Scenes of the classic Seinfeld episode started to play in my head... "I don't think you understand what a reservation means..." I show up the next morning per the sign, only to have an understandably frustrated counter agent notify me that she wasn't sure why her counterpart left early as there were cars in their inventory. My credit card (Chase Sapphire Preferred) covers me as primary insurance, I'm going to return it full, and the midsize that I reserved is fine. We also rented a cooler and it was well worth the rental fee. Food is scarce in Yellowstone so picking up food in Bozeman and then storing it in the cooler was a good move. The cooler kept everything cold for 5 days and I only had to refill the ice once! I definitely recommend using them to rent a car instead of the big rental car brands.
