The team here (Drew started the experience) was great with their customer service and support while I was traveling with my kids, on a long (14 hour) car road trip from Texas to Ohio (and back). I had experienced car issues in Kentucky, and called this branch to get some advice, as I didn't know what to do. This Branch was able to get in contact with the KY airport Enterprise and they were able to help me get moved into a different car and made it really easy and stress-free for me, so I could get back on the road with my kids and finish our fun road trip. Very disappointing experience with Enterprise. I reserved a truck in advance and called the night before to explain that I had an urgent need and tight timeline. I was assured that my request had been escalated and was asked to contact the local branch at 7:30 AM because a truck was expected to be returned overnight. Although the truck was apparently available the next morning, I continued to receive repeated delays throughout the day. Each time I called, I was told it would be another two hours. By 1:30 PM, I was still being told they might be able to accommodate me, while also being advised to try renting elsewhere. The last person I spoke with was Mike. This lack of clarity and follow-through caused major disruption to my schedule. A reservation should provide some level of reliability, and unfortunately that was not my experience here. read more

I needed a car the Friday before Memorial Day 2026. My mother-in-law's funeral was the next day. Early in the week I made a reservation at DFW airport because we needed to return it late in the day on Sunday. At the counter they let me know I could only pay with a credit card, debits are not accepted. They pointed me to a location that has a drop box near where I live but when I got there, they would have no rentals returned and ready for 6 hours, we needed to leave before that. They suggested we call this location in Lewisville. I spoke with Raven on the phone who assured me they could take care of us. When we got there we dealt with Anthony who took amazing care of us at the counter, and then were shown our vehicle my Michael who got us on the road quickly and with great courtesy. I would recommend this location to anyone who rents from Enterprise. read more

Great low mileage vehicle for rent, the Management was helping us to rent SUV XL but somehow gave us only Standard SUV. Very disappointing since the manager At Lewisville near 35 FWY Texas did not follow through on his commitment to change the vehicle from Equinox to XL like Suburban! Traveling cross country from Texas to California on Equinox, we had to fill up the car 7 times, it seems like we were driving EV than SUV which wasting us lot of times. We offered to pay more for XL SUV, Enterprise had at least 4 vehicles in their lot, but refused to change vehicle. I was personally talked to the manager locally at this Lewisville branch, he sated it should not be any problems on the phone but once I showed up to rent the vehicle, his tone changed! I filed my insurance claim with USAA in early September 2025. I informed them that I would be getting my Chevrolet Silverado repaired in October and taht is when I would need a rental vehicle. They made the reservation with Enterprise at that time and informed me that the vehicle would be a Ford F-150 truck or similar. The Thursday before I was to pick up the truck the following Monday, USAA again confirmed what type of vehicle that be getting from the Lewisville Enterprise location. I also called the Lewisville location that Thursday to confirm that I would have a F-150 or similar vehicle and was informed that is what I would be getting. When I arrived at the store to pick up my truck, they tried to put me in a crappy little Chevy Equinox. I told them that wasn't what I was supposed to have and was told that they didn't have any available, but a Chevrolet Silverado had been take in for an oil change an would be coming back soon. The end result was that I had to waste two hours sitting in their store waiting for the truck. If I ever have the misfortune to need another rental, I will make sure not to use this Enterprise location. read more

Worst rental car experience!! RENTER BEWARE!! I got a rental on Sunday. When the employee was examining the car, he did a rush job and missed a couple of dings that we pointed out and he photographed. I noticed a burn hole in the passenger seat as well and he said that that was "normal wear and tear" and no need to worry about it. I said no, please add it to your photos. He did NOT examine the roof at all. I went today, Wednesday, to return the car. I had it 2 1/2 days and didn't really even drive it. I had to put two gallons of gas in it to return it. I also had it parked in the garage. The employee grabbed some sort of hail damage screen thing and went out to look at the car. We thought that was odd because none of the others were taking that screen out to inspect cars. He came back and said there was hail damage on the roof!! NO damage to the hood or trunk!! How is that even possible?? IT'S NOT!! It did NOT even hail in the two days I had the car AND it was parked in the garage. He proceeded to tell me that he had to report the damage. I said no way you're going to put this on ME!! I asked to speak to the manager and he said HE was the manager and made the decisions. He then said that he had to report it but that I wouldn't be charged for it. I said I wanted his name and to put it in writing. He handed me his card and guess what...he's the ASSISTANT manager!! He has no power! I asked again for him to put it in writing and he said no. I said ok then, I want you on video saying what you just told me. He said absolutely not! We went around and around and then he and some other employees walked away. He came back a few minutes later and put it in writing that I wasn't responsible. When I finally got home, I immediately called MY insurance company to report it as a fraud attempt. They said that they frequently have rental car companies do this sort of thing. If they try to put it on MY insurance, they have the account of what happened. I KNOW that they will just try to pass it off to the next poor soul, SO CHECK THE CAR TOP TO BOTTOM, FRONT TO BACK!! read more

I used this location when I had to take my vehicle to Caliber for repairs. The reason I am giving this location two stars is because one of the employees lied to me about the charges. I was told that I had to pay a $50 security deposit. Which I did not have a problem with. That I would get it back once I return the vehicle. Then the employee talked me into getting the additional insurance that they offer and that it would help them out since they are new. That I can cancel at anytime. I decided to cancel it a few days later then I realized I really didn't need it. Since I don't drive that much. When I went back to return the vehicle. I did not get my security deposit back. So I called the location. They told me that since I got the addition insurance that they offered that is why I didn't get it back. Even tho they took the charges out of my bank account for it right away. Grant did not tell me this when he asked if I could sign up to help him out. I informed the location about it. They stated that they have had others complain about the same situation as well. That they would see what they can do. I never received a call back or got the situation resolved. That was my first time ever renting a vehicle from anybody and my last. Never again will I use them or recommend them. read more

The people at this location had been very friendly and professional with my insurance rental. However, that ended when I returned the car. They claimed that I caused hail damage to the car and would have to pay. I live in Coppell and the car mostly stayed in town or close ventures out to Carrollton, as my wife takes the DART train. It was NEVER in a hailstorm. However, since there had been hail in North Texas, they decided that I had left it out in a hail storm. No other vehicles in the driveway have any hail damage. I think this is a scam because they know that they can bleed more money out of Allstate for the damage. It's very minor and they will probably keep renting it out as-is. My wife picked up the car and did not have a magnifying glass with her to examine every square inch of the car and did not think to take close up pictures of all body surfaces. There was no obvious major damage. In reality it was Enterprise who was trying to turn the car quickly and did not do a thourough examination after the previous rental So, if you do decide to rent from them, or are forced due to insurance company, be sure to take many pictures of any blemishes If there is hail within 30 miles they may try to assign it to you read more

DO NOT RENT FROM ENTERPRISE - I could give this zero stars and after reading all the other reviews I regret getting a car from Enterprise. After dropping off the car (which was covered under a car port the whole time during the duration of the rental) , they submitted a claim to my insurance attributing a "roof damage" to me. In my experience with other rental companies, they routinely conduct thorough pre-rental inspections, including videos and photographs, to document the vehicle's condition. Enterprise did not exercise the same level of due diligence in this matter. Furthermore, I noticed that the vehicle was not provided clean, had other dents besides the "roof damage" they were pointing out and didn't come with a full tank of gas at the time of rental, which raises additional concerns about the condition of the vehicle when it was issued to me. I asked them to provide detailed evidence to substantiate their claim (#21692284) including any before pictures. They never responded back to my email and still proceeded to submit their claim. Never again will I use them or recommend them!!!!! This is probably a company-wide problem and not just this location so be advised!!!! read more

I had to drop off my car to the dealership to get repairs. Enterprise was near by and I needed a car for transportation. I rented a car for three days and returned the car right before they charged me for another day. Long story short, my warranty would only cover a certain amount of the car and only cover one day. The gentleman who helped us adjusted the rate for me. I never expected him to do that (we have been going through a lot in my family) and we are super grateful! The customer service at this location is simply awful. Even though there was a mistake in the reservation made within their company, the branch manager (I believe Jason was his name) doesn't make any effort to ameliorate the situation. Although as a manager of Enterprise, he has some responsibility to represent the company and the Brand, he did nothing but dumped the cost of Enterprise's mistake on the customer. It was clear when I talked to other employees of Enterprise including a manager counterpart in another Branch that there was more that this manager could have done but didn't. The tone and manner by which he so quickly disrespected me and patronized me makes me think that if I were caucasian, I wouldn't have been treated like this. He wanted me to beg for a ride that would strand me since he refused to take me anywhere closer to my destination (another branch). I wouldn't give him that satisfaction. Was quite disappointed with this location. I went through an All State claim with them and made it clear to them I needed an "intermediate" car to be fully covered under All State. They didn't have any at the time and gave me a Nissan Rogue, which had a higher rate. I asked them multiple times if this would mean I would have to pay the difference in rates and they assured me that it wouldn't and I would be covered. A month later I get a call from All State saying that I would have to pay the difference. Jordan, the manager at enterprise said he couldn't help me because "the claim is processed and it's too late." The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because everyone else I interacted with there was courteous and nice; however, it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth when I even asked for email proof that I would be covered then they take their word back. I will not rent a car from Enterprise anymore. My wife and I rented a car from them and returned it today. The Enterprise person who checked in the car said the hood on the driver's side was damaged and needed repair. She asked me to open a claim with my insurance company. I am attaching pics. If there is damage it is so slight that I can't even see it. Nothing happened to the car while we had it. I have been an Enterprise customer for many years for business and personal car rentals. I have never had a problem until this time, but this has ruined my relationship with them. I will never rent from Enterprise again. read more

We called the phone number on the door only to learn that not only have they moved, but they don't have a car for us?! They had left a voicemail for us at 4:15pm for our 5pm pickup. Truck had to go to the shop. We rented a car from here for 3 days but on the 3rd day got held up at the dealership and couldn't return the car before closing. I tried calling and sat on hold for 30 minutes just for the call to drop - my husband took it in the next day and he doesn't remember the man's name but he apologized that we couldn't get ahold of anyone and didn't charge us for returning it late! READ THIS: This is the WORST, absolute WORST location in the world, with the most HAINOUS customer service on Earth. Unbelievably true story: 5 days after turning in our rental car to caliber collisions (less than 2 miles from this Enterprise location) we, my husband and I, received a charge on our account for $500.00. They claimed the charge was for damages to their rental. We explained to Enterprise that we returned their car to caliber with no damages and received our own vehicle the same day, smooth transaction. Why charge us 5 days later? They said "something sounds fishy" and that they would call caliber collisions for us and figure out what happened. Hours later, Enterprise calls back saying caliber "lost" the video footage of that day, leaving us to absorb the cost of damages. BTW, where was the footage for the Enterprise company? They are indeed located in the parking lot of a shopping plaza. Upon calling our car insurance company, they said everything was clear on their end and they never received a call or any information about a damaged rental (they cover a portion of the damage cost, so why not call them). My husband decided to call caliber himself and learned they they indeed have the footage of that day and were just waiting on us to make the first call. Caliber never received a call from Enterprise. They sent my husband the actual footage. The footage shows an ENTERPRISE EMPLOYEE picking up the undamaged rental, and some time later, an ENTERPRISE EMPLOYEE bringing back the same car, but damaged! Our insurance company also received the video and contacted Enterprise themselves. There were multiple conversations with different employees and no one had a solid, unified story of the damaged car. Also, none of them told any resemblance of truth until we spoke to the manager (at this point they received the video, too). We received a full refund, and a refund for the overdraft fees incurred (but no compensation for their piss poor customer service). A day or two later, I receive ANOTHER charge on my account FOR GAS!!!!! SERIOUSLY!!! I called them and they claimed the gas meter was not where it should've been (also another lie!). Apparently, they were determined to charge me for something. They "said" they'd refund it, but they never did. I guess they didn't notate our account, because that shouldn't have happened if they did. Then again, none of this should have happened. Moral of the unbelievably true story: Don't use this company. Terrible service. Took me thirty minutes to get a car, and the one they gave me had been smoked in,which I find ironic since I had to agree not to smoke in the car when I signed the rental agreement. Yesterday we rented a vehicle to go to Houston and back for the day and from start to finish we were very pleased. Very nice ladies who worked up front and the whole process took a few minutes. We returned the vehicle last night and when calling to check to make sure all was good Kelsey wanted to be sure we were pleased with our service. Judging by previous reviews they're trying to clean up their image and in my experience seems like they're doing great. Had an Enterprise car while mine was in the shop due to being rear-ended. After 3 weeks, on a Saturday afternoon the rental died. It took hours for help to arrive in 100+ degrees. Could not be jumped. Enterprise had me drive to DFW airport (they don't pick you up like the ads state) and spend 2 more hours on a Sunday trying to pick up a replacement. Terrible customer service. Made me do most of the leg work, calling and reporting. I was at the Enterprise counter and had to call the Enterprise roadside assistance dept to get my paperwork sent over. They didn't even call for me. Never again!!! read more

So I have to say, I'm amazed at how management allows this branch to be ran. I have never been so disrespected by an employee of this company like I was from this guy. The staff has no respect for their customers and talk to you as if you need them. They are wrong, I can always take my business along with my referrals elsewhere. So do I have to be someone important for you to take my questions and concerns correctly? Bad bad service. How does this branch manager in such a small office allow this behavior to go on continuously. They should be embarrassed. Enterprise is too good for them. I use to work for Enterprise before I started my own business and I have to say, the worst customer service/ Management Award should go to the Lewisville Huffines location. This location ruined the name Enterprise Rent-A-Car for me and I will never use them again. Horrible customer service!!!! Unprofessional young staff-lots of sarcasm and 'playing' around in the store front. IMO-'Management Trainees' need better training on their customer skills. The insurance company approved an upgraded vehicle. This location did not have one in stock. I was told it was MY responsibility to find a new car by calling other locs. All other locations, confirmed it was the responsibility of location I rented from. I had to make multiple calls to the manager (over 2 days) because he was not returning my calls claiming his employees were not giving him messages. I also caught an employee in a lie-telling me what I want to hear to shut me up but very conflicting story from the mgr. When I finally received the upgraded car, it reeked like smoke, had engine lights on, expired inspection sticker and was well past an oil change.
