The Craig Road location, where we originally booked, helped track down that the car had been sent to the Skypoint location for cleaning. When I called and spoke with Edward at this location, he was incredibly helpful and took the time to personally check the vehicle for my belongings. Thankfully, he was able to find my ID and help coordinate everything for pickup! What could have been a really stressful end to the trip ended up being much smoother thanks to his help, and I was able to fly home without any issues. I arrived at 1:15pm, the doors to Avis were locked but according to the operating hours listed they should have been open until 6pm. I called the phone number on the door. Andy, the worst employee I've ever met answered the phone and told me to hold (he didn't ask). I was on hold for 7+ minutes so I hung up and called back. Andy answered again, before he could tell me to hold I interrupted him and asked if they were closed. He said, "No, I'm on my lunch." I got angry at that point and asked him why he had me on hold for so long if he was on his lunch! He then said, "I'll be there in 10 mins." When he arrived he didn't apologize. He acted like nothing happened. He asked for the keys and said, "I'll be back in a minute." When he returned, he gave me a balance that was higher than I expected so I asked him questions. He then responded in an annoyed tone! I told him to just close me out. In a calm manner I said, "Just so you know, this experience is unacceptable. You didn't apologize for closing for lunch without putting up a sign, putting me on hold for a long time, making me wait outside for 30 minutes, my higher balance, nothing." He then argued that I only waited 15 minutes! He then said, "I'm entitled to have lunch. Fine, I'm sorry I had that you had to wait 15 minutes." I'm furious with this guy. I would NEVER employ someone like Andy khachatourians! Avoid this place! Never again will I rent a car from Avis!!!!

People like Hassan, Zack and I think his name is Jim, who drives the shuttle, just exemplified top notch genuine customer service. When the need arose again for me to rent a vehicle, recently, I came back to this location and was not surprised that the level of service, knowledge, expertise and kindness was in grained into everyone that practically works there. Thank you, Zack for the warm greeting when I called in letting you folks know that I was running about 10 mins behind drop off time. Thank you, to Hassan with the welcoming back greeting and warmth that constantly flows through your every interaction. And last but not least thank you, Tristian for helping me through the return process and for adding onto the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Never would I have thought that in all my years I would be on google and yelp leaving comments about customer service like this lol but when I tell you this location truly hits different.... I truly mean everything that I have written and then some. The residents of Vegas related that the batteries die quickly due to the extreme heat and I done see how that is my problem. I ended up wasting a day to find someone to help jump the vehicle. I returned the car the next day and come to find out that they only open for 5 hours a day and was closed when I arrived at 3pm. Once again, the car was dead, so I ended up turning it in. Called customer service and they stated they weren't going to charge me....come to find out, they charge me for 3 days for having the vehicle. Had to call back multiple times and had to explain myself 3 times per a call due to poor communication on there side. They also hung up on me twice and that was the last straw for me. I finally got through a person and they was going to forward my request to collections because they had already charge and closed my reservation. Now I have to wait 5 days to see if they even did there job properly. They even have the nerve to charge me 3 days for there crap car and was only going to refund me for 2 day with the car only been driven less than a mile. Never renting from them again. Checked back after 8 days and they still didn't refund me as they stated. Called customer service for the 9th time and they flat out didn't want to refund me and only offer a 50% credit...I would never rent from them ever and going to dispute this with my credit card company...so beware

If you come here come later the manager will be there. If you come during the day it's a shady guy who's doesn't do walk a through and I had to ask for another car because the first car was scratched up some were marked and some weren't. But the day guy will make Avis charge you from damages even if you tell them. He will delete notes on your file. All the cars have some type of damage to them they don't clean them and I took a video of the first car he tried to give me. I had to take a second one too and I made sure the date was on them so he can't try and be shady again. HIPPA needs to pay this location a visit. They wouldn't pass! Oh and they give out cars with out gas and expect You to still return it full. Protect yourself if your forced to use them!!!

The Budget representative tried to up sale me everything he could and would not take no for an answer. Exhausted from a very long day, I finally agreed to extra insurance just to get the car. When the Budget representative realized he screwed up because the reservation was guaranteed through Costco, he completely changed everything without telling me and gave me a Chrysler Pacifica Minivan for the $200 extra he was charging me for the extra insurance. After all this it took another hour to get the vehicle. I will NEVER rent from Budget again.

Clerk: I was right in the middle of something [at that moment, 1 other customer in room, and 2 other Enterprise staff members sitting at desks] Etc --- Long story short: if you don't want your car rental experience to sound like the dialog above, avoid this place We wound up renting a van from a nearby U-Haul for 75% of the price.
