Excellent experience…read more Yes. You have to take two shuttles. The first from your airline terminal to the rental car terminal. The second from the airline terminal to Sixt. It took me a total of 15-20 minutes to get to Sixt after retrieving my luggage. When you arrive at the rental car area simply take the escalator downstairs and you will see a sign for Sixt. I called the number and the shuttle was there within minutes. It takes about seven minutes to get from the rental car terminal to Sixt. Upon my arrival to their office I was told that the economy car I requested was unavailable so they upgraded me to a BMW. Great staff. Great vehicles. Great price. It cost me under $20 a day. I've paid at least double that for a Corolla at the larger rental companies. If you can spare the additional 7 minutes in travel you should use this company.

We took the car as it wasn't a big deal to us. We returned the car with no apparent issues only to receive a large bill charging us for the pre-existing damage. I have emailed Sixt with pictures of the windshield chips and dent with no response ever. I have also had the phone run around on multiple occasions. I have since read about them and have found out this has been an issue or many others resulting in a prior class action lawsuit. Rent from anyone but Sixt.

I had both…read morecars go down at once which is an absolute nightmare or worry and repair bills, you really find out how much you need a car in Michigan when you don't have one. So, I searched several different companies and found a good monthly deal at this one. As far as pricing goes compared to the other car rental places if you look for codes online I feel like Avis gives you a decent deal with the monthly promo it saved me about $300 compared to some other places. This is a really small location and they don't have a lot of cars to choose from so that's the only real caveat if you're looking for a specific car I'd call ahead and see if they have it or if they'll hold it with your reservation because it's more a "this is what we got" rental place but again no airport fees so no complaints. I originally had a mid size suv but none of the options available were suitable for my families needs and the one rav 4 they originally rented me had a check engine light on and I was not about to deal with having another car in the shop so I paid an upcharge to try out the Ford Explorer ST-Line model. That is a very fun to drive suv it's got the v6 and the horsepower that made driving it a real treat. When the month was over it was easy to drop the car off and the guy at the counter was funny and easy to deal with, there was a bit of a wait but it wasn't a big deal. I'd go back to this place as it's a good grab and go rental place, just don't go there expecting a ton of selection and get yourself a discount code online or the savings won't be all that good compared to other companies.

Yes they are young, however they are always respectful, courteous and knowledgable. 3. They always treat me like a VIP! They offer upgrades, directions etc... They call me by name and remember my preferences... Sure it may listed in the system, but they make me FEEL special. 4. Clean cars and good selection of vehicle on hand. 5. Next door to a gas station...and there is a KROGER gas station within a few miles, which I love using my discounts. 6. Freeway accessible... 7. Simple, quick and easy service... I am usually done within 15 minutes unless it's during their peak times. 8. Fair prices: love the weekend deals and weekly specials... They're awesome! 9. Little stress... They seem genuinely committed to giving the best possible service all the time.

He finished with them 8 or so minutes later and they left; I then asked the clerk if there was a reason why he had skipped me entirely. It turns out that he needed to help the people behind me because those people were returning a car and Enterprise had a shortage of cars at the moment. That is fine and well, but the clerk should have politely let me know that rather than just ignore me and the fact that I walked in first. I also work in a field requiring customer service, and you need to politely communicate - you don't just skip and ignore someone. I got up to the counter eventually, and then when I went to leave, the first man had my personal vehicle blocked in with a rental car even though there were open spaces on either side of me. The rep was standing there going over something on a tablet with a client. As I walked up, I said, "Sorry, I need to back out." He said, "He is leaving right now." Okay, cool, so I get into my car, start it up and wait 30+ seconds and he is still standing there talking with the guy, going over things on the tablet. So I hopped out and stated matter of factly, "I'm going to need you to move the car so I can get out." So the rep moved the car, no apology, which took him all of 15 seconds. This rep needs some basic lessons in common courtesy and communication [customer service skills], and I hope the manager I called and spoke to does indeed address it with him [doubtful, but one can hope]. I hate complaining like this, but hate being ignored and dismissed even more. So rude.
