We rented a specific car, but when we arrived at the location, I was given a completely different car without any prior notification. To make matters worse, they "upgraded" me to a vehicle that was damaged and we had no knowledge of this. We always record our rental cars interior and exterior for insurance and safety, then we were told by ZACK HOLLIS that there was no need to record because it was "new" vehicle. When we returned the car, nothing was told to us and to our surprise, we received an email asking us to pay for a damaged part???? Even though it was given to us in this state. The staff was incredibly rude and dismissive, refusing to acknowledge the problem or offer a suitable solution, when asked about it. The branch manager, David was absolutely useless and told us he was call and follow up and never did. I don't understand how we even got to this position. He was so frustrated, and late, that he ended up forgetting to swing back home to pick up his medications (he's diabetic.) Hint Isabella, *my company, that I own paid for the car* Also for a company whose slogan literally is "Enterprise, we'll pick you up" why are they not picking people up?
