I patronize a few Enterprise locations but this one is my favorite because the staff is communicative, flexible, and always has a great vehicle for me. I will never forget the day a rep selected a beautiful army green Jeep for me! She knew it was just what I needed for the day - I was picking up family from the airport and transporting items for an event. She made my day! Here to submit a review for my experience with this location, specifically with the representative, Luis. My car was totaled last month after being rear ended, and I needed to attain a rental through the at fault party's insurance. After booking, it took multiple weeks with the rental before being paid out, but during those few weeks I had several problems that arose with my rentals that Luis handled smoothly and efficiently. He addressed my concerns, handled the car swap procedures swiftly and answered all my questions with knowledge and confidence. The young lady that works here, black hair and braises, is great and nice and lovely. The blonde chad that works here is just that. Overall it's fine, cars are not ready when you book, they're in medium shape, and small selection. Edited- stayed longer for them to clean up the car. 20 mins later after fixing my booking and credit card situation the car is still dirty inside and out. Trash still in the back seat and under the seat, cubbies had cough drops, candy wrappers, and trash. ‍ Washing the outside just revealed all the scratches. The way that "Chad" told me if I don't like this car I can pay more for another was beyond inconsiderate. Overall really disappointed. read more

They gave me car with scratches all along the side then the tire pressure kept coming on then when I called to exchange the car they gave me a car that allocated to need service done. When I returned the car the charged me unnecessary fees when the car was returned before the due date. The staff is very rude and doesn't know the way to deliver excellent customer service. She than directed me to another person who was busy with another customer . After waiting for a few minutes I asked was there another enterprise. Full report* READ THIS REVIEW if you're going to rent a car!! If you don't read any further, save yourself any potential trouble and go rent from the location on Venice Blvd. The cars are incomparably more clean at that location and the management is so much better. I believe it was the manager, his name may have been Jose, had a really bad attitude and was immature/unprofessional from the get-go on the phone. My car - though in good condition - had it's catalytic converter stolen. As a result I'm considering options for my next car purchase while I wait for my car to be fixed and wanted a chance to rent a Dodge Charger for a few days so I called a few locations. Had I known what a headache (literally) it would be to rent with the La Cienaga location I would've just taken any car from the Venice Blvd. location where their staff is professional and competent. It's a far better operation. On the phone with La Cienaga, Enterprise, again I believe Jose, I was told that they did have a Charger, but I should get there ASAP if I want to rent it. This was around 11 AM and I asked if 1 PM would be soon enough. I was responded to with something along the lines of 'I think I can hold it til then, yeah that should be fine, I'll reserve it for you.' Thanks!! Too bad when I got there, the car wasn't ready. It was still dirty and needed to be cleaned. Next I was told not to worry, because they actually have 2 more on the lot. Wtf?! I thought you rushed me over and were doing me a big favor holding one for me. On the other hand, both of the other Chargers were full of crumbs and clearly not clean at all. I said I'd wait for the Charger that was being cleaned. Before checking out, I'd been told that I would be charged something like $2.99 per day after my insurance adjustment. Whoops! He forgot to mention tax. It's not a big deal, but it's the principle, give me the actual price man, come on, this is not an infomercial, I'm trying to know what I'm going to pay. With tax on the full price it came closer to $7 per day. Twice what I'd been quoted. Doesn't seem like a lot, but 200% adds up. The worst part was that the car was not clean and had a ton of dog hair under the seats, under the car mats and in the trunk - so I didn't see it until I had been driving home. I drove to the gym and then left to come home. I'm super allergic to certain breeds of dogs so on my drive home I started feeling itchy and having a hard time breathing. By that time I got home and the rental location was closed. I had a date planned my girlfriend so I cleaned the car the best I could. The next day was the day before Christmas Eve so I was finishing up work and really didn't want to take a couple of hours to sort this mess out so I've just been stuck with a car full of animal dander. Luckily, the assistant branch manager at Venice Blvd enterprise set me up in a diff car and has taken care of the return of the car I'd had. The first thing I noticed in the new car was a print out of the 'Enterprise Complete Clean Guarantee' along with a couple of extra Clorox wipes. I remembered the same thing being the case the first time I rented from them. There was no complete clean guarantee print out in the car I got from La Cienaga nor Clorox wipes, which I guess makes sense because the car was far from clean. Do yourself a favor, avoid this crumby operation and head over to the location on Venice for a way better experience. The only reason I give two stars is because the gentleman that picked me up, Eric, was friendly and the Dodge Charger itself was fine, it was just so far from being adequately cleaned and the customer service rep or manager, maybe Jose, was just rude and inconsiderate and argued with me about rates, despite the fact that I had just rented from a different location the prior weekend and had a totally different way more transparent and professional experience there. I have rented from them before and had a not so great experience but I called them last week to get a car through my insurance company and was told they don't have cars, "it's the weekend" (it was Thursday morning) and "someone would call me". I'm pretty sure that the guy on the phone didn't realize that he hadn't completely hung up the phone when he called me a "c**t"... it was on speaker and my Fiance heard it in the other room! The branch manager named Mark gave me the worst experience & anxiety I ever had with renting a vehicle. After trying to rent a vehicle for 3 days in the Los Angeles area & pre booking with this location I was turned down specifically by this gentleman for a "risk factor" in his words... He called me with 3 different reasons sounding as if he was trying to find a reason not to rent me a vehicle with the first being they didn't have the vehicle, later saying they'll have one when I come in at my scheduled time. Minutes later calling back saying I was trying to use a debit card, I explained I don't understand why the system says that when my credit card information is attached to my membership profile. Towards the end I simply said I will be using a major credit card. He said ok cool hangs up. Calls minutes later again asking for an address, I gave him the address to a hotel I was staying at, that's located in Orange County right outside the LA area. He said it was too far & I'll have to find a different rental. He then went on saying why would I choose that branch location when there's many in between and around the area. I explained how everything was sold out everywhere and this was my only option even tried offering another address which was a close friends address next to UCLA. At that instant he told me he could not rent to me & barely was able to give me a reasoning to why outside of me being a "risk factor." I've been having a membership with enterprise for over 5years I travel everywhere around the country for work and rented numerous cars at different branches across America, I've never had any issues where I was suspected of being a risky customer. This is the first review I ever left in my entire life on anyone or any company. Due to not being able to take my employees to our big event in a timely fashion I literally lost thousands of dollars & had to forfeit a few deals. I'm flabbergasted by how everything turned out all because a phone call, I was most likely discriminated against. Me trying to be proactive by calling in to make sure I had a vehicle available for me was almost a career killer. I will like to get a call from his boss telling me some type of disciplinary action was taken. I did contact corporate & will go to the extreme to ensure this won't happen to anyone else under the same circumstances. Wrong is wrong and right is right what Mark put me & my business through is Wrong! I hope cooperate takes this matter serious, no telling who else he picks & choose to rent to. I rented a car yesterday from this location & there was a problem with the return location and Grant was able to fix that for me, when the female employee who assisted me said she was unable to change it, but where Grant was able to correct the mistake!! He was very nice and personable. Great customer service when I talked with him! Upon my return I checked in with Ryan who was awesome too. Assistant Manager (female - disconnected me when asking for her name) had a nasty attitude over me simply asking for my Luxury Vehicle reservation price to be honored. Enterprise constantly makes RESERVATIONS for vehicles they don't have and then want to charge you for it. What is the purpose of RESERVING something that isn't available?! Despite having a reservation, I sat in the Walnut location today for 45min before I was told they didn't have a car for me. Never again!.

Was picked up from the auto collision, the driver was pretty reckless, and not mindful that he was driving patrons. I shouldn't have to hold on to the seat while turns are being made, and unnecessary swerving. I mentioned it to the customer service rep and all he said was sorry .It is raining condition, and I felt my safety wasn't prioritized. I understand providing fast and efficient service, but this was overall scary. The rental given was disgusting. I recommend steam cleaning your vehicles if you're renting at this point . Being that the van driver is also the car washer, makes sense as to why the car is barely clean. I shouldn't have to clean a rental myself. I've had better experiences other places and this is by far the worse. Please prioritize the safety of your customers and focus on the sanitization of your vehicles. read more

Shoutout to the enterprise that followed the real company policy today where I was able to get my car smoothly!!!!!! unlike this one(and coincidentally the other stores this area manager controwho has a different policy that revolves around systematic "discretion". The problem with that is you never know who you might be using that discretion against. Nonetheless the rest of the company is confused as well, especially because they are helping customers through a worldwide pandemic!! Maybe it's just this area and his stores. Jose and Eric were super helpful with my rental throughout the entire process! My insurance only covered so much for a rental, and since there were no compact cars at the time, Jose helped me get the next best option so I wouldn't have to come out of pocket too much per day. When I came back to return the car, I didn't realize they closed at 5:30. I came in right when they closed, and although I inconvenienced them (I understand people be wanting to go home) they were still both extremely polite and generous and quickly helped me, even after I offered to come back the next day. I don't rent cars much, but had a pleasant experience with this Enterprise location. I took my vehicle to a local repair shop, and the Enterprise staff was able to pick me up from the shop and take me to the rental office. The staff wears masks and meets you outside, so I appreciated their efforts for social distancing. Upon arrival I was greeted by Brittany who was super- friendly and quickly gathered all my information to get my rental agreement processed. My insurance coverage was only enough for a compact car, so I was surprised when they told me I could choose a mid-size vehicles at the same cost. Since the mid-size cars were parked towards the back, I order to save time I chose a small car parked along the side. After they washed the car, Brittany walked me over the vehicle to inspect for damages, and I signed the contract on their tablet (and received an emailed copy right away). But the minute I sat inside the car, I realized that it was a lot smaller than I expected, and didn't feel too comfortable in it. I got out and told Brittany, and without any hesitation she let me choose one of the bigger cars, reviewed the vehicle, changed the contract, and emailed me the updated copy. A few weeks later, when my vehicle was repaired and I returned the car, they again greeted me outside, and quickly reviewed for damages and fuel level. Although my insurance had only approved payment for a few rental days and Enterprise was still waiting for the remaining payment, they just noted my account as "pending", completed the return, and sent me on my way. This location is unbelievable. They called me yesterday and asked for a great rating which I agreed to originally because the guy who helped me get the rental car from Caliber was great. No complaints in the beginning. It wasn't until I called enterprise to let them know I left something in the vehicle that they completely gave me the run around. First the person who answered wouldn't let me speak to the manager, then put me on hold, never came back and said "thank you for holding" or anything then disconnected the call. I called back 4 times and the phone kept disconnecting. I called Caliber and they told me the managers name and how to get put back through. The guy that answered says the manager is helping somebody outside and asked me to hold. When I told him he kept hanging up on me all of a sudden the manager was available. It's almost expected for reps to give bad service but for the mgr, Raymond to as well was disappointing. He basically said that he'd give me a credit if I rented from them again for what was apparently thrown away. His lack of compassion and nonchalant attitude toward something that was valuable to me was evident. Raymond basically said there was nothing he'd do and he'd double check if I wanted him to. What would be the point of that if it's not there because it was thrown away? Why would I rent again if you all were inconsiderate for me and my personal property? Pros: pick up from the auto shop was quick and the guy who picked me up (Moises) was super chill. He got me taken care of right away. At drop off, the manager, Shonda (sp?), took care of me and was really nice as well. No complaints with either of these two employees. Cons: I needed a small car because I don't feel as comfortable driving large vehicles. So, Enterprise put me in a large SUV. They said their inventory was low but I'm not even sure if they checked the other locations. The girl I first encountered was rude at first when another worker told her that I requested a smaller car but then later changed her demeanor completely. The SUV I was given was half washed. It looked as if they just sprayed some water on it, did a quick wipe and called it a day. The charger port didn't work and the car looked very worn inside. I called multiple times asking if I could switch to a different car and the first time, was put on hold and then hung up on after waiting for 10 minutes. The two other times I called I was told that they would get back to me later in the day to update me on any available cars. Never heard back from anyone. I assume no cars, surprisingly, ever became available but an update would've been appreciated. read more

This was my first time at this Enterprise location. I've used other Enterprise locations & tend to use Avis as my go to for car rentals. My car insurance placed a reservation at this location for me due to a car accident. Enterprise picked me up from the auto body shop to go to the Enterprise location. They try to up-sell their insurance but I always opt out. I waited 40 minutes since they had just gotten a vehicle but needed to clean it. My reservation was for a compact car but they gave me a full size Camry for the same price which has been my experience at other car rental places. I was able to return the rental car at the auto body shop instead of driving over to enterprise which was very convenient for me. read more
