Took my car into Crash Champions for repairs due to an accident that I was at no fault. I arrived at the establishment and was received by the crash champions with amazing customer service. I was also attempting to rent a vehicle with enterprise however, the quote provided incorrectly. I was not prepared for the expense when renting the vehicle. I spoke with the front desk person at enterprise by the name of Charlie. She seemed very nice very receptive. Actually had one of your team members at enterprise take me home due to the discrepancy in price. I was also instructed by Charlie that they would be picking me up when the vehicle was ready. I received a call on June 20. That said the vehicle is ready. I made a call on June 21. Spoke with Charlie. Personally let her know that I was excited that my vehicle was ready. Wanted to schedule a pick up that they had promised me for Monday to get my vehicle. at that Charlie decided to say I'm not going to shuffle people back-and-forth. You'll have to find your way. The customer service that I received when I first came in was amazing. Now that I am exiting Charlie pretty much said find your way I'm not helping you. Is this how customers are treated by Charlie. This review goes out to Mill Creek location and particularly it's representative "Zoey" - Unfortunately during an extended stay here while driving my daughter's vehicle I got rear-ended. Such is life. The at fault parties insurance company who have been great, Travlers Insurance, set me up with a rental through Mill Creek. Late, the day before having to drop off vehicle in Woodinville the morning, Zoey contacted me and told me they were the wrong location to service me. Ok, so let's move on and get it set up with Bothell, right? Not to be done. I got nothing but run around explain the car was being dropped off in theornong and I would need to be picked up and receive a car. I have responsibility's while here picking up and caring for two children - one with medical issues so not having a car available was an issue. She kept saying there would not be a vehicle available until the afternoon but could give no concrete time. Of course, evading the straightforward question was an issue for her which eventually frustrated me as I again noted my responsibilities. I guess Zoey was unable to deal with an individual being straightforward and asking for specifics so she eventually told me they would not rent to me...first, you service a major account (Travelers) and secondly if you didn't"t gave the answers you should of directly put me in touch with your Bothell location. I called what I believe was the Bothell location and they confirmed they would have a full size car available for me and gave me a number to call when I was ready to be picked up. Move to next day, I go to drop vehicle off and then proceed to contact Bothell. Spoke with Manager who tolde there was a note in system not to rent to me because of my attitude alluding I had used vulgar language which I did not - simply tried to get straight answers from Zoey who did not know how to defer from the script and assist the client. Hung up, called Travellers who confirmed that indeed there was a full size vehicle waiting for me. In the end, I did not want to get to Bothell and then once again be told they could not rent toe. And FYI regional manager needs to be spoken to...try confirming issue before stranding someone when the system shows a reservation Which again brings up ZOEY who told me they would not have a vehicle until the afternoon. Does the right hand know what the left is doing! Shame on you Enterprise for attempting to strand your corporate customers client. Learn to get the fact about vehicle availability and issues that happen due to lack of knowledge. read more

I was getting service done at the nearby Caliber Collision and was told Enterprise would come pick me up or have a car ready for me there. When the employee came to pick me up, he came driving up blasting music and then motioned for me to get into the car. It wasn't until I looked confused that he got out of the car to tell me who he was. Later on I found out the car he picked me up in is one that they rent out. Not a great look to be blowing out the speakers of a car someone is going to drive. Then, the car they ended up giving me smelled heavily of cigarettes, had a 1/4 tank, and there was grime on the gear shift. They did let me swap it out later in the day after I called customer service to complain. Overall, I would not recommend this enterprise location. read more

I had made my reservation with one, and my insurance had contacted the other... my fault, not theirs. First car I got had a flat tire. No big deal, they swapped it out, but gave me the wrong paperwork for the second car. And when I came to return the car, the woman who took the car was an absolute wench. Like seriously, super snarky and unfriendly. She's the kind of person who should be grumpy in a cubicle, not interacting with other humans. A swift, concerned, response always makes me feel better! Up to 4 stars! This Enterprise location exists to service the many auto repair shops in the area as customers who have cars in for repair need loaner cars. The actual office is tiny. The staff are friendly enough and professional. Some warnings: They will try to up-sell you on upgrading and insurance -- that's how they make their money. One thing to watch for is that at this Enterprise location car rentals are charged by the calendar day. So if you have your car for a few hours on a particular day they will charge you a full day for that. At least they waived this for me when I pointed it out. read more

This location offers competitively cheap rates. I rented a mid-sized vehicle here from Fri-Sat. for about ~$30 a day not incl ins. The service was prompt, courteous, and friendly. They picked me up on time from my place and didn't try and guilt trip me in to giving tip. The were informative and easy going. I just wish they had a few more options for other mid-sized cars. On returning the car, I was about 45 minutes late and they were cool with it. Unlike other companies, they'd charge the minute past your reservation time. Yooooo! Thank you so much! The only gripe was that I had thought I lost my ring and called them after having returned the vehicle. They said they'd look for it. I just wish they called me just to update me. read more

If you need a car sure enterprise but not this location. All they do is lie. They were to bring a car Saturday morning to the lake city location before 9:30. They could not do that. So I got to drive up there to get my rental because they could not do there job. Lake city location had to call and ask where they were and that is how I found out. I get to mill creek and Danielle (the lo Acari on "manager") greeted me and told me the car is not ready. I asked her how long it would be ( it is now 30 minutes after I was to pick up my car). She told me she is not sure and she did not know I was going. I told her she was lying because you were to have this car down to the lake city location this morning and since you could not do your job I had to come here after lake city called you. She then said yes this car was to be at lake city. She asked me if I wanted her to check how much longer it would be. I said yes. This location is horrible. This is the second time I have rented a car here and it has always been positive. They are organized and professional, but also nice and personable. One thing I LOVE: you can pre-pay your gas, at below gas station prices, and then you don't have to worry about filling it up before you return it! The car I was given was a 2017 Nissan Maxima, when I got home with it I called to tell them that the radio was broken, next day they offered a different car but I kept the one I had anyway, then I see these huge oil marks all over my driveway from their car. When I took the car back I informed them of the huge mess their car left in my driveway and showed them pictures and all they said was thanks for letting us know. Absolutely rude!!!!!!!!! I had an a vehicle reserved 8:00 am. I had my vehicle being worked on at the body shop. I was told that because I didn't show up at 8:00 am, they gave the vehicle to someone else. They told me that I had to be there between 8:00 and 9:00 am, otherwise they will automatically cancel. It started off with them pushing off a compact car when I was supposed to get a standard car, that's a down grade of a couple tiers that they tried to pass off like it was nothing. Since I'm pretty easy going I was willing to let that slide but things quickly went down hill from there. Later when they take me out back to the car it turns out to be covered in dents and scratches and hadn't been washed or cleaned inside or out and the car smelled horrible. Because I already had to wait I was running late for work, so i left hoping it just needed to be aired out. When I left from work i realized the smell wasn't getting any better and to my disgust I noticed stains on the ceiling that appeared to be vomit. Because that was after they had already closed I decided to stop by the next day on my way to work, which turned out to be a big mistake since i experienced one of the worst customer service experiences in my life. When I politely asked to exchange the car the women behind the counter snapped back that I should of called first but I'm not sure what difference that would of made, surely anything they could do on the phone they could do face to face. She quickly escalates to practically shouting about how there was nothing she could do because all their cars were booked. What about the car I had reserved the previous day but didn't get? I suggested maybe another location might have cards and she shoved a card in my face and told me I should get calling. No offer to help check which locations might have inventory, surely they have electronic inventory in 2019? Even if that's not the case they should have the courtesy to call around for the customer. Nope. So with zero help from them I was able to locate a satisfactory exchange at another location but that took nearly two hours between phone calls (mostly waiting on hold) and travel. I also reported this to their national customer care email that responded that they were going to investigate this with a high priority and the area manager would be in touch. Two days later and I never heard back even after I replied to their email. Through all of this they didn't even bother to apologize let alone do something to make it right. EDIT: In response to their reply: I've already contacted the email they mentioned a few days ago, they've yet to do anything to try to make it right so don't be fooled by there response they definitely do not 'make every effort' they don't even make minimal effort. I was in a car accident in January and my car was totaled. The at fault driver's insurance company sent me here for a rental. From the moment I tried confirming my reservation online with them and not being able to, my experience with this location only got worse. When I get there to pick up the rental, the guy behind the counter tells me he can't find my reservation. I give him my last name and he says to me, you were supposed to come in yesterday. Well actually, the vehicle had been reserved for me since the previous Friday, but thats neither here nor there so whats his point. He brings me out to the vehicle and we do a walk around. He starts the vehicle and the gas light comes on. He tells me, when I bring the vehicle back, I can bring it back at the same level and I won't be charged. Wow, really? And didn't he say I was supposed to be in the day before, so this whole time, he couldn't even go fill up the gas tank? But I didn't say anything and let it go. The guy then asks me if I'd like to add any of the insurance options. I agreed to add the 17.00 package for one day because coverage for the rental through my own auto insurance didn't go into affect until the following day. Before I left, I had to put down a 100.00 deposit and pay the 17.00 for the insurance, total 117.00. I get into the car and I noticed, the car was half ass wiped down. The windows and mirrors looked like they were quickly wiped down with a dirty rag, the car wasn't even vacuumed from the previous rental, but yet they have a tag hanging from the rearview that states, every vehicle is fully sanitized after every rental. I highly doubt that. As I drive away, I get to the light and brake, the brakes squeek. I probably should of went back, but I had been without a car almost going on a month already, that I just didn't want to deal with the hassle. A week goes by and I'm checking my bank account and I see an authorization on my bank account for 52.90 from Enterprise. Random. Not a single phone call or email from them, asking me if that was ok or even letting me know what it was for. I ended up with the rental for an additional week with an agreement through the insurance company. The branch manager Sean had called me and also emailed me and I responded via email letting him know the vehicle would be returned on the 23rd. I returned the vehicle and the next evening when I got home, I found a note on my door from the branch manager, Sean. Excuse me, but who the *%#~ do you think you are coming to my house, threatening me? What was your purpose of coming to my house? To be confrontational? Real professional. Did you forget we're in a pandemic?? If you were so concerned about your broke down dirty piece of junk car being stolen, then why not just send the police. I wouldn't even take that car if it were free. After I had returned the vehicle, I was sent an email with the summary of charges. In the summary of charges, I see that I had been charged 16.99 for 10 days of insurance, total 169.90. The deposit I initially paid, 100.00, plus the one day of insurance I only asked for, 17.00, is where the 117.00 authorization came from. Then, the random 52.90 authorization was actually for the remaining cost for the insurance. So, they've charged my bank account 169.90 without my permission. I never agreed for 10 days of insurance. I specifically told that guy I only wanted one day of insurance, but obviously he didn't understand the words coming out of my mouth. They owe me all my money back minus 17.00. I've emailed the branch manager Sean and have not gotten a response. This is what you call a shady business. If you like doing business like this, more power to ya, but if you like dealing with companies who are up front and do as they say, then stay away from this place. Their incredibly rude staff fails to communicate consistent details to the customer or come up with alternative accommodations when they are unable to provide service. I was recently told by an employee over the phone that I would've able to rent a car while my car was in the body shop next door to this location even though I was under 25, but when I arrived they told me they cancelled my reservation and would not rent a car to me even though I had insurance, clean driving record, and credit. This was incredibly inconvenient and forced me to make last minute alternative arrangements. My family has used this enterprise location for years, but will no longer after the poor customer service experience today. read more

I do not even want to give one star. They didn't fill up the tank when I rented and said I can return empty. First of all, it is hard to return empty. I is hard to empty out just before returning it. I was rear-ended and had my car fixed by a shop which is affiliated with this particular Enterprise location. The shop told me the date that my car will be ready to be picked up but at last minute they told me that my car is ready earlier than that date. They wanted me to pick my car up because they were running out of their space. So, I agreed to pick my car up much earlier than expected. Because I was expecting to rent the car till that date, I had filled up my gas accordingly. When I had to return the car earlier than expected, my rental car still had gasoline left. I requested to get a refund but they didn't even call me and when I called and explained the situation, all they say is "we do not refund for a gas. It is our policy." They do not even apologize. This is clearly their fault because they didn't fill out the gas. The worst part was that the person on the phone hang up! I just couldn't believe how bad their customer service was. Never rent a car here. They are incompetent and have absolutely no intelligence whatsoever. read more

This place is next to couple of collission shops and its natural that people are directed to this place to rent a car. I just need to warn that you may need to stay away from this rental place. My rental was from 19th 10.30am to 19th 8am and they charged me for 32 days! I pointed out this mistake , but their rude staff wouldnt agree to it. Be cautious about it. Secondly, insurance companies pay them some x amount based on your insurance ahead, but they will not give you a call or warn you that you are running out of that money. Instead you will be surprised that you are being charged extra by this rental place. I advise you to avoid this place. read more

THE MOST PLEASANT experience renting a car. I've read a lot of reviews of car rental companies scamming/swindling customers for money, so I like to stick with car rental companies that are bigger & more well known. (to me it seems like they have more accountability) I chose Enterprise for my 2 day car rental needs, and booked a week in advance online on their site. My sister's house in Washington is about 3.5miles from this Enterprise location, so my plan was to take a nice scenic jog/walk to retrieve the car. However, that morning it was rainy and cold! I vaguely remembered seeing a pick up/drop off service on their website, and decided to give them a call. The worker that answered was helpful and quickly set up the pick up. Originally, I was a bit skeptical about pick up/drop off services (because you never know who is picking you up...! IT MIGHT BE A CREEPER), but once I met the Enterprise associate that picked us up, all worries went out the door. A very professional and kind lady in her 30's dressed in a nicely pressed suit was gonna give us the ride. She was very nice and was not threatening at all. I ended up renting a Kia Rio for a total of 2 days for ~$55 a day before taxes and insurance. A bit pricier compared to other car rental companies, but for the service and professionalism, it was worth it! TIPS: - definitely take advantage of the pick up/drop off service (can be arranged the day of, but call in advance to secure the time that you want) - take notes of the car's original state before driving it off their lot.... i.e. dents, scratches, cigarette burns, etc (my associate and I took a walk around the car to note all the minor damages) - insurance is OPTIONAL!!!!! Car rental associates may word this trickily.... "would you like the premium insurance for $45 a day or the general insurance for $29 a day...?" YOU CAN SAY NO! NO INSURANCE!!! I rent vehicles 3 or 4 times a year from enterprise and I use this rental location exclusively now. The customer service is great. They are always happy and smiling. Easy to talk with and work with. The cars are clean and ready to go on time. I hope the staff that is there now never leave but that would be unreasonable because good employees always move to better opportunities. read more

It's been a little while, but wanted to say that Bryce Mudoch-Zieske was very pleasant and accommodating when I had to rent a car while my own van was being worked on. He provided a lovely SUV, was swift, yet patient, and gave a good deal even though my auto insurance didn't have car rental coverage. He picked me up at the place my van was being repaired and brought me to his company. We rented an SUV through this location to pick up on Christmas Eve. We were told we were allowed to pay with a debit card, so long as we brought proof of address in the form of a utility bill. We arrived at 8:00am to pick up the vehicle and were treated terribly. The gal at the front desk refused to let us pick up the car because we were paying with debt. She said the customer service line doesn't know what they are talking about and they are to blame. She literally would not let us rent a car without a credit card!? I jumped through all the hoops customer service gave me (changing my address with the DMV, printing the confirmation letter, bringing in proof of address) all for this lady to literally kick us out of the store on CHRISTMAS EVE. Terrible place and PLEASE don't rent from them. Also - while we were there, one of the other employees was giving incorrect information and renting out a van that had already been claimed. While this man is on the phone with a customer getting their information, he promised a van to be available while the girl that was helping us was yelling at him that they didn't have any. He ignored her and continued to rent out the car! I have never seen such disrespect and lack of care for customers. Absolutely terrible. read more

I had to rent car from this location. I had reservation for 5 days. When I returned the car, I was told by the agent at this location that it would cost be $17 as the tax exceeded my allowed insurance limit of $30/day. I agreed to pay the amount. Then after five days, I get a call from a guy working in this location asking me to pay for full day rental in addition to the initial $17. I asked Enterprise agent on what has changed since the day I returned the car. When I returned the car, I was told that I need to pay only $17, now why is asking me to pay more. I didn't get proper explanation. I rented car on Monday morning at 10 am and returned the car on Saturday morning at 9:00 am. Enterprise agent says it is counted as 6 days. If I go to Enterprise web site to rent a car, renting from Monday 9:00 am to Saturday 9:00 am is considered 5 day rental. I am not sure why it is considered as 6 days rental. read more

The car was clean and new and Stephanie was a top notch customer service agent.I got some grace on the time which was very generous after driving almost 4 hours to return it. I have dealt with this location numerous times. The staff is fantastic and very professional. Today I went into to get my rental but had an issue with bank card and was unable to get my rental (my fault for not paying attention to the new one they had sent), unable to get a rental (again my fault) and the location closing the manager Scott Hall still was kind enough to give me a lift back home on his own time on a Saturday. I deal with rental agencies across the nation frequently, but from EVERY single time I have used this location it has been OUTSTANDING. Not one to write reviews but these guys deserve it. read more

The best car renting experience compared to my first time in California. Needed a car for a few days in Washington and a different company I wanted to try was sold out. I was hesitant about using enterprise again since my first time I had used them was so awful, I vowed to never use their services. But since I was desperate I had a reservation set online for the next day for an economy car. There was some issues finding the place since it's well hidden in a shopping center near a pho place (it's also next to a 7/11) so I was a few minutes late. The staff was understanding and kind. There was no wait for a car which was soooo good!! We even got upgraded to a crossover car I believe since we ended up with a Buick instead of what I reserved for. The car was wonderful and overall everything was great. The first time I used enterprise it was a nightmare and I resisted the thought of using their services but after this one I'm very confident in choosing them again. Like it wasn't as if I told them about my previous experience, they were just ace from the start! read more

This is where esurance sent me to rent a car after I my car had been totaled in December. The lady working was nice but failed to explain there were different options for their rental insurance. Never having rented a car before, I agreed to pay $28/day for the insurance. When I couldn't afford to keep paying, I dropped the insurance and later found out I could have paid a less expensive option and still had coverage. I was in other car accident, this time in the rental. When I called to report the accident to the office, the man I spoke with said he'd write down all the information and call me back. A week later I received a call from the supervisor asking about the car because I hadn't returned it yet. I was dumb founded to learn the man didn't write anything down or pass along the information that the car was in an accident and currently sitting in a tow yard for safe keeping. They wanted me to pay my personal insurance (Geico) deductable to them immediately but agreed to wait until Geico told me they made a liability decision. Well, I guess they couldn't wait and charged my card on file anyway, without telling me or receiving my consent. They also want me to pay the extra tow fees for the car sitting in the lot because of their mistake. Shame on me for not continuing to just pay their insurance, or getting a clear understanding of what their insurance covered. But if their customer service/sales reps did a better job in the first place, this wouldn't have been such a mess! I will never recommend this particular office to anyone! read more
