    Extremely disappointing and honestly concerning experience…read more I was sent here through a Volkswagen dealership while my car was being serviced, and the entire process was handled poorly from start to finish. First, I asked reasonable clarifying questions about using an Apple Card for the rental hold process since the physical card intentionally has no printed numbers on it. Instead of calmly explaining the policy, the manager - Carlos - became hostile, raised his voice, accused me of "trying to force" him to do something, refused to provide any escalation contact, and ultimately hung up on me. When I returned later to pick up the rental, I specifically requested that the authorization be run as credit rather than debit so my available funds wouldn't immediately be pulled during an already stressful move. Despite that request, approximately $300 was immediately removed from my available balance. Then the rental vehicle itself had a defective driver's seatbelt. I reported it immediately. Staff acknowledged the issue, took it to a mechanic, and then told me there was nothing they could do and no other vehicles were available. So I was ultimately handed a vehicle with a known defect involving the driver's primary safety restraint system and told to take it anyway because there were no other options. The combination of hostile customer service, poor communication, payment handling issues, and being given a vehicle with an acknowledged safety defect made this an incredibly uncomfortable experience overall.

This Enterpise location isn't ttoooo far away from my most-favoritest-EVA body shop in Koreatown. and my insurance adjuster recommended I give this location a try. The staff made the process a breeze. They knew the insurance reimbursement rate and got me into the very best vehicle that fit my needs at the reimbursement rate. While on the lot, I saw a couple of customers who were greeted by first name, and vice-versa.....I'm thinking, "Am I seeing REPEAT customers at a car rental place??" Check out process was a breeze. Vehicle was exactly what I needed. Return was TOO EASY. Since my body shop was relatively close, they allowed me to leave it at the body shop when I picked up my shiny, repaired truck. I have rented two more times since then. I've seen or rented hybrid mini vans, Tacomas, Range Rovers - they have it all. They will work with you on the rate if they are able. I have been helped by Andy, Chris, and Christian in the past, and Roy is the absolute ultimate go-to if he's in.

Back to Enterprise! I last used them prior to Covid when I lived right down the street, needing a car after an accident. After the decent experience here, I realized returning to them was the best thing. Still within walking distance but a little further the opposite way, I initially walked over to see if they offered a free pick up/drop off shuttle (they did considering I lived close by) and Joshua was very helpful. When I booked online, the process was streamlined and simple. The only 'panic moment' was when I was running late to pick up the car (by walking over), the number I called was clearly a call center of some sort, and I knew the office on Gower most likely won't get the message. After arriving, I did have to wait quite a bit but Charlie was great in keeping me posted on the status of my rental. Jessica was the one who did the 'walk about' with me which I appreciated since the other rental company just let you find the car on your own. Surprisingly the gas tank was not full, so I didn't have to bring this back full yet I have no idea how to gauge such things so I knew it was coming back fuller than when I got it. I needed to return the car by 5:30p since they close at 6p, and I made it back with plenty of time. Joshua took in my car and everything checked out great. I did have to wait for the shuttle since someone else was using it, but once it returned, Charlie got me to my place in one piece. My sole issue with this specific location is that they close rather early on Saturday, and are closed on Sunday (when I normally leave for my trip). I know I could get the car on Saturday, but I find it pointless to pay for the extra day. That being said, there is still no doubt I'll be using Enterprise next time I need to rent a car. *This was back in April, but I'm sure it's still the same-

Furthermore, they have affordable prices, easy check-in/check-out process, excellent customer service and convenient. And just like my NY Knicks sweeping ECF victory, Marquis Hubbard and Nick were on top of their game. Lol. Nick informed me some blemishes or imperfections of the vehicle before I drive it off the lot. Similarly, I supplemented our vehicle inspection with photos and vids as customer should. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with Enterprise of Los Feliz. I recommend them.

    I am currently renting a vehicle from the Enterprise location at 17245 Main St, Gardena, CA 90248…read more Upon receiving the vehicle on Friday, I immediately observed a discrepancy between the mileage stated on the contract and the actual mileage displayed on the odometer; the contract indicated 67000 miles, while the vehicle's odometer also showed 69000 miles. Additionally, the vehicle had a distinct odor of cigarette smoke, and the "change oil" indicator was illuminated. On Saturday, February 28, 2026, I returned to the branch to address these issues with the branch manager. The manager informed me of a lack of available vehicles and suggested a smaller alternative. Given that I had rented a full-size vehicle for a planned family trip, I explained my need for a larger vehicle. Despite the circumstances, I had no option but to accept the offered vehicle. While driving on the freeway, the dashboard lights, radio, and all interior illumination unexpectedly ceased to function.
