Do NOT rent from this enterprise location. They are making an allegation one week after we turned the car in that the car was damaged. That is against Enterprises own policies because I spoke with the corporate office. According to their policy, they have to tell you before you leave the location. This is an unauthorized claim, I spoke with Geico and they confirmed it. I called the local office and spoke with two people who said that this is a training facility. Case in point the employees don't even know what they're doing. I spoke with the manager and he said he's only been there for two months and didn't know how to help he said. Had an accident and my insurance company referred me here for the rental. The process was straight to the point and I only needed to show my id and pay a $50 refundable deposit. After getting my car I needed a ride to the body shop to drop off my car and ride back to pick up the rental. Ok so an hour ago I might have given this place a different review HOWEVER, Justin for the win! I walked out of there extremely pleased, considering they will have to see my crazy face a few more times before I get my car back from the repair shop! Dealing with insurance is unreal, and having to stretch rental coverage when you won't have a car for 2 months, but the insurance only covers 30 days is a hot mess. The guys here have been great sports about everything despite my complete irritation with the process. Today I was distraught by the situation at hand, but Justin the manager was very helpful and understanding, great customer service on their part, super informative. Sorry to the original guy who had to hear my whole spiel, forgot to get his name, but he was a great sport too and tried to be helpful, thankful he did go get his manager for assistance. 0 stars. Learn from my mistake and trust the other reviews that say to avoid this location. The lack of customer service and ability to problem solve and some how still remain in business is an absolute mystery. Issues happen and that's okay, but the professional way to handle it is to already have solutions to offer before calling the customer. I was just told your reservation is canceled, but the rep Victoria felt it was okay they were doing this because she was giving me a "heads up" and then told me that I can just call around and find a new reservation. Calling me a week before my reservation over the holidays to give me a "heads up" is not professional nor a solution. At this point in the game there are not any more reservations and if there are they are double if not triple the price. They over committed themselves, these calls should have been made weeks ago when maybe there still was other availability from other brands. I asked the rep Victoria what they can offer to make this right and why they have not called around to other locations before calling me and I was hung up on. (2x because I called back) Aggravation in my voice? Yes, but not once did I swear, threaten or scream at her. Simply just went into problem solving mode, as I would like to see my family for Christmas. As someone who handles customer service for a living, I get it. With that I also get you don't hang up on an upset customer (understandably I was upset as my family Christmas plans were just ruined), if a customer starts making threats and/or is screaming and cursing, 100% okay to hang up on them, but that was not the case. This is a hard job and I empathize with Victoria, no one wants to be the bad guy calling to tell folks "hey your reservation for the holidays is canceled." However, as a rep if you're (real not fake) empathetic to your customer and can offer solutions (may not be perfect but something, effort counts), even delivering bad news you will have less angry and more understanding customers. A weeks "heads up" so I can "figure it out" is not a solution. Still totally mind boggling that this location did not even attempt to offer a resolution. I was not even offered simply a different class of vehicle. There are multiple locations nearby to call and ask for a vehicle from and I was told I can do that myself. I am not who overbooked reservations and created this mess. Thank you to Corporate Enterprise customer service for making it right and saving Christmas for our family. Who apologized and explained Victoria and this location did not handle this properly and yes they should have tried to call nearby locations to see what they could offer me, before calling me to tell me your reservation is canceled (essentially tough cookies) Happy to give our money and business to another local Enterprise location. read more

horrible service the manager mk told me i can get any car over the phone i wanted then when i got there (20 minutes later) told me they only had two cars available (Mitsubishi Mirage). I was asking her if there's anything she can do for her obvious miscommunication and ask for a manager and she pointed to the man then I asked if she was a manager Herself given his face when she pointed and she laughed and said yes but I'm not able to do anything. I ended up getting the vehicle left with no other options and even returned the vehicle a day early (3 day rental returned the second day) to find out I was not only charged for the third day but a drop fee for returning it to a different location after verifying from that manager and customer support no fee would be charged. I called MK location multiple times to be transferred to their automated system until I had customer support request her to contact me. When she contacted me she stated that in my contract enterprise states that they have the ability to charge whatever fee they choose doubling down by telling me it was another miscommunication and I told her why does that customer keep having to get the short end when the miscommunication is on enterprise. She then hung up immediately after and if I didn't record the entire conversation I myself would have a hard time imagining a person in management acting the way she does. read more

This was my worst rental experience ever. They DO NOT honor their own price quotes. After I was rear-ended, the other driver's insurer said they would reimburse me for $30/day for rental. Because the local Enterprise didn't have a contract with that insurer, they wanted $55/day. After the body shop talked to them, they eventually agreed to charge me $32, if I agreed to take a subcompact. When I dropped off my car and went to the Enterprise office, they wanted $39/day for the same subcompact. They called it a miscommunication and refused to honor the $32 rate. if I can give no stars I would very rude assistant manager CAMERON NOWELL I went to rent a car on the 8-8-2024 and was greeted when walked in the door it had two people ahead of me and and he told me another guy to bring up our keys. He was very rude like I had done something to him and He said he was going to close it out later so me and the other guy handed him the keys and I told him I needed a ride home he said he was the only one there and he couldn't leave the facility so I was like OK. He cut me off and started talking to another customer and had me stand up there waiting for what he was about to say so I sat down and waited for 20 minutes till he finished with the other guy that he cut me off to talk to he started closing everybody elses rental out but never call me back up to close mines out so more people came in and he must of helped everybody else that was in the room and ignored me the whole time like I wasn't even there was very nice to everyone that walked through the door that wasn't of color basically after 30 minutes pass I asked him again can someone bring me home? He answered when the other lady get back she can bring you home else home so I said ok so i waited 30 more mins till the girl got back and I ask her if she was going bring me home and she said she have to ask the manager so the assistant manager told her they can't bring nobody home after 4 PM I wasn't told that in the beginning at all so I sat there for a whole hour and a half almost waiting until she get back my phone was dead I had no money on me and had to walk home 104 degree weather super hot outside i walked over 75 miles home I was drenched and sweat and have a medical condition. My back is so much pain my hips hurting, and when I walked out, it was like they didn't even care that I didn't have a ride home I would never ever in my life go to this place again and if I was anybody else, I wouldn't go either because they lied to another lady that came in and said that they told her to come at six on the dot to get a car to rent and he sat there and lied and said he didn't talk to nobody about no car and her husband said he called and said that somebody a male told him to come at six to pick the car up so the wife came and left work just to be there for six and they didn't give her anything this place needs better management because that little boy and those little children that's in there don't know how to run nobody's business to meeting and put them out of business read more

We went in early to pick up our car and they were fairly busy. But after a short wait we were helped. The girl at the desk (and frankly all the employee's) were really friendly and helpful. So that was good. They found our reservation and added the extra day but when I asked the price she said well I just used your rate and added a day. Well we did have to wait a bit to have the car cleaned because we were a day early so as we waited I googled car rental deals and came up with a better deal. When I asked the girl at the counter she was like well we really don't do that and I can't match the deal. But she said why don't you reserve the better deal and I can just cancel out your current order so that's what we did and I saved us basically a day rental. So all in all we got the car an extra day for $3 less than my original quote. So happy here!! We will definitely rent from this location again!!! I caved and came back again because of the convenience of location for me. My most recent visit here was a week or so after the crazy floods that shut down the city (I think maybe last April) so as you can imagine, rental cars were in high demand. Every enterprise (and I'm sure other rental car services) had a wait list. I had to wait two hours for a rental car which I can't complain about since I didn't come in with a reservation. However, another individual who came in maybe 15 minutes after me who HAD a reservation for that time also waited two hours. The employees were very disorganized because a woman who did not have a reservation AND came after me got the car meant for me; in fact she got her car before the man who had a reservation for a rental car. However, the reason I'm giving them 3 stars instead of 2 is because they called to follow up after I returned the car and apologized for my experience as well as tried to rectify the situation by offering a free rental for a weekend (which I declined). Also, this time around, the car was clean so that was good too. read more

Recently, I rented a car due to my personal vehicle being totaled. Upon picking up the vehicle, I indicated that I did not want to accept the damage waiver, as I had other insurance options. I notified the sales associate twice that I wanted to deny this coverage. He verbally acknowledged this and pointed out where I should initial on the agreement. Come to find out when I returned the vehicle, the sales associate had me sign to ACCEPT the coverage and I was charged over $400. Upon following up with the manager, he offered no resolution whatsoever, only repeating the fact that the check was closed and this is "how they make their money." Despite the fact that I was misled or misunderstood, the manager continued to express there was nothing that could be done. The only reason I have two stars rather than one, is because this is the first issue I've ever had with this company at this location. But the fact that the manager, Stephen, was incredibly rude and his staff apparently inept to understand what the customer conveys and offers no resolution warrants my low review. read more

I've had a good experience with Enterprise. Insurance recommended Enterprise because they're across the street from the body shop my car was being repaired at, and if I used them Enterprise would pick me up from the body shop and I can drop the rental car off at the body shop when my car is finished. Folks I have delt with (including the store manager, Zach) have been pleasant and friendly - almost too friendly, but then again I can't really be upset that they're such a talkative bunch! To make my situation more complicated, I was rear-ended while in their rental car, and Zach and the other gentleman who helped me fill out an accident report were very nice and helpful throughout the whole ordeal. I was dreading the paperwork that would be involved, even with a not-my-fault accident, but it was a very smooth interaction and I was in a new rental car within an hour. All-in-all, I have had a positive experience working with this Enterprise, and I would definitely rent from here again. I would recommend that you use a credit card for your deposit, because using a debit card or cash requires a little more paperwork. Plus, a lot of credit card companies provide additional rental car insurance if you rent using their card - call yours and find out any perks! read more

I rented a car that the insurance company paid for and I got the extra insurance for $12.00 a day. This Enterprise car rental started charging me for the car rental that the insurance paid for. I followed up via phone call and they constantly put me on hold. When I finally got threw to them they promised me an imitized bill but never received it. My credit card got charged for over $400.00 with no bill to prove I owe that amount. I currently have a BBB complaint about there business practices. read more

When I got to the location there was a guy at the counter and he told me they couldn't swap the car even though I had called earlier. He told me there weren't any cars available and that the two outside I saw and pointed out were cars that customers left there and will pick up in a few minutes and that he didn't have the keys. I travel across the country every week and have for years (even during Covid, I've had a rental car three weeks out of the month). I always return the car and they give me a ride back to the hotel or hospital where I'm working. This location is refusing to provide a ride back less than 1-mile. A bad start to my day thanks to Enterprise. I called two days in advance to request a pick up for my rental and they asked me to confirm my request 15 minutes prior to needing picking up assistance. The following day I received a confirmation call, which i thought was very professional, until I realized that they didn't have my request for pick up noted. They said they went ahead and submitted my request and that a call the morning of was not needed. The day of my rental, no one showed up to pick me up. I called Enterprise and they told me that no pick up request was noted on my order. I had to scramble and find someone available to take me to the office and I had to move my scheduled business meeting that morning because I was running late (which made me look very unprofessional). I arrived at Enterprise and I asked to speak to both their Branch and Area Manager of which both just apologized and told me that the person I spoke to was new. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The Branch Manager requested I email him next time I reserve a car so that he can assure me that a pick up would be noted- yeah, right. Why should I take an extra step of measure to ensure that their job is done correctly? Upon returning the vehicle, I request to be dropped off and I am dropped off by their "new' employee. He asked me how my experience was and I vented to him. He then did what a true professional would have done, he asked me how he can guarantee my business again. I was astonished. I had already spoken to two managers and not once had they asked me that. It took the "new guy" to ask me that... This Enterprise was run very unprofessionally and unorganized. They are always able to accommodate to my crazy schedule and while everyone there is so sweet and professional, I would like to personally say that Felix is awesome. He literally sat and waited for me to unload my rental into my newly fixed car for about 45min and didn't complain and even offered to help (but I told him he didn't need to, my mess, my problem). I came in to this Enterprise, due repairmen to my car. I had an expired license due to being in Active duty for the Army. I looked up the state policy and Enterprise policy to make sure I was eligible for me to rent a car beforehand, and even let this location know that I was coming in with my case. They couldn't give me a heads up that I am not eligible (although it is up on their website regarding active military personnel), the agent (Steven) told me to prove him that I am active and show him some documents claiming that I am active. Not only did I give him my active military ID car, but also my official leave form that proves that I am on active duty and on leave for the holidays. I called the corporate asking if I am not eligible and if I do not qualify, and even the corporate told me that this is a common case due to active soldier's leave time is valuable, they made the policy regarding case as such. He told since I am on a leave, go get my license renewed. I feel disrespected. read more
