This used to be my favorite place to rent a vehicle but the last 1.5 years it's gone way downhill. They are understaffed and the staff members are completely overwhelmed. I am so happy with the superb service all the employees I interacted with during my recent rental experience including all people I spoke to over the phone which I can't remember their names. With my initial call to pick up, I was able to pick up a car immediately at the Loveland location right before they closed and Natasha was fast, efficient and very friendly. I was also able to easily extend my trip but then had to cut it a day short and drop off at a different location. During the drop off experience I was blown away with the pleasant experience Megan, Basir and Ruben provided me. From my initial call speaking to Megan allowing me to drop my rental off at their location, to Basir's friendly greeting and quick return and then Ruben was also a pleasure speaking with when dropping me off at work after. Quite frankly, I wouldn't recommend this company at all but especially not this location. I made a reservation for pick up at 9:30 am and was told that wouldn't be a problem. After waiting until 10:30 AND attempting to call without answer, I had my friend take me to the office. I waited for about 20 minutes without even being acknowledged before I left. I received no phone call letting me know that someone wouldn't be able to pick me up on the time agreed upon 2 hours earlier. I was supposed to be getting a rental car covered by my insurance company since my car was no longer in working order but I wasn't able to do so as I had other obligations to keep. I have received NO follow up phone calls to see if I was still interested in the reservation. I called later in the day to let them know I was canceling my reservation and I still couldn't reach anyone. I waited on "hold" for an associated for about 10 minutes before I gave up. read more

Rented a car from April 15th, 2022 until May 8th, 2022 Received a phone call May 9th, 2022 that there was hail damage on the vehicle upon return. We were directed to a website that shows the weather conditions for the time of our rental and not one day reported hail. We asked for pictures and was told that you cannot tell in the pictures that there is any damage but that they swear it is there. In Colorado, there has been zero hail damage reporting for the whole year of 2022. We also kept the vehicle in the garage for 80% of the time we had it. They will not let us go see the damages in person because they are claiming a repair shop is taking the vehicle. This is fraud. No where is it possible that only two dents(alleged) would be done from a hail storm. Do not rent from them if you have the choice. Nothing but rude service. read more

This "family owned" car rental is the worst Enterprise location in the United States! They take reservations and deposits and then say they attempted to call to cancel your reservation the same hour that you show up to pick up the car. Do not waste your time with this group. They do not provide any customer service, attempt to charge extra fees and they represent Enterprise, with whom I've rented with for over 20 years, in such a poor light that it's pathetic. They argue with customers saying that they have policies different than corporate. The young woman attempting to help me could only respond "I hear ya" - what? Absolute worst customer service I've experienced at any establishment in a very long time. Will make absolutely zero effort or any accommodations to suit their customers needs. My full-size SUVs in the shop and they insisted that all I can have was a compact sedan. A Nissan Sentra! What a joke! This thing has for lowpressure tires, reeked of cigarette smoke, and had a broken windshield washer reservoir! When we brought this to their attention they instructed us to go to a shop and get it fixed. Wow! They refused to upgrade us in anyway. Absolutely avoid this business AT ALL COSTS!!! My mother was a victim of assault and battery as well as kidnapping on 9/21/2021. A concrete piece was thrown threw her windshield at her. Luckily she escaped with minor bruising. When she got in contact with her insurance company regarding what she needed to do, they said they would send information to the car rental business of her choice. She sadly chose this business. When "Jake" called to confirm her registration she explained that she is a Hospice RN and that she will need to be sure that she has unlimited miles and was asking if she could get something similar in luxury to the car she currently drives. This is when Jake because rude. He proceeded to tell her she cant pick and choose what she will get ect. I got on the phone because she was getting more and more upset understandably as this was 2 hours after the assault. Jake then tells me that he will not even speak with me and that when my mother can "compose" herself then she can call back. SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND HEARTLESS!!!! I am appalled at how anyone could treat another human this way while they are in a horrible situation like hers. Rented a mini van and did the walk around with an employee to make sure there were no scratches or dings. Employee does not look at the roof. We returned and the employee checking it over notices a dent on the roof and now we are getting charged for "hail damage". Odd that the initial employee didn't check the roof and now we are getting charged for something that was likely on the roof already considering we didn't drive through any hail. The worst customer service! Do not rent from ENTERPRISE!!! 10 Days after my rental I got notified that they were filing a damage/insurance claim for the vehicle. I've never received a phone call, not any pictures or description of damages. They charged my cc for a deductible. They claim they can't give me any info because of the coronavirus they don't have access to the info. The location is closed so nobody can help me now. HERE IS MY ENTERPRISE CAR RENTAL STORY My husbands truck was stolen from the Denver airport. So he had to get a rental car , our insurance got him the car at a discount . My husband had the car for 4 weeks during the month of August to sept. He returned the car and the agent and Husband walked around the car and the agent passed the car. A week later in the mail we get a letter saying there was hail damage and we have to pay 3000,00 for the hail damage . IT DID NOT HAIL THE WHOLE TIME MY HUSBAND HAD THE CAR ! And I have the weather reports to prove it. The insurance company investigated it and was told it hailed on 9/17 so I looked it up and yes it hailed on 9/17 2017! so then enterprise said it hailed on the day that My husband rented the car at 4:30 pm in Loveland Colorado My husband lives 20 miles away and he was home well before it hailed in Loveland Colorado. He lives in Greeley Colorado. So after all this crap the insurance company caved and paid the claim, which means we have to pay 1000. There were some bad hail storms in Colorado and the hail did damage to a lot of cars some sitting on their lots . Plus they made a ton of money off of people that had to rent cars because their personal cars had hail damage I think they wanted the difference from the discount he got through our insurance. From the mangers to the consultants, these guys are 110% all the time. While our vehicle was in the shop due to hail damage, we reserved a mini van for the Christmas week knowing we had our son who is in the military and his family flying in for the week. The van was reserved via the rental coverage on our auto insurance policy (shout-out to State Farm who were fabulous to work with). I even talked to a live rep to confirm my reservation. The morning we were to pick-up the van, Enterprise called to tell use their different reservation systems don't talk to each other and they didn't have a van for us. They had me call their 1-800 line and that person was mildly rude as I was only given a 6-digit reservation and she wanted a 12-digit number and was zero help. She told me to call the Denver airport, who had no vans either. Two lessons learned: 1. No trust in Enterprise and will not use them in the future, National businesses should have a better operating system, this seemed ridiculous, a reservation is a reservation. 2. We immediately contacted Hertz and they got me a van in Ft. Collins and at a slightly better price...go with Hertz! read more

Caution: either grossly incompetent or shady business practices. Briefly, I rented a car for 6 hours and was charged for three days. It took a dozen phone calls to both the local location and corporate to receive a refund of the excess charges on the credit card. Throughout these conversations (and understand that in CO you can record a telephone call without notifying the other party - a one-party consent state), representatives of the company, Grady and Emma locally, and the corporate call center, indicated the issue would be fixed in x days. X days would pass, and no fix. Multiple explanations were given from the local reps, including, my system is down, this had to go to another area of accounting, I can't locate your file. This felt like those excuses your middle school kids conjure up when they know they have broken a rule and are trying to squeak out of the situation. You all know what I'm talking about. If the local office suggests you park the car at the Northern Colorado Regional Airport and drop the keys in the Enterprise drop-box in the terminal, be very careful and check your credit card bill. I've been around long enough to know when something feels off - this should have been straightforward and it took over two months to remedy (although, my sense is my discussion with the local police department may have finally moved this along). So, suggest one is very very careful renting a car from this location in Loveland CO, and make sure you understand and agree with all the fine print etc ... a shame that one has to be so careful. Moreover, if one reads the reviews, my experience does not appear to be an isolated incident. To the local office and/or ownership - three words: Knock it Off! read more

Had to run back home 3 times and they still would not let us rent a car because a couple of the bills were from last month and we hadn't gotten the statements yet for this month. This would have been a 5 star rating, but the vehicle was not the cleanest I've been given. My main complaint is how dirty the windshield was. (Inside), I did not see it at first or I would have asked it be cleaned before I left. From how good they treated me while signing the papers, I'm certain they would have cleaned it immediately if I had asked. It was only as I turned into the sun and could not see out the passenger side windshield that I realized how bad it really was. It looked as though someone started to clean it by spraying cleaner on it then was distracted and left the soap to dry as a film on the inside. I would rent there again and again. read more

Normally I fly into the private airports and the car is waiting for me, I sign and go.
