Beware of scammers at this location. Was told I had a "do not rent" on my file because of missed payment from 2018, and was asked to pay it or they would not rent to me. I had never used Enterprise before, and this was the day before my reservation. I called the national line, which quickly explained no such missed payment existed and apologized for the branch's "mistake." read more

Ivana (not sure if thats the correct spelling) was SO helpful. I was unable to get a rental at enterprise because the insurance company didnt disclose my age or the fee i'd have to pay when they said the insurance would cover everything. Ivana did her best to help me and tried to get me a car to the best of her ability. She was swamped this morning with clients and still went out of her way to try and help me. read more

Very disappointed! The car had not been cleaned out before we got there. Garbage inside and dusty outside. The employee just started to vacuum after we came in and we had to stop her after 15 minutes as we couldn't wait any longer. In the past we had a walk around so they could indicate any damage to the vehicle, but the employee said it was on the emailed contract. After checking, nothing was indicated. Also, there was less than 1/4 of a tank of gasoline in the car. Will not rent here again. Obviously under new management. Never had issues before. read more

Extremely disappointed with this enterprise. My friend was traveling to my house and ran into transmission problems. Had to rent from this site a small dodge SUV for family of 5 . Drove under 100 miles to finish trip, was left with a $285 bill for a 1 day rental. When called to discuss this outrageous over charge Mike was at a lost to be able to help in anyway. Enterprise took such advantage of a family in need . Would never consider using them ever again and will warn everyone I know to do the same. read more

Enterprise is a pretty good company overall but definitely avoid this location. It looks like they're getting ready to move, except they aren't, that's just the disheveled look it seems they're going for ‍. I went online and was able to reserve a Chevy Tahoe to be picked up Saturday at 9:45am. When I arrived they told me they only have one car available and it's a minivan. At that point I didn't ask any further questions and simply said that I would get a car from another rental car company, turned and walked out. Avoid this location if you must use Enterprise. read more

As of date, this is one of the Enterprise location which might have the Most Polite/Friendly Staff. You don't won't face any issue renting a car from this location. Current staff are well informed about Enterprise policies & Offer which helps new renters a lot. read more

Customer service is lacking. Had car issues and needed to rent a car last moment. Secured a car through the rental line. Few minutes later a woman from this location called and said they didn't have what I was looking for. So, I asked what was available and she said NOTHING. Then she began to explain how three people ahead of me want the same thing and they'd have to get it first. Doesn't matter if you don't have any cars available to rent. She also kept talking over me for some reason. Just unprofessional all around. Went to another location nearby with zero issues. read more

While heading from Pittsburgh to Long Island with my family of 5 and my dog, my transmission went in Hillsborough New Jersey and I was forced to rent a vehicle from Enterprise while my car was being fixed. The Dodge SUV we received had just been returned and was dirty and had no gas in it. We were charged $285 to drive less than 100 miles and no more than 3 hours. Almost $3 a mile. I had to fill the tank up when I left the place. I left almost a full tank of gas in the car when I returned it. I called them to discuss the price and they could not do anything about it. I was on hold for a while for a supervisor Mike and he couldn't do anything about it because I booked online.. That's BS.. If he wanted to he could.. I hope my review helps that nobody else's family is taken advantage of in a situation like this again.. read more

I have rented from this branch many times and the customer service is always top notch. My car broke down again and Monday morning I was at their door at 7:30am. They were really busy but I was on the road in about 10 minutes. Today (Tuesday) I received a call from them apologizing for the rush yesterday and saying they wanted to make sure I had all my questions answered and everything I needed. They really go the extra mile to give good service. read more

I don't understand all the negativity.. Granted this location isn't the prettiest but I don't come here to stay. Get in, pick up car and leave. I have rented at this location multiple times and they are always friendly and efficient. They go out of there way for their customers. They usually have the car I reserved but if they don't; they upgrade or find something that works. read more

Tue morning 2/3. Called branch at 7:30 requesting a pickup at 9:30 at Manville airport. I wad told to call 10 mins prior to needing the car. I landed at 9:45 and called them but got vm. Called back at 10:06 and was told driver was 10 mins from office and would come to get me. I told them I was standing outside (21degrees) and not to delay. 20 mins later the airport manager arrived and let me in. At 10:56 I called enterprise again and was informed they were coming. I told then not to bother. Airport manager had given me the number of a local hertz office. Of course enterprise still sent the driver to further show me that they have no ability to manage their staff. That interruption came during the conf call I had to do at the airport because they did not show up in time. If you are on a business trip and have a schedule to keep forget this office. I'll post the hertz number on airnav for 47N central jersey airport for other pilots to reference. I have been a loyal enterprise business account customer for years. I think it's time to see if hertz loyalty will result in better service when it's needed most. The hertz driver was there in minutes of calling and even offered to have the car dropped off the night before. Wow. I had been asking enterprise to do that for years. read more

$400 hold on my bank account for over a week after I returned the car and paid for the rental on Friday, 01/06/2017. Hold was originally set to be released on Friday, 01/13/2017 but got pushed back to Tuesday, 01/17/2017 for some reason. Other than that, everything was smooth. read more

This place is horrible! they totally took advantage of us!!! My family of five (and our golden retriever) broke down on our vacation, We needed the car to continue our trip to LI, NY less that 100 miles away, they charged us almost $300!!!! We asked if there was anything they could do to help us out in this emergency and they refused. While we were on hold for a very long time to discuss this obvious overcharge, their recorded message said how Enterprise "always takes care of their customers", not this time and not ever again!!!!!! read more

Rented a SUV from Enterprise and then drove it into another SUV. The Enterprise Store in the other town where I had my accident could not have been nicer about it. I got a nicer SUV in exchange with no change in the original price. Now I did take out the extra insurance and road assistance, which helped. When I finally returned the different SUV back to the Enterprise Store where I did the original transaction, they were nice and up to date on my accident and they had informed my own insurance about what happened. Oh and they drove me home. The rental price was good. Both SUVs were great. Enterprise has super customer service. read more
