They called me as soon as they got off the phone with my insurance and made sure what day and time I was coming in And what type of vehicle I needed. I tried to use Enterprise on a recent trip to Tampa Florida. I called the customer service number and was told there was a minivan available in Sun City Center. I had to find a ride to take me there. When I arrived, they said there were no cars available. I got back on the customer service line, and they said to go to River View. I asked if the person was at the store and they assured me they were. Arriving there they said there were no cars available there either and there was no way I called that store because she was the only person there and I didn't talk to her. We drove to Brandon Mall as suggested but there were not cars there either. The Budget Car Rental store said to go to the airport. My ride took me out to the airport, and I got a car from Avis because I could not trust Enterprise Customer Service. I even have confirmation numbers for both Sun City and River View. I called customer service again to complain, and they told me there was a lag in their system of cars being returned but offered no resolution. I paid my ride gas money and rented from Avis. Today I tried to make a complaint, but it was an AI. After making the complaint they said I had to enter my credit card number and pay for someone to help me. How ridiculous! read more

I would give this location negative stars if it was an option. My family came from Hawai'i to visit family that lives locally, and we were planning to take a trip to Florida because we have a 5 & 6 year old. Could you imagine their excitement at seeing Disney World? We called around to 5 places before we confirmed a reservation for the perfect vehicle through Enterprise. On the day and time of the pick up the manager called to say "no one had turned a van in yet" so he "will call at 2:30 PM." Time ticks by and we call him at 2:40 to check on the vehicle. He says "we close at 3 and I've been here since 8:30, and no one is ruining my weekend." My mother tells him we live 5 minutes away and we're on the way. HE HANGS UP ON HER AND CLOSES BEFORE WE COULD GET THERE. read more

Absolutely terrible will never ever ever use again. Made reservations to rent a car to go to a funeral. I spoke to three different people over the phone and have rented with enterprise before. Not a single person told me I had to have a major credit card. Not did I have to have it when I rented before. I just turned 25 I don't have a major credit card. I told called my dad who lives 3 hours away so he could use his credit card. They said he had to be In person to use his credit card. They were able to get me a car quick and it was comparable to the car that I was replacing it with. That's why I gave more than one star. In the COVID era, I am surprised and grossed out by how dirty the car was. The inside was filthy and smelled like smoke. So much so that I'm being forced to get it washed at my own financial and time expense because I could not imagine driving that for the estimated 3-6 weeks my dealership has estimated for me. read more

Unfortunately, pretty disappointed in this rental car company. I booked an appt to rent a car and was given the final price and what car I was going to be driving over the phone. When I got there, they charged me more than what they told me on the phone and didn't have the car I was supposed to be driving. Also, the car is supposed to come with a full tank of gas and the car didn't have a full tank. They charged me the max for protections instead of asking me the different price plans. I have never had such a bad experience renting a car as I did at this location. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They were 40 minutes late meeting me at the body shop a few miles from their location even though I called them a week before and an hour before they were supposed to meet me. I was told they would be there. The staff was rude on the phone and in person. The rental car was dirty. They put me in a car that was over my insurance limit without discussing it with me and charged me for and overage for the 17 days I had the car. I would not have agreed to this if they had notified me. They also charged me for two days that the body shop was supposed to pay that I discussed with them. I will never use this location again and may not ever use Enterprise anywhere again because of this experience. read more

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I was in an accident and have no other way to get around so our insurance sent us to this HORRIBLE COMPANY. After going around all day trying to find a place that had a car and not a single store had one, we were told this location would have a car at 4. We called and they told us they had a car for us and to get there in less than 20 minutes. My mom who is going through chemo had to drive all the way across town and then got there for them to tell us they didn't have the car and they "wondered why you were told there was a car." Wife called and booked a vehicle to be delivered to a nearby body shop as she was dropping off her vehicle to be repaired after someone rear ended her. From the start this entire process with Enterprise was a logistical and customer service nightmare, spanning two days. My wife spoke to the manager DEVON, and the vehicle was all arranged to be delivered to the body shop at 730am. My wife is on her way into work at Tinker and arrives at the body shop 20 minutes prior to her prearranged receipt of the rental car to be delivered to the body shop by enterprise. After they're fifteen minutes late she calls their office, no answer, and this is fifteen minutes after the office is suppose to open. After 8am the enterprise employee finally arrives and instead of being apologetic and making sure my wife gets on her way quickly, he has her wait on him while he arranges for his other vehicle which was pre positioned at the body shop to be started and pre heated for his ride back to their office, then he does the transfer of the vehicle with my wife and tells her to call her insurance company to have them commit to pay when in fact this was already done and settled with the Enterprise manager when the vehicle was reserved and scheduled days prior. My wife is now seriously late to work. They do a walk around of the vehicle and my wife finds the outside of the vehicle dirty, remnants of food inside, candy stuck to the back seat, and a fork in the back seat. When she talks to the delivering Enterprise employee, he just remarks "he's only the messenger, the vehicle was cleaned, does my wife want to go with him to get another vehicle?!" We are not unreasonable people, I can understand when the occasional hiccup happens, this was a series of errors one after the next, over and over. I called corporate, they are very apologetic, an hour later DEVON calls me back and was apologetic as well, she asks me what can she do to make it right? I tell her I think we will get another vehicle and she says she's standing by to swap them out, just give her a call. So after discussing the situation with my wife, I call Enterprise back and told "Devon the manager is with another customer", I leave a detailed message for her to please swap out the vehicle at the end of their day. Well they never show with the swap out vehicle, never call, nothing. The next day I call and Devon claims she never received the message. I could go on, but I'm not. read more

I have been using the Midwest City office of Enterprise for over three years now. I have 5 family members who drive and we have used it for insurance claims and for our family vacations when we drive. I have not been disappointed with the quality of the car/SUV that we have been given. The only problem I have ever had is a delay in the rental being at the body shop as promised and how long I have to wait to get waited on. But the wait is usually because of when I am getting my vehicle. I will continue to use them. read more

This is a great place to rent a car! I rented a vehicle from this location a few days ago. The manager was super friendly and informative. And because the car I had reserved needed a oil change, right away he upgraded me to a bigger car, a 2015 Chevy Impala. The car was clean and I was able to return the car without having to refill it...which actually saved me money in the long run. I will be renting from this location again! read more

After a HUGE debacle with the Moore location (giving away my vehicle, telling me that there were no MORE cars in the greater OKC area to rent, telling me that it was my fault when I had called them the day before to confirm my rental and that I could not pick it up at noon, and the rudeness of the office staff there, etc...) the Midwest City location came through! They are so awesome. I have used this location a couple of other times in the past when I was having repair done on my car. They are fast, efficient, super friendly and professional. This company. The employees for the most part are nice. I did have a couple of issues. I m renting a car through them by Allstate since my car is in the shop to be fixed from an accident. First even though I am renting a car through an insurance company, YOU have to pay a $50 deposit. For some, this may not be bad charge, but the accident was not my fault. They said I had to pay it because I am the one driving the car but as long as the car comes back free of damage, then I receive my deposit back. SIDE NOTE, THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONISBLE FOR ANY DAMANGE ON THE CAR. THIS INCLUDES IF YOU LIVE IN A PLACE WHERE THERE IS TORANDOS AND HAILS, THEN YOU ARE RESPONISBLE FOR THE CAR (which is why they push for taking additional insurance, that you pay for and is not covered by your insurance). Okay, sure I understand that. It would have been nice to know before hand about the deposit fee since I talk to both the Allstate company and the Enterprise company as well. Second, I picked up the car, as I was driving down the highway the same day as the rental pick up, the change oil light came on. Someone the next day from Enterprise called and asked how the car and experience was. I told her fine but the oil light came on. She said that is okay and if I want to take the car down to one of their company (firestone ect) to get the oil change I could. What?? Why would I take the time to get the car serviced when it should have already been done???? Today, while driving down the highway to get to work it started to rain. So I turned on my wipers, the wipers are no good for they smeared and made it nearly impossible to see out to drive that combined with the lights reflecting off, I was pretty much driving blind. I called a company and told them the problems (oil change and wipers). I asked to switch out cars. They said yes I could do that. I get there and they couldn't find me because I picked up the car at a different location. Okay, this is my fault, I didn't realized it matter. The guy was nice enough to call the location to see if I could be approved to switch cars. I was told I was then it change to he could do one "better". I was told they called another company that they get their cars serviced through, talked to manager and that he will change the oil and replaced the windshield wipers. So in other words, they wanted me to take time out of my day to get their car service for them like it is the costumers responsibility. This is not right. Costumers are renting a car through this company and paying for the services. It should be the companies responsibility to ensure their cars are serviceable and in proper working condition before renting the car out to a costumer. Overall, I am highly dissatisfied. read more
