Absolutely unacceptable…read more My husband and I rented a vehicle from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in October 2025 for $243.02, paid with our debit card. Months later, Enterprise charged our card twice for the same rental once in December and again in January 2026 without authorization. I have contacted the manager multiple times by phone and email and have received no response, no refund, and no resolution. These charges were taken directly from our bank account and caused real financial disruption. The lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable. No business should be allowed to repeatedly charge a customer's debit card months after a rental ends. This was a stressful and completely avoidable experience. I will never rent from Enterprise again and strongly advise others to monitor their bank statements closely.

During pickup, the employee took my credit card and asked for my billing ZIP code even though I still had to insert the card into the machine, which felt unusual. That same evening, my card was hit with multiple fraudulent charges and had to be canceled--while I can't prove the source, the timing was alarming since I rarely use this card physically. The car itself wasn't great either, with visible dirt and pet hair left on the passenger seat. One of the employees also claimed there was new damage but their "system" didn't flag it so why even bring it up. Lastly, they barely have any car options. Don't rent here, just choose a more reputable location or another brand.
