, Camile doesn't work here." Camile Caleigh, I'm sorry I'm wicked stressed out and slipped she knew who I was talking about though, and just wanted to be rude and correct me. Who does that in customer service??? No company I have ever dealt with. Also when I made it clear I still needed to rent a car but they could take their filthy Nissan back and I would go somewhere else Matt goes "Oh is it because its to much." Well what if I said it was, would you then cut me a deal? No Enterprise its not to much, I just think your employees are rude and all four of them that I talk to Caleigh, Matt, Zach, and Christina(I might be getting this one wrong) all have told me one thing a little different than the next. I want not only my 300$ back but my time you have wasted. Last thing, every time I asked an employee for someone higher up than themselves, maybe a district manager they would simply say they will give me a call back. No calls back. read more
