Beware of this agency! They rented me a car which had some terrible issues and when I immediately brought the car back to them, they said I had blown the clutch. The car had 2 miles on it (one mile out, and one mile back). Every reputable mechanic that I've spoken with has told me that a blown clutch doesn't happen in that short of an amount of time. Enterprise insisted they had checked out the car before I got it (unless they pulled the transmission apart, they wouldn't have known about the clutch issue), and they said that an engineer's report had stated that the clutch was blown (but not that I had blown it!). To date, I've not received the engineer's report and have had to resort to legal action and action through my credit card company to retrieve the lost funds. Not only has my credit card been billed close to $2000, but I'm now also paying a lawyer to take up the issue. read more
