The next day I returned the car, it was refueled and checked by your employee and taken over in good order. On 1.8. 2025 and 7.8.2025, your company deducted 13.0 and 1.45 USD from my credit card for pumping gasoline. Excellant service. there was a less than 10 minute wait and our attendant was very apologetic for the wait. it is not uncommon to wait up to 30 minutes at airports so we were very impressed. I came on a crazy hectic and busy day and the manager sorted out a loud argumentative customer from swearing at a pregnant enterprise employee. I didn't rent my car at this location and yet they helped to make my car rental experience so much easier. Deana or Diana was exceptional at providing customer service. She helped the much smaller location I selected to provide a car at the time I needed, making the pickup seamless. Drop off was also compromised by a holiday and, although branches were closed, she was there to take my call and help with my return. I would rent here again only because of these employees. Ask for her or Manny at their 27th Avenue location. They will make it work and make sure you're happy. read more

If I could I would leave 0 stars. It took over 1.5 hours to get my car. Their bathroom was "out of service", presumably the employees relieve themselves in the streets. Would you like to speak to them on the phone? Too bad, they will literally never answer, or return the messages you leave. I'm not convinced it actually records any message you leave. One employee trying to serve 10-20 people during the busiest Holiday time of the year. Missing ceiling tiles with exposed fiberglass insulation. A manager who will sit in the back office, presumably playing candy crush, might come out if you complain loudly enough about how long you've been waiting. Worst possible location. I was made to wait 3 hours to get any car not the one I reserved. Their first offer was to send me to a different location to get a different car that was still dirty and they said there was no way of cleaning it. After this I was told to contact their corporate email whose only option was for me to work with the local branch that is obviously avoiding me and will not respond to multiple emails. read more

Hello Maria on 1-31-2018 I told you that my Gucci glasses were taken and a new gift bottle of Patron for Valentine's Day for my Husband from the back seat. These items were taken out of the Cadilac that I rented from the enterprise that you're the assistant manager at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach Hotel. When I went inside the hotel the first time you told me to wait there and that you had to check the car for any damages. I then told you that I left my card inside the car, ran out to get the card. When I came back in, I noticed that I didn't have my cash that I had in the car as well. I got the cash out of the car. Then I gave you my card and you told me that I couldn't keep that car. I then told you I had to get all of my things out of the car. When I went out side to retrieve my things the car was gone. You had Alex the valet driver bring the car back up. I looked in the car and then told you my Gucci glasses and a bottle in the car was gone. You told me that you didn't think that he would do that. You insisted that I look again in the car and I did and still no glasses and no bottle. I came back inside and asked again after I had to turn around and drive back to the hotel because I left some keys on the Cadillac Key. You told me you asked and nothing was said about it. You never asked if I needed to do an incident report. Hello Maria Assistant Manager I'm going to go ahead and do an incident report. The Fontainbleau Hotel has cameras everywhere and they will see who took those items out of the car. I want to be reimbursed in full for my Gucci glasses and for that Bottle of un-open Patron that was a gift for my husband. No one hasn't responded to me in email. I'm going to continue to email as my proof. You didn't do an incident report when I told you and you didn't mention it. So I now have to go over your head to your manager or their boss. I spent and continue to spend a lot of money with this company. It's really disappointing and poor that I'm being treated this way. So I'm now moving forward with everything. Under Florida law, Grand Theft is any intentional and unlawful taking of property valued at $300.00 or more. Grand theft is a felony offense, with penalties that may include prison, probation, fines, restitution, and a permanent criminal record. Those items are worth over $700.00, I need to be reimbursed for my things asap. If I do a police report the state will get involved. Not only will who ever took it loose their job. They will have to deal with charges from the State of Florida. So I hope and pray this gets resolved by Monday. I'm also going to requesting looking at the camera footage with one of the resort managers. read more

My husband had a car accident and our car was reported as total loss. Thank God nothing happened to him. Our insurance company Geico reserved a rental vehicle with Enterprise in Fontainebleau hotel. This never happened to us before so we did not know what to do. Riley helped us a lot and he explain what we should do in detail. He made everything ready super quick. There were no hidden fees, everything was really transparent from begining to the end. The car they gave us was brand new with no problem. They always follow up with the procedure. Also they were easy to reach out, since this is a huge issue with a lot of companies these days! I highly recommend their service and Riley made everything go super smooth! Don't rent from this place! They're slick shysters. My lawyer has been dealing with them for months. I requested a car under $30 online. When I show up they tell me they'll upgrade me to a big Tahoe for same cost. I took the deal. I then had to extend the lease several weeks and called back and they said the price would remain the same. When I brought the car back... They played stupid and charged me a higher rate. They blamed it on a manager that was no longer there. I'm confident I'll get my money back as the paper work never stated a different price. Be careful with these shady SOBs. Oh and on top of that you'll end up waiting an hour to get your car even if you have a reservation... They're woefully understaffed. read more

I don't put reviews unless I am really impressed with a place or really hate it. I have rented from a lot of places in the past because I travel a lot but this time I rented a car from the North Miami Beach enterprise location and the management from this location called saying the other place had electric problems and they switched my reservation to this one. This one was farther from the place I was staying at and they offered to pick me up without me asking. I really wanted to try out a convertible because the weather was pretty good and they upgraded me to a BMW 4 series convertible on the very cheap. This is the place I will rent from from now on, since Miami has now become my home base. read more

I travel very often. I had the most amazing stay at the Fontaineblue resort in Miami. I had a reservation to pick up a vehicle with a confirmation and all. Imagine my surprise when I was rudely told that I would have to wait and that there were other people were in front of me. Ok, that's fine it happens right? Two hours later I go to check on my status and I was told the exact same thing. Please keep in mind that I originally asked if there is anyway I could pick up from a different location. Three hours later I was told (again very rude) that they probably weren't going to find me a car! Wow, I could have saved time by finding a different option sooner. I am absolutely disappointed & i am a loyalty member but will be finding a different rental car service. read more

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. It's absolutely awful. The customer service was horrendous from the beginning till the end. Waste and scam of money. They saw I was transporting 14 little girls aged 7-10 to a dance competition and gave me a roach infested van that had a flat left tire and didn't tell me anything. What disgusting human beings! The poor girls had roaches crawling up them and were screaming for their lives. So utterly disgusting and horrific. On top of that, from start to end the customer service was terrible, the van was all dinged up and the guy refused to put it on the paper so I took pictures, they never told me their location closes early on Sundays so they charge me for drop off somewhere else, just absolutely terrible. I booked a car to pick up at the FountaineBleau in Miami Beach. Apparently, the Enterprise in the Fountaine Bleau lobby is closed... Lights out, Nobody home. No note posted to tell you they moved their operation into the Alamo car rental at a completely different location. When you call Enterprise and tell them there is no one manning their kiosk in the lobby, they have no idea what you're talking about and instead will send you to another Enterprise location, wasting your time and money (and refused to compensate for the Lyft). Despite asurances over the phone, the other location did not have the class vehicle we booked, so we were downgraded for the same price. Then we returned the car and they over-charged us. I called multiple times, was transferred to their "escalation" line, where I was told a manager would call me back and that never happened. If there was a zero star option, I would choose zero stars for Enterprise. read more

I used Alamo for years, but have been using another rental car company over that last 7-8 years. The car I chose (full size sedan) was not available. After a considerable wait I was taken into the garage and offered a 2 door convertible for $20 more a day. While walking back to the office the offer was reduced to $15 extra per day. Once again I declined as this vehicle it would not provide sufficient passenger or trunk space. Back in the office the same vehicle was offered to another couple for $25 a day extra. This shocked me! Shortly afterwards another employee came to me and said the car I requested would NOT be available, but I could take the convertible for no extra charge. While I greatly appreciated the offer I felt slighted and left with no other alternative. The car was nice, the experience not so much! I will definitely go back to my "other" rental car company. read more

We reserved a car in advance to make sure we get the one we needed for our stay, and even when we called to confirm our reservation no one picked up the phone, and when we went to pick it up they told us all of their cars were already being used. After going back, they gave us a terrible car and no where what we originally asked for, but we took it because we needed a car. When we went to return it before leaving the hotel, they told us we damaged the car, when we did no such thing. They treated us poorly while we were trying to get the car, as well as returning. They are supposed to asses the car and keep track of damages, which they NEVER did. And immediately returning the car, they accused us of damaging the car. We were trying to tell him not to accuse us of the damages and then he proceeds to go on and say we are threatening him. It's not right nor fair that they did not take any of the necessary precautions when renting out their vehicle and us being accused once returning. Extremely unhappy. read more

I've always been a fan of Enterprise in the Maryland area. However, the Kendall location in Miami, Fl highly disappointed me. We made a reservation 3 months in advance for 2 Suburbans for our wedding party. Arrived on time for pickup and waited almost an hour, only to be told there were no vehicles available. The attendant asked us to come back in a couple hours (we assumed they would have located vehicles - again, for a wedding)...nothing. Then they sent us to the airport to pick up vehicles...we thought all was good. Arrived - no vehicles, and they told us to come back in the morning, the day of the wedding. Needless to say, we went to the Hertz counter and secured vehicles for the wedding party, with no issues. The worst part of it was, they didn't show any remorse or offered anything for the inconvenience. The amount of time spent at Enterprise was ridiculous. So disappointing, because Enterprise lost at a minimum, 15 loyal customers. read more

I had a terrrible experience. The person was rude and didnt want to assist me. I am a plus member and I had rented there before. I just got a new bank card which didnt have my name but my money was there and I had all forms of Id with my name on it. They would not rent me a car. When I ask to talk to a manager or get some one on the phone they refused. I even offered cash as a deposit. They still would not help. They were not sympathetic to my situation. I needed the car to pick up my children which I havent seen in a while. This location has terrible service and the reservation center which I also called cut me off on the phone and hung up on me. Someone said they would call me back but they didnt. I ended up going to Avis where the lady there said she couldnt do it either but she was sympathetic and called around for a place that can help me and she even had a car pick me up amd take me there. Thats what I call service. Enterprise is the worst rental experience I've ever had and I've been in the customer service business for over 30 years read more

I've rented with Enterprise in the past and always had a good experience. I made a reservation for a rental car at the location on Bay Road in Miami. I was staying at the Fontainebleau and I did not realize that there was an Enterprise location right inside the hotel. So I went to inquire about getting picked up so I could pick up my rental car, and the staff said they could probably just switch the reservation to the location inside the Fontainebleau. They were able to switch the reservation for me, and they had a car ready for me the next day. The manager who took care of this was Ron Ring, and he was very helpful. My only complaint was that the car was not clean inside (it was dusty and greasy all over on the inside) but we were in a rush so we could not go back inside to request that the car be cleaned. When I returned the rental car at the Orlando airport, I was told that the staff at the Fontainebleau location would give me a call before they closed out the transaction and I would be able to tell them about my complaint, but when they called me I was on the other line with United MileagePlus trying to get my points back from a bad hotel experience, When I called back I was told that they already closed out the transaction so they could not give me a discount for the inconvenience, but that they would put a note on my account so I could receive a discount next time I book a rental car with Enterprise. I was quite disappointed they could not do anything for this reservation, as I don't rent cars too often so I'm not sure when will be the next time I will rent a car. Nevertheless, I would recommend this Enterprise location to family and friends and will certainly use Enterprise in the future. read more
