Rented here at least 4 times since moving to FL and would not rent from anywhere else. Eric and ashley both treated me great and i was even picked up at my job so i didnt have to ask anyone for a ride. I have been renting from this particular location routinely for just over 4 years now. When I say routine I mean almost weekly. I must say that this location is getting better and better. The new manager has not been there to long and already knows me by name. There is also another customer service person there Edward ( don't think I spelled that right) and he is extremely pleasant. They are alway looking for ways to make sure that my experience was as good as possible. For example this last time when I came in they did not have the class car I had reserved but were waiting on a delivery. I. Fact I was originally afraid to drive the car size they had personal fears. When they got cars in Ed made sure to give me a call just like the manager promised they would to make sure I was comfortable. This team is amazing. I know there have been some bumps here in 4 years but I will continue at this location especially with the team they have now. read more

The branch manager at the Hudson location is an uptight incel who does not care about years of customer loyalty all because my license surface was scratched off from 8 years of regular use. License renewal is in 6 months. Anyhow, he refused to rent me a car because he couldn't identify my license as a valid FL license which I have been using the SAME license at this location for years! I have a long history of renting vehicles for work-related travel at this location. I had to call the cops to have them verify that my license was legit. So much for customer loyalty and service. ByEEE, you just lost a bunch of business as the "NO SOUP FOR YOU new branch Natzi". I ended up not renting because of the miserable person you are. Don't take it out on other people, because your holiday will be spent alone and no one cares about you. read more

Set up a reservation 10 days ago. Was told I would have a luxury vehicle like my own that was being repaired. Called this morning to pick up the car. They could not deliver it and did not have a car comparable to mine and wanted to put me in a economy car with five people traveling in it. read more

Reserved a car for an 8am pickup...got a call as I was walking out the door at 7:41am telling me they did not have any cars. Nothing like the last minute to inconvenience a renter. Then after waiting and finally getting a car which I paid for mid size..they stuck me with a Corolla that was beat up, scratches all over, spider crack about 15" in diameter at the rear bumper where it was clearly hit. When I mentioned it, I was told "yea, thats been noted" I read my rental agreement that was emailed to me afterwards and it states "NO DAMAGE NOTED" I also mentioned that the car I was given was a step down from what I rented, paid for and was expecting and was told "its the same class as they changed their classifications." I then called to speak to management and found out thats who I was dealing with. He was unpleasant with that don't care attitude at the rental time and worse when I called an hour later. I was stuck with a take it or leave it attitude and this will surely be the last time I or anyone from my business will use Enterprise and especially will let all others know of this particular location. The sign of the times as they must be desperate for help to allow such horrible service and people interacting with paying customers. VERY unhappy and will remember how terrible this was for quite some time. read more

This was the second time we tried to run from the Hudson Enterprise. They first time they said we would have a car by 9 a.m. and they would deliver. They did not come pick us up until after 2. The second time was this week. We made our reservation and they assured us they had cars for the next day. I also called at 8 a.m. to make a reservation and they again assured us they had cars. When we got there they said they did not even have a reservation that it was at the other store. This branch is poorly-run. We went to New Port Richey and they did a much better job. read more

I only have one star because you have to ... this place was horrible an rude an over charges .... plus they had to send my deposit thru the mail an it came late an it was 75 dollars short an when we asked why it was short the guy was rude an said "what? did you think it was fee " ugh no i think the 300 i had already paid for 2 days was not free !!! I have been a customer of Enterprise for 10 years. So far this year I have rented 6 vehicles from this location in Hudson. Their customer service has been outstanding! My cars have always been clean, and never had a problem. Vinnie was my pick-up and drop off driver. Always on time and just a really friendly guy. Barbie always called to make sure I was satisfied with my cars. The counter staff is very efficient. I highly recommend this location, and I will be using them again in the future when I need a rental. read more

Just rented a car to go up to the Panhandle. When I went to pick it up, the car I had requested was a recall model. So they offered me 3 others. Got the Challenger and had a great time with it. This place shows they care about their clients. Have been here many times and been upgraded when my vehicle is not available. Best car rental place I have ever dealt with in any state! read more

Recurring nightmare at Enterprise in Hudson. We have rented cars from the Hudson Enterprise on numerous occasions when visiting my mother nearby and there is an issue every single time. They almost never have our vehicle available, even though I reserve months ahead of time. When they do round up an alternate vehicle, it is usually dirty. On one occasion, they had to give us an SUV that one of the employees had been driving and we found hair accessories and makeup left inside. This Enterprise is usually very short staffed with one person behind the counter who must answer the phone while helping customers. The waiting time is horrendous, particularly on Saturdays. My most recent experience was my worst. We had to settle for a different vehicle as usual. They were in a huge rush and we were handed paper work in the parking lot while looking over the vehicle. They associate told me to initial by all the x marks, failing to mention that I was unknowingly authorizing a hidden road side assistance charge. I would have never agreed to this, since I have AAA. I noticed the fee when I returned the car, along with an additional day because I wad about 1 hour late in returning. The man at the counter said that he would have the "manager" mail me a check to reimburse us for the charged which he agreed were unnecessary. Well, this was clearly a tactic to get me out the door. I waited three weeks and received no check. I called and was told a manager would get back to me by the end of the day. The call never came. I called the next day and was told that I would be refunded by credit card (funny they said they couldn't do this before) only for the extra day charge but not the roadside assistance since I'd signed a "binding contract". Wow- very disappointing customer service to say the least. I contacted Enterprise corporate to make them aware of my experience and was told again that someone would get back to me. No call a week later. I will be taking my business elsewhere. They should change their slogan to Enterprise, we'll rip you off! read more
