Fast forward to 2025/2026, and the service department has clearly gone downhill. For one, nobody answers the phone. You're stuck leaving voicemails that go unreturned nine times out of ten. We had an issue with a part that was a known problem and covered under the extended warranty. Getting the claim approved took some hoop-jumping, though that part wasn't really the dealership's fault, and once approved, the repair itself went smoothly. The second issue, a few months later, is where things fell apart. The car started stuttering when accelerating from a complete stop. The mechanic couldn't reproduce it at first, so we rode along with him to show him directly, and he confirmed the problem was real. He just didn't know what was causing it, and they said they'd look into it. That was the last we heard. We left voicemail after voicemail with no follow-up, all while still under the 120K-mile extended warranty. That warranty has since expired, and the problem is still unresolved. It's a frustrating contrast: when the sales side wanted to talk trade-in, I was getting calls constantly. On the service side, silence. There's only one advisor back there, and I don't want to call him out by name here since he's a genuinely nice guy, but the follow-through just isn't there. On top of that, getting a loaner is its own ordeal. They say they're booked out months in advance, so if you need your car serviced quickly, you're likely out of luck. From now on, we will no longer do any future business here.

I didn't give up calling because I really believed that service here would be a great experience. They keep saying there is only one person working in Service and therefore the lack of responsiveness. I scheduled my appointment with this location anyways. I was told the service would only takes 1.5 hours, so I brought my 5 year old daughter with me thinking that with snacks and TV there, it shouldn't be a problem. I was very wrong. They don't have any snacks, not even chips. No beverages other than water and coffee, nothing like what the pictures showed. Then the wait just made the whole experience even worse. We arrived at 10am and it is noon and I was just told another 25-30 minutes. We didn't have breakfast and I thought they have snacks here to hold us over until lunch. There is nothing here and the wait is much longer than what was told us. Misinformed and mislead through their pictures and the service rep. Not happy at all!

John the owner is very professional with a relaxed, humble personality which is everything opposite of what I know about used car salesmen. He has great quality cars with good CarFaxs on his lot and they also do all mechanic work on site. When I went to test drive the Xterra the battery was dead and the right rear tire was bald. John made sure that both were replaced when I came to finalize paperwork. I would absolutely come back here next time I'm looking for a vehicle and definitely recommend him to anyone.

He then compared me coming there to a Bad Date, and referred to it as "icky". He went on to explain that he was interested in selling cars to people based on building a relationship, and not based on providing the best price. (Which, OK... but kinda counter intuitive on the relationship part after comparing me to an "Icky Bad Date") Even after this, I still stayed, as I then shared with Jace that I was actually interested in purchasing two cars on Saturday. The Sante Fe and an Ioniq 5. Only after Brian became aware of our intent to purchase two vehicles did he agree to discuss numbers with me, but would still not walk me through anything substantial.
