Waited 3 hours to get one of their cars inspected and oil changed on my time on Saturday very loyal customer too

I wanted to update my prior review. After indicating some issues with the retrieval of some packages (5 bags of dog treats), Enterprise did respond and took action to locate the goods the next day. I was very appreciative of their support and likely big effort to locate my packages. I acknowledge that I was at fault for leaving them in the rental car to begin with, and I will definitely highly recommend Enterprise as they always seem to have good value cars at the ready. Do not ever rent from this vendor unless your rental pickup in later then 5pm, the sun is shining, the wind is blowing or there's a sale at Walmart on celery. I just want to give a shout out to Trevor from Enterprise Hazleton for really saving the day for me when I broke down on my way to Cleveland last week. Not only was he able to find a car for me when they had nothing readily available but he even sent someone to pick me up from where I broke down. He got me a nice Genesis G70 that had the power and handling I desperately needed to make up for lost time especially given the crazy weather I ended up having to drive through. Thanks again Trevor. I have been a loyal customer of enterprise since the early 90s! Back then everything was pencil and paper! Now things have changed dramatically! Their prices have skyrocketed! And there are much fewer cars! But they seem to have the Monopoly on the rental business! read more

Poor customer service at this location as rental reservation was confirmed well in advance on the day before rental. Showed up to enterprise in the morning to rent vehicle and was told no vehicles were available. They made no attempt to call and tell me this prior to me driving to the location to pickup rental. We had a slow leak in our rental car. Roadside assistance told us we could go to this location and swap out our vehicle. Arrived and the location refused to help. Sent us to a tire repair shop where we had to take care of everything ourselves. No help what so ever. Terrible customer service! read more

I am simply writing this review in regards to the policy on renting to individuals from out of state, I do not posses a major credit card, and for this reason I was declined a vehicle at your location, however, I now need to drive to Scranton/Wilkes-Barre to rent a car from the Airport, with a debit card. I would hope this policy can be reviewed and revised at the Hazleton location, however, I have never been to this location so I cannot fully give an accurate rating. For the issue I have encountered I will giving a one star. Enterprise is my go to rental car company. I've been using them for nearly ten years and have never have a bad experience. I recently rented two different vehicles within a two week period from the Hazleton, PA location. The staff, specifically Skylar and Shawn, went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle needs were met and they were able to accommodate me when I requested to extend my reservations multiple times or had a short-notice reservation. Enterprise Rent-A-Car is the only company for which I have brand loyalty and I credit that to their friendly and professional staff. read more
