The worst ever. Made a reservation two months in advance. Get there and I'm toldI'm getting a free up grade to a suv. I didn't want it but I was told that's all they have. Get outside to the suv and something is wrong with it. So I say I do not want it after the manager and one of his men mess with it. Then tell me it's OK now. I say I don't want it just to be told if something happens to it they would send another car to me. I say so what am I suppose to do until the car gets there. Why do all enterprise that are not airport locations perform poorly? They will never have the vehicle that you reserved, No matter how early you booked it. You will wait. Most likely will be understaffed. When you complain to customer service nothing typically is done at these off site locations. Poor customer service but they want you to leave them a good review. Make sure to tell you that it would mean so much you did the survey for them. No. Thanks. I do not recommend this location. Go to Fayetteville airport it's only 30 minutes up the road. Thanks to Covid 19 this location is understaffed What does that mean for me as a customer renting through an insurance claim??? No one answered the phone for 3 days... 3 DAYS!!! I reached out through live chat via their website, left my contact information, and was never called back. On the 4th day of no transportation I finally get a hold of someone and they come to pick me up. Upon arrival I see why no one is answering the phone. No customers are allowed inside and there are only 2 people working. And they appear to be spending the entire day outdoors. At this point I'm not a happy camper. I believe the associate can feel the anger seeping through my pores and promises to take care of me. Walks inside and returns with the keys to a 2019 Dodge Charger. This settled me down but still doesn't make up for the lack of communication and inability to get back with me for 3 days. At one point during the 3 day wait I'm told a manager would get back with me. This never happened. For the lack of staff, communication, and no one following up, I'm leaving a 1 star review. How can you run a business if NO ONE is available to answer the phone??? Thanks Enterprise for causing me to miss out on 3 days of rental coverage that I paid for through my insurance policy. The car itself was nice although not my cup of tea. Tank wasn't completely full when I picked it up. Interior bare bones. There was no place for my phone so it slid everywhere and would usually end up on the floor. It's fast. And looks good in white. read more

Reserved a car weeks ago, got here and were told that they didn't have anything available and have had major problems with stock in the last few weeks. None of this was communicated to us ahead of time. Never going with this company again and will be advising others to Avoid them as well. read more

Enterprise was extremely helpful to me while my vehicle was in the auto body shop. They offered to pick me and return me when my rental period was over . I found the service was excellent and everyone was so kind and friendly . They really try to be accommodating. read more

My car in the shop getting the Ac/ heater worked on! They called and said The part won't be in until Tuesday my car will not be ready till Friday. So I called enterprise in Lumberton and talked to Cason Locklear, to extend my car rental. Cason is the most professional, kindness customer service representative I ever talk to,I only wish everyone could be as polite and helpful as he is ,enterprise you have one great employee working for you! I recently reserved a cargo van which was not available when I arrived to pick up, however the staff very graciously provided a much nicer van which filled my needs, and was a much nicer vehicle than what I had reserved, at the same price. Very nice staff. read more

This Enterprise location has went above and beyond to help assist me. I was in a car accident on Sunday 09/27 and I called my insurance company the next morning to see about obtaining a rental car. While on the phone with my adjuster she had set on a reservation with my local enterprise, the Lumberton store actually was already calling me while I was still on the phone with her. I went in got car and was leaving within 15 minutes, there were three other customers there also, so they were very efficient and fast. Because of a injury in accident to my knee, the car I got sits to low for me to get in and out of, so on the third day I went back to see if I could exchange vehicles, they allowed me to trade vehicles no problem and gave me a ride back home while they changed the oil and brought it back to me. They have been such a big help to me, and genuinely caring and courteous. I will recommend them to any and everyone read more
