Mohid, the person that I dealt with was actually quite pleasant and did his best to completely answer my questions and concerns. I didnt get the feeling of being ripped off but more si that the City of Houston needed to do a much better job with the follows of this "Tow and Go" program. I eventually said enough was enough and went up to the wash just for them to tell me they would not be fixing my mirror and they weren't at fault cause my mirror was not level with my door?? This side mirror had never been hit or had any structural damage. That's like saying if I punch someone in the face and someone else comes thru and hits you with a chair and your nose breaks they wouldn't be at fault cause damage was already done... like my mirror was fully functioning and intact and now I have to hold it up with duct tape just to get anywhere. Outside of the mirror the wash itself was sub par, I came out having bird shit still in my hood. I'd likely need to go thru that wash three more times just to get my car to look clean. I'd give them 0 stars and would never come back. Go to sudz slightly down the steam or some self wash and save yourself the hassle and money. I'm done abt $150 as a result of this + the $10 needed to "wash" my car. *Correction* the repair will be $300. No wonder it's been hard for me find this place around Gessner Road and Clay Road. But it's very convenient from Beltway. Advanced Auto Parts is smaller than what I used to for an auto parts store. The parking lot is huge. In fact, there is additional parking across Steffani Lane. I often see people repair cars in the large parking lot (that's why you only see half of storefront photo). I like to browse for ideas on my car. However, I believe they could do better with the customer service, consider they already suffer with the location.

Having owned several automotive businesses in the past as well, these guys definitely exceeded my expectations. I wished I had a team as good as theirs in my previous business. Jose knocked out the estimate extremely efficiently and was very thorough. After leaving the car with him, he kept me updated on their progress all the way up until completion. I was extremely happy when he stated that he could reuse my bumper, since its aftermarket and im not sure if the company I bought it from even exists anymore. I would 100% recommend QTX if you have any body work or collision needs. They're professional, transparent and honest. You dont see that in the automotive space much anymore.

They grabbed a few plastic rivets that I had missing, popped them in, and told me it was great unless I wanted to replace the bumper itself (which looked good). Shortly after, my car was involved in a minor accident that required replacing some body panels, air bag, and seat belt tensioner. Victor and Jose were up-front that the it would take a decent amount of time to order the parts, and were extremely helpful in dealing with insurance. They went above and beyond with customer service, and even when I could not pick up my vehicle during their normal business hours, came in to hand over the car in off-hours.
