If I could post less than a single star I would. Made reservations three weeks in advance. Got there waited 45 minutes to have a car washed and vacuumed got into the vehicle. There was a check engine light on and the young lady said it would go off as soon as I shut the door. Didn't want to take the vehicle as it wasn't safe, they couldn't accommodate me with another. Reached out to the area manager who is useless. Reached out to their customer. Service 855 number they are more useless. I worked for their corporate office for years and cannot believe what a dump their offices are and how the Customer Service has just tanked. Enterprise would not accept the trustee's debit card because my name as the renter was not on the card. I am not the trustee of my trust, just the beneficiary. I thought Enterprise would want the deposit regardless and we wasted a trip to the store. I WILL CHANGE COMPANIES TO AVIS OR HERTZ OR BUDGET. Easy-peasy. I was in and out of their facility in about 10 minutes after they picked me up from the collision shop. They offered for me to prepay for my 3/4 tank of gas (at $3.65 versus the current rate of $4.25) so I could just drop it off empty. The car was clean and well maintained from what I could tell. The only comment I have was that it smelled like marijuana. I called to let them know it wasn't me since they have a non-smoking policy. Drop off took even less time than pick up and their runner that dropped me back at the collision shop was friendly and super easy to talk to which made the 8am commute that much nicer. Absolutely a joke of a place! No one was told that you actually have to be friendly to the customers. Homeboy really should quit his job that kept putting his two miserly cents in. No one was listening to your buster a**. No one cares about your policies. Be a better human, take the time to be nice and actually explain it to the customer without the attitude. I rented a car from this place and the guy that helped me out in the beginning was very helpful and kind. When I go to drop the car off I pull up and am standing outside the car getting all my stuff out. Courtney comes out the office and tells me with an irritated tone of voice and says "you can park the car in a spot and get in line someone will help you." Well I had been there at least five minutes before the other couple. As the man comes out to helps another that just pulled up in front blocked the driving area got to check her car in with no problem! I feel since I had been working with her because my bank declined my card for another day of rental due to moving states and it was for fraud protection she had an attitude towards me. read more

I've rented from Enterprise a number of times, but both times I've rented from here have been horrible. The first time, we declined the insurance. We were renting our car via a loaner service for a body shop. (My husband got into an accident on his birthday) well, apparently they didn't get the memo, so when we turned it in, they charged us over $800 on our credit card. I called them, and they said we didn't decline coverage and then said, oh, yeah, here it is. We'll refund you. Well, they CHARGED ME AGAIN!!! It took a couple weeks and emails to corporate to get this sorted out. NOW, husband in a fender bender, love the body shop, using Enterprise again. This has to be better right? Well, no. Reserve our car. Husband mistakenly told Enterprise it was covered by insurance instead of loaner service (Which this time only covers half the rental). So, when it was sorted out, they had an insufficient hold on the credit card and had to put it through again. They called him telling him the card didn't work. Their system would not let them check the number, and we had to use a totally separate card. Well I work for the bank through which the card was issued, and there wasn't even an attempt to charge it the second time. So we give them another number and vow to never darken their door again. Car gets fixed, and we leave the car at the body shop, and were assured it would be handled. We called enterprise two times to make sure they took the car in because, hey, should we trust them? They kept saying they didnt' have enough staff to pick up the car. They finally did and charged us for the days the car sat in the body shop lot. Neither the body shop, nor Enterprise said that we'd be charged for those days, and in fact both said that we would not. This place is a major fail. read more

I've rented cars numerous times from Enterprise and this location has true most friendly, professional sales people! They picked me up within 3 minutes from Ford and my car was ready for me. Then, when I had to drop off my car, I was checked out within 5 minutes and given a ride immediately! When I left something in the car, they called me to notify me. Great customer service! read more

Unbelievable... what a mess of an enterprise. I had a booked an appointment for a vehicle through this location a week in advanced. I arrived, and stood there as none of the men acknowledged anyone there.. and a nice young lady was trying to run around and help an entire line of people (Only helpful person there - Her name is Ashley.) I was finally given a vehicle, it was a hot mess and smelled of weed so bad i could of had a contact buzz. I mentioned I wasn't okay with this smell whatsoever. It reeked so bad if I got pulled over I knew It would automatically be assumed I was smoking in this vehicle and I want no part of that. Mind you, you sign something saying no smoking in vehicles however here you are trying to give me car so potent smelling, and then saying nobody can smoke in it. So anyways, the girl goes back in and comes out and tells me I can upgrade but I have to pay, because that's the only car and the man inside said "he just detailed it" ummm... no. Also no free upgrade, no discount, nothing and much higher price so I left. Now I have to find a new rental, and go figure all the prices are way higher because it's day of and not in advance. This place is garbage and I won't return to this location ever. Don't recommend it to anyone. read more

0 customer service at this location. I was embarrassed to walk in here after making a reservation. There was nobody at front counter. Inside was dirty and smelled like food. After finally having someone come to counter with food in their mouth they told me they don't have a full size vehicle even after I gave them my confirmation number for reservation I made 15 min before walking in there. Manager Courtney and another assistant manager told me there's nothing they can do. I was left with no ride and had to Uber to hertz. It's embarrassing to have people like that work at such a big corporation. Never making a reservation with enterprise again it's a joke. This location for sure. read more

No Customer service at this branch. Tried to get my car a few minutes early, as every other enterprise I use doesn't mind, this location made me wait until exactly my time to pick it up. Other locations have even opened a few mins early for me, being a frequent customer, but this branch refused to and even opened a few mins late - even when the staff arrived 15 minutes before opening. Called in advance for a ride. Was told 15-20 min. Then 30. 45 minutes came and went. 1.4 miles away. I gave them an address in the 14000 block of a street in Livonia. Nobody showed. Nobody called. I finally called to cancel. I was told that "the address nunbers only go up to 15,000." Didnt I just say I was in the 14,000 block? Really, Enterprise?! FAIL FAIL FAIL! read more

Firestone in Livonia was fixing our car and got us the first rental from there. The guy that came to pick us was nice and we got a nice small Nissan Sentra. When we got our car back from Firestone it stalled on us again and we were sent to Enterprise again. This time we got a different person to help us and he offered a van or nothing else. He said that was the only thing available. When we declined he did not seem to care. He was rude. We should have been offered something else from another Enterprise (there was one on Plymouth Road and less than 2-3 miles away. By now The doors were closed and our guy was probably more interested in going home than trying to satisfy an angry customer. Do not go there. The place has limited choices, closes at 6 and showed us no commitment to help us. read more

This location has provided hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not once, but TWICE I have gotten vehicles from this location with expired tags. The second time this happened, I was pulled over for that exact reason. I have not had one single conversation with a representative at this location in which I felt like the person on the other end of the phone was even the least bit knowledgeable, helpful or courteous. I was told by the manager that I should have checked the tags myself to make sure they were current before I left with the vehicle, which I do not feel is my job. As the customer, I feel I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to resolve these issue and to make sure that the vehicle I am renting, is legal to drive. Because of the issues with this location, I am even switching the Ford dealership I use for warranty work just to avoid having to ever deal with one of these unorganized, rude employees. read more
