When I arrived to their office, nine sharp, there were people already waiting in the office. Unfortunately there was only one staff member and four or five people in front of me. I've rented from this place for years and I've never had a problem until today. The one staff took his sweet time with each customer before me. I think he was just trying to sell them on a couple of add-ons. Whatever he was doing, it was a super slow process. Finally around 9:30-9:35'ish, a second staff finally shows up, but she also took her sweet time talking with one of the car preps before coming up to me to sign me in. She gave me a cheap smile and we were shown the car. By that time, I was livid and told her to skip the walkaround and give me the damn key and sign the digital waivers. In either way, I never made it to my destination because it started raining halfway there and I was already exhausted and frustrated from driving. Even with the rain, we could've shaved off a good twenty-thirty minutes from the trip had they got me on the road in time. So if you're reading this, thanks for nothing! This was one of my personal days that I had to waste and figured I could spent it at some Ren faire all the way down in CT. Such a waste!

I rented (out-of-pocket) from this location for over a year. I worked with Nicole…read more I was extremely uncomfortable with Nicole's conduct as my rental agent. One example: I called someone else within the company to ask a question, and the next morning Nicole called me at home and yelled at me for speaking with anyone but her. I was severely chastised for about 20 minutes. I could hear that she was afraid that others in the company might see her as "uninformed", and I could also tell based on a previous conversation that she was taking her anger at someone else, out onto me. I did not appreciate being called while having my morning coffee in peace, and being dumped on like that. At the end of my long relationship here, (about $15,000 later), at the 11th hour, Nicole extended my rental without my permission, authorized funds in my bank account I didn't approve, and was avoiding my phone calls. This was done to cause me harm, stress and worry. I had finally been able to buy a car. Nicole did NOT like this. I suggest Avis find another representative to work at this office. I do not see things ending well with this one.

I was patient waiting for my vehicle. Went over the condition of the car and before I drove away went back in the office to point out the STRONG cigar odor in the vehicle. He came out, mentioned someone's name and agreed that he would note this in the vehicle inspection doc. The odor lingered the entire 7 days and it was nauseating. He agreed and said he would speak to his boss and would provide a $50 discount. NOT great but better than nothing. Never saw the note in the docs they sent me. They applied a $30 credit with no explanation or apology for not honoring the credit agreed upon. FYI - If a customer smokes anything nevermind a cigar in the vehicle, a $400 cleaning fee is charged. NEVER AGAIN. I am sure this was not his fault but WAKE UP bossman! This location needs some help.

There was only one person working, but they had a clear sign, directing me to go out back where they were getting the other cars ready for other rentals. I let him know I was there and he came right back out to the front to help me. My car was ready and clean. He was very friendly, professional, and thorough, and their return process was very easy. Joe greeted us with a smile when we took a road trip last week to Ohio. Car ran nice was clean and overall no issues at all. I'd say a good recovery.

They were rushed when I arrived to get the vehicle and told me that this was all they had I did not notice how dirty it was until I started driving it but at that point I just kept it after driving it for a few weeks I was pulled over by a police officer because the license plate on this vehicle had expired 4 or 5 months ago I'm lucky that I was not given a citation or a ticket by the officer I took the vehicle back the next day and told the employees about it but they were not apologetic or concerned that I was driving a vehicle that had expired plates they then gave me another vehicle that I drove for a few days at the time that I began renting the vehicle I was told that because of my insurance that I may have to pay for the insurance on the car and at that time I just said okay I guess if the insurance company doesn't cover it then you know I I would probably have to cover it after returning the car I was advised that they had not heard from the insurance company and they were going to bill me for the insurance so I again said to him while I don't think I should have to pay for it and they advised me to call the insurance company I then got a charge on my credit card for $746.60 I don't know if they tried to get the insurance company to pay it they told me I had to contact her and I just said to them I will try and contact them blah blah I then called the insurance company and they told me they had not received the bill or any communication with Enterprise I will never ever rent a car from Enterprise ever again ​
