My husband and I rented an SUV from Enterprise Co. in Kernersville, NC. We were in a big hurry, so I took my own Tom-tom device to follow driving directions.Later on I found out that SUV had a more modern computer,so I got my directions just from that.And I put my device in the glove compartment.And I forgot it. We returned the car on October, Monday 14-th.In two days, exactly on Wednesday I remembered about our thing left , and we came with my husband to the office to ask about it.The customer service rep assured us that she will call another person who rented that SUV , and who was using it in NC, and than she will call us back. I am sure that our Tom-tom was either still in the glove compartment or taken away by the vallet service rep. Anyway, nobody called us. Do you like my device, guys? "Thank you" for your service. Made a reservation for 12 pick up on Saturday 10/28. At 8am that morning we received a call from Enterprise confirming the reservation and pickup at 12. We arrived there at 11:58 with multiple customers stuck outside of the closed location. They closed early. We tried calling the store, but no one would answer. We called customer service and they got us a reservation at the enterprise at GSO, but they raised the total price. We called customer service again, but they told us they would not do anything. So not only did they not honor the reservation time, but they did not honor the price and screwed us over with additional airport fees all because their employee closed early read more

I was standing with the agent when I returned my rental and he inspected it. He said nothing about damage or issues (which there were none since I also inspected it). He then thanked me. Four days later, they called me at 1PM on the day before my pickup date to say they wouldn't be able to help me, leaving me in a rush to try to find another vehicle last-minute. Worst customer service ever!! My daughter needed a rental after an accident and asked for a truck they stated it would not be a problem....fast forward to a week later when We went to pick it up and they stated they only had a car to rent her since she was only 20. The agent then stated they wouldn't rent to a 20 year old that didn't have full coverage, this was covered by insurance and the insurance agent was called and stated they were covering all costs and it has never been a problem before. Unfortunately I was involved in an accident and had to use this place why my car was being worked on. If you have to go to one use this one in Kernersville and work with Brittany. Brittany is an awesome person to work with. I have had an amazing experience with them and when I return the car today I will and if ever need to use them again will go back. read more

Will never rent a car from this location. They lied an tried to deem me at fault for a scratch on their car but when I arrived to pick up the rental car it had just been dropped off & being washed & cleaned , once the car was pulled around for me it had water & soap suds all over it which made the scratch non visible . They should have inspected the car thoroughly before I arrived from the last person who dropped it off before they tried to rush & put me in it. & who's to say the guy cleaning the car off didn't drive it around & scratch the car up against something! they try to get your money some kind of way & put the damages on your insurance! But I'll fight this one til the end. I'm calling corporate & i have a lawyer! read more

This place is a joke my husband was in an accident and we called first thing to get a car they were like okay we can send someone to pick you up at 3pm okay at 3pm the enterprise car lot in hope mills called and said we have a car for you we were like that is 2 and half hours from were we live. Then I called over to the enterprise car lot in Kernersville and they said oh sorry but we do not have any CARS available the only one we have left has expired tags and can not be rented. I said so when can I get a car she said maybe at 10am tomorrow I don't understand this was very inconvenient. Then when my husband told the lady he was going to file a complaint she said go ahead like she did not care that the company she worked for was going to have complaints filed. read more

My father rented me a FWD car days before my birthday so my family and kids could make it up to Boone in the snowy weather for our cabin trip. The confirmation was also sent to us by email that they would for sure have the vehicle. The day we were supposed to pick up that vehicle they advised to us it was not available and that there were no AWD/4WD on the lot at all. After speaking with the 'so called' manager at the Kernersville location he eventually hung up and attempted calling the customer service line. We explained to them the situation and they advised they were escalating a ticket for us and would call back shortly with a solution. I made a few more calls but each rep basically told me the same thing and attempted to put me through to the actual lot in Kernersville (which looped back to customer service again). So I just drove down to the lot to see if they might have had something on hand. Once I arrived and asked the 2 gentleman there if they had anything for me and that I had to leave within the hour or I would not make it up the mountain in time, they advised they were refusing me service because my father was upset at them for not having my "ALREADY RESERVED" car when I was supposed to pick it up and also not offering any type of solution. The 2 gentleman there basically kicked me out of the location telling me to #$#@ off and to #@$@ my birthday (This was 1pm January 8th) and called other locations telling them not to give me a car. I almost had to cancel my trip but was able to finally find something 3 hours too late, but I would never recommend this location to anyone and would 100% look into the 2 gentleman working there and the way they handled this situation, they should both be fired and the manager there should be reprimanded for even telling the service agent to ban me for something I didnt even have part of. This was their screw up, they argued with us, did not offer to fix the situation and after getting into a verbal battle with me on my birthday, almost ruined my family vacation. read more

Rented from the Kernersville, NC location. If I have a 7:30 AM pick up time for a reserved car, I expect a car to be ready at something close to 7:30. It took almost an HOUR to get the car. They were cleaning cars that came in after hours last night. Not a great way to do business! read more

I reserved a car rental for today 9-30-2016 and was call by a rep who proceeded to tell me that I could not use cash for the deposit on my rental,I proceeded to tell her that I rented a vehicle a month earlier and had paid cash for the deposit and there was no problem no all of a sudden I can do that.She told me that wasn't possiable since that don't except cash for a deposit.I said that's funny because after I had rented and returned the rental enterprise sent me a check in the mail for the cash deposit I had given them and have the copied check to prove it.I asked if I could use a debit card and was told that I could only use debit if I have a payroll check stub or a utility bill with a zero balance.iasked the rep what any of those things had to do with me renting a vehicle,she told me it is policy.i am not giving u my paystub with my personal info on it nor a utility bill with my personal info that is just ridiculous.i have rented many times from enterprise with no problems until now and wont be renting from them any longer if this is how they conduct business.I wish I had a chance to speak to the manager,just so disappointed with this particular location read more

Customers please be aware never accidently leave anything behind in a rental car from the Kernesville Location. After having my car damaged in an accident my insurance company provided me a rental until my car was repaired. Upon returning the car, which also happened to be very close to closing for the rental agency I forgot my garage opener which was on the sunvisor above my head. By the time we realized that I had forgotten the garage opener the office was closed. On the following morning my husband contacted the manager who stated that they had already rented the car out and it would be returned by the end of day.
