Scenes of the classic Seinfeld episode started to play in my head... "I don't think you understand what a reservation means..." I show up the next morning per the sign, only to have an understandably frustrated counter agent notify me that she wasn't sure why her counterpart left early as there were cars in their inventory. If Keely hadn't been so understand and helpful, I'm sure I would have had a more scathing review. Multiple phone numbers on the reservation, all ring through to the cell phone. Gaaaaaaaaaaaaaah. Terrible Customer Service. Actually NO customer service.

We also rented a cooler and it was well worth the rental fee. Food is scarce in Yellowstone so picking up food in Bozeman and then storing it in the cooler was a good move. The cooler kept everything cold for 5 days and I only had to refill the ice once! I definitely recommend using them to rent a car instead of the big rental car brands.
