I don't drive into the DC area, so this was a godsend for me. Jason was extremely kind when I kept adding another passenger or trip. The drivers were courteous and kept on top of their flight status and communicated with them. An issue with either arrival or baggage but remained loyal to picking them up and getting them safely to our destination. I highly recommend them and definitely will be using them again! My first bad experience with AAA. But it was a doozie! Booked one way flight. I forgot to call to…read moreconfirm seat because my laptop died (never had to do that before which was also strange). Called today and they said my reservation was cancelled. Ok. Fine. Rebook flight. Costs me more plus travel insurance again. This time I call to confirm and they say that because it's a one way flight, I have to go into the store to book. What?!? They said to prevent fraud. But why did the website let me book? Why did it say to call the number? Why was I not told the first time I called that I had to go in to book? Rush to the store, check in and wait.... And wait. Check Delta to see what the price is directly from them. Same price. So while waiting I call the travel insurance company to see if I can cancel both flight insurance policies. They said yes! So I did that and walked out of the store. Still no one checking on me. So tonight I'm booking the flight through Delta. Just not sure what to think.... Again, never had a problem before, but some of these policies plus not getting served has made me a bit concerned.

I got confused finding the shop bc it moved due to Amazon but the owner was super awesome…read morethroughout the entire process. We drove my vehicle so he could experience the issue I was having at lower speeds. Very accommodating and helped me out with the drop off and more. I just happened to see the shop listed here and decided to leave a review over a year later. I only used the shop bc it was open the Sunday that I was looking for a shop. Good guy. Not really much to offer people as activities they do play bingo in the evening, I did notice that the teenagers were riding their bikes and motorbikes around the campsite and also around on the main road since it's off of the big main road. Again, it was a beautiful place but I think it's more for older couples and maybe we can get away for groups of adults.

I was sorely disappointed in this KOA. We've stayed at many through the years. We paid extra to…read morepick our site. After consulting their park map, we picked one that we thought was next to water. The stream depicted in the drawing was more of an unsightly drainage ditch. The overgrown brush next to it was full of thistles. Additionally, the quickest way by "road" to the bathrooms was through mud and lots of it. Trying to navigate through the grassy parts resulted in more mud. Having a pup, we were excited to let him try out the dog park. Another disappointment. It was mostly gravel with stagnant, standing water which we all know can make our pups really ill. Our campsite was mostly gravel. For tent camping, this is most uncomfortable. We were also disappointed to learn that our fire pit and grill were one in the same. It was cold that weekend. They do sell firewood in the store for $7 a bundle. We burned through five the first night because they're small and burn quickly. For $10, stop before entering the park and get a huge bundle from a private residence like we did the second day. They're located on the left. The stacks are at the street. We called the number listed and were told to just drop our money in the box. The park wasn't all terrible. The staff we encountered were all very friendly. Their store is also one of the nicest I've seen at a KOA. It's almost like a gift shop. Not their fault, but lots of late check-ins with truck lights so they could set up, barking dogs and children running around after 11 pm. We also did not enjoy the blaring 6 am alarm going off as well as their barking dogs ... again the next morning.
