Reservation at 1:30. Waited in line 30 min. At 3:00 I still don't have a car and have watches 5-6 people who were behind me get one. "Piss poor management" another customer said to me. I reserved a compact SUV, but when I arrived at my reserved time, I was told they didn't have any small SUVs & wouldn't for several hours, so I could either wait or take a much smaller car. I didn't have hours to wait, so I agreed to take a white Corolla which was clean & had a full tank of gas. First, I was told the rental would be $300, not the $160 total I was given when I reserved the car. So I went to my bank & was able to move some money. I get back & the price was now $435 - "oh, it's a $300 deposit plus the rental fee." I wasn't able to move anymore money & have it be available that same day. So my boyfriend came & we used his card to make the reservation & I was added as an additional driver "It's only $15 extra for an additional driver." Wrong! It's $15 PER DAY. I was given a silver Corolla this time which was priced at $512, but had to wait because it was being cleaned. That car was filthy when I was finally handed the keys. Bird mess all over the outside, trash in the floorboards, dirt ground into the floorboards, no floor mats, pet hair all over the backseat. When I returned the car 15 minutes before the return time, they didn't have time to check my car in then, but promised to back-time the return my emailed receipt (they were too busy to print me a receipt then) so it didn't look like the car was returned late. When I got my email receipt, it showed that I had returned the car 15 minutes late. I called the location, but the person who answered the phone didn't want to help me & made it pretty clear by interrupting me almost every time I spoke & acting like they just did not care. They said to make it up to me, I could come back to their location & pick up a business card with a manager signature on it to get a free day of rental, for their location only. If I were to ever rent a car from Enterprise (unlikely), it would not be at that location. When I declined, the person on the phone said "Ok, well you're all set then." & stopped speaking. So I said "Thanks for your great service.", & ended the call. I've only rented one other car before, but it was from Avis & the overall experience was so much better. Avoid Enterprise. read more

Their ad says they deliver a clean and sanitized car. Not true in our case. It was filthy. Mud up the inside doors. Cobwebs under the trunk. Handprints on the seats. Scratches throughout the exterior. They offered to wash it while we waited but we had to leave immediately. Besides, the customer should always get a clean car without question. Im sitting 12 miles away and was told they don't do pickups more than 5 miles even though policy is 10. So I'm stranded in this state yet another day because so many pieces of trash don't want to do anything. Tennessee is a shit hole! New on the job and unsure of when the corporate card would arrive, I called Enterprise on Clinton Highway to inquire if we could arrange to charge an upcoming business rental on my husband's credit card (I have not applied for personal credit of any kind for 10 years and have no intention of doing so). Chase was super helpful, personable, very pleasant and easy to work with. He took our information and set it up in the computer so I could just show up on the first day and rent problem-free. Luckily, my corporate card came the day before my rental began, and we were worry-free. With few full-sized rental vehicles  available on an early Saturday afternoon, Chase upgraded me to a brand new Camaro. Big win! read more

All employees are so polite and kind. They must have really good management because I encountered this with everyone--even the nice people who drove me to pick up my vehicle when it was finished. I had a wonderful experience with this company when I rented a car from them for a week. They were quick, efficient and fair... Then on Saturday my 76 year old father went in and they totally took advantage of him. They charged him $90 for an overnight rental. They had him totally confused and flustered and practically made him take a mini van, because they only had that and a pickup truck. He had been dropped off and they knew that, so they completely took advantage of the situation. Do not do business with these people.they completely take advantage of elderly people and make them feel helpless in situations that they cannot control. I will be contacting the top brass at the Enterprise corporate office first thing in the morning. You may have got one over on a 76 year old man, but I promise you will not get one over on his son. So for anyone even thinking about renting a car from this place, just keep in mind on how they treat the elderly read more

I will never use Enterprise again. I left my prescriptions in the console and called the store to find out if they found the prescriptions. Jack the salesman told me yes the car was there on the lot but there was nothing found in the car. Two minutes later I went to the lot and the car was not there. He then told me he would check the car to see if something was in the console and I told him I wanted to go with him and he stopped Dead in his tracks with a deer in the head lights look. He then told me that the car actually wasn't on the lot. They tried to steal my medications. read more

I have been renting from this location for many years for both business and pleasure. They are always great to work with, the cars are reliable and look sharp. Rates are best I've found anywhere. A couple of times they have upgraded my vehicle at no charge if they didn't have what I requested. Jack was the last rep I dealt with and he was awesome. He took the time to explain all the features in the car as well as where everything was located. Every one of their reps greet you with a smile whether renting or returning. I happen to prefer driving Chevrolets and they will go out of their way to accommodate me. Top notch service! I highly recommend this Enterprise location. read more

Well here's an UPDATED review thats honest af & unapologetic because they need to be called out for their BS as a company & ashamed of their actions. I spent over $2000 over 5 weeks to rent a car while my insurance was resolving my cases. EVERY TIME my credit card got hacked right after they took my card & charged me. I went through 3 credit cards and one of the idiot workers claimed my credit card company hacked me REALLY how stupid are you?! The charges were very suspicious& made at local western unions for hundreds of dollars RIGHT after they charged my card. THATS NO COINCIDENCE even experian & my credit card company said so. TWO I was told by whoever the female worker that the holding fee for my car they charge before they charge me before before they made me pay for my actual rental is REFUNDABLE. The first few times it got returned just fine, after my last ever car I rented for them the worker CONFIRMED it would be again returned within 24 to 48 hours. NEVER returned it they tried to lie to not give me my money back when I asked about why it was not returned AS their policy stated. I will be disputing charges with my credit card company to get my money back and filing a report with the BBB. Also the only female worker there needs to learn some manners she is so incredibly rude & lacking serious customer skills! read more

This Enterprise location is hands down the best locally. When I priced my recent rental options they were the cheapest around. Since this is not the closest location to my house I called to see if it was possible for a pick up. Although it wasn't, they talked with me about options. Since this location was over $100 cheaper, it made sense to take an uber there and then drop off at my closest location for a ride home. What a great idea! I was finally able to get my "Front Brakes" put on but they wouldn't put a set on the back because they said they had prior to purchase: 3 months ago!!! I got my oil changed and tires rotated which in all took around 4-5 hours with an appointment. So I chose to rent from Enterprise through them so I could continue my day, or so I thought. I got a van to begin with and strictly asked for anything but with plenty of time to make my selection available. The real kicker to this story is the fact I'm writing you from a shopping center parking lot at 2:30 a.m stranded around 5 when my Truck was finished and promised to be retrieved and money given back because II would have to wait and also the fact I had been stranded for about 2 hours prior. I called at 530 to ask to be picked up or to get me a cab or anything so I could get my truck before 6pm. Well I was told to call the Halls branch he couldn't do anything for me and neither would the Dealership! I called and begged to Be picked up because I live over an hour away and only planned for the car at the 1/2 day rate. Even after trying to get a cab while on the phone with the dealership insisting I need my truck that no one has tried helping me. I'm told to pick it up tomorrow morning because it was 5:57 and their clerk had already shut the computers down not to mention being out on hold over and over in an attempt to ignore me until they could leave. So I've not received any calls from the Dealership that also owes me for a paint touch up or the piece of shit Rental Agency "Enterprise" Leasers name is Todd I think but will find out ' that basically told me their was nothing they could do. Yet their slogan says they will pick you up?... This is completely insane and I wasn't about to rent a hotel even though I did call and pondered driving home only to cancel that idea because then I'd be paying to put gas back in this junk. So I didn't get to visit the places I needed to go and I have scheduled plans first thing tomorrow morning that I'm not going to be able to make! This is a complete failure on both their parts if ever I've seen. So I'm trying to contemplate what I should do as far as talking with someone in charge and able to actually see what has happened. So wish me luck in this old strip mall with heavy police presents near Kmart under one set of working overhead lights. I have used Enterprise on Clinton Hwy. for several years to rent a car for vacation. Last year (2014), I picked the car up, got it home, and started packing. As I was packing and my kids started getting their stuff in, we noticed how nasty the inside of the car was. There was dried, but sticky, syrup like residue on the back seats and the console. I took a rag and washed it all off and the rag was dark gray and black. I can't imagine that the inside of the car had ever been wiped out. We found garbage underneath the seats and pockets. Absolutely nasty. I took pictures of it all and called them the next day (after we had already left for vacation.) The man was very nice and apologetic. He told me to ask for him when I returned the car. I did so and he gave me 2 days of free rental for a future time. (He specifically put it on the computer notes.) O.k. great. This year (2015) I called to make the reservation and told them I had the 2 days of free rental. Of course, they had no record of it. I showed them the pictures and even had the guy's name I dealt with. Then I was told that it would be more expensive for me to use the 2 free days of rental than it would for the weekly rate. Wow. On top of that, the 2 free days had to be used this year, but had no record of it. The car from this year was absolutely cigar filled smell. I asked for another car, but they didn't have one available. I had to use Febreeze, Lysol, and finally put Snuggle dryer sheets in the air condition vents for the entire trip. I complained about it then and when I returned it, but all I got was "I'm sorry." Think it's time for me to find a new car rental company. read more

I have been using Enterprise for several years but recently I have been having issues. I rented a car, it smelled like smoke so I turned around and drive it back. I drove about 5 miles. They tried to charge me for gas because I didn't fill it up. Then they double charged me for the rental that I got. The next time I rented, I had to extend the rental for a week. Two days before the car was due, they called wanting to know where the car was. I told them that I had extended it a week but they wouldn't agree. They finally said that it would work out if they kept my full deposit plus charged me another $85. I was out of state and had to agree. Furious though I was. I have to rent cars to do any traveling & I have one of the Enterprise Member Plus account that gets me absolutely nothing!! I don't think I will use Enterprise again. read more

My family and I decided to go out of town for the weekend. My husband recently separated from the military through the MEB and with going to school full time, working full time, and having to move across the country we haven't had much time to enjoy quality time together. We chose Enterprise because they had an awesome weekend special. I went to the location and picked up my car. Upon getting it home, I notice that the front rim was warped. Seems how we were going to be doing quite a bit of driving, that was not acceptable. Called this location and was asked if I could wait a few hours so maybe they would have a car for us. My answer, No! We were already late getting on the road at this point. So I went back to this location and after waiting about 20 minutes, was told I was ready. This time we got a nice 2014 Ford Fusion. The car was very nice and rode so smoothly. One major concern I had was the inside was not cleaned! The outside was spotless but there was melted chocolate smashed in to the seat. So I had to go clean it before I could even drive it. I do not believe I will be back to this location.
