They made a call and held my place at this location until I arrived. I was at this location for perhaps 30 mins or a little more while the inspection was made. Clean, spacious, and great-smelling restroom. Classic movies on tv with a view to Fayetteville Road. Service is attentive and knowledgeable staff.

EVERYTHING !!!!!! Bought a brand new Toyota Tundra from Peterson Toyota of Lumberton NC and at…read more17000 miles it put my husband on the side of the road with a blown motor. Peterson Toyota of Lumberton NC has truly been a pain in the back side to deal with every step of the way from providing updates on the status of the repairs to providing a rental while his truck motor is being replaced. Supposedly !!!!! even though he has had to go back and forth with them on what all they are going to replace. Still aren't positive that they are replacing the motor or just rebuilding it because things don't seem to adding up sometimes. The whole experience has sucked from the start. Having to go up there every two weeks or once a month and renew the rental agreement. Which makes no sense since they have already proven that it was a Toyota problem not a driver problem an Toyota is paying for the rental. An today as we are renewing the rental once again they decide they need to put his credit card on file...... remind you we are almost 2 months into this situation and just now you need his credit card. Why???? It's been a total mess and I have set back and let him handle everything because he can stay calm when ppl do stupid stuff but now I am getting upset with the whole situation and I promise I am not as nice and understanding as he is so they are not going to like me no better than I like them when this is all said and done.
