Last car we had there, they made the damn thing undrivable and every time they tried to fix it, they created more problems. Never ever ever let them touch your car. I use this place for car rental all the time, they are very nice guys and usually accommodate me…read morewith an upgraded car for no extra charge. The cars are always brand new with low miles and have tech upgrades to handle the iPhone through the stereo and hands-free driving. They have a driver who is willing to drive out pick me up and bring me to the car rental place so I don't have to arrange any rides from Friends or taxi. They seem very lenient on bringing the car back at the exact hour it is due, they are willing to extend it an hour or two if the drop off time does not make sense for you. Many times I drop it off at night, the next morning when they come in they credit me for the night before drop off and not charge me an extra day. It's always best to check in on your car rental a couple days before you show up, after booking online, when you book online you are booking on a system that handles the entire country and Canada, so it's best practice to call and confirm. Literally takes three minutes.

We arranged to have the vehicle dropped off at my house which is much closer than the bodyshop. The day came to receive the vehicle and no one showed up . I called and was told that they don't do that, although the call went to recorded and the arrangements were agreed to . They absolutely refuse to deliver the vehicle as promised and because of this my daughter had to miss volleyball practice . I don't care how much more I pay, I will never deal with this organization again . By the way they refused to connect me to someone that was about their pay level and only offered someone's email that obviously wouldn't solve the problem in real time . Stay away from this place !

The personnel were friendly and I was out in 20 mins which is much quicker than I had anticipated. The reason I knocked a star is due to my car being a bit outdated. Things to know: -signup for the enterprise program to make renting a car faster. With all your info in the system it allows the process to be more efficient -there is a drop off box for customers to leave car keys after hours -hours are: Monday - Friday: 8am to 5:00pm Saturday: 9am to 12pm Sundays: closed
