The proceeded to call my husband the next day to say that the type of vehicle that I rented was not available and they would have to change his reservation. If it was unavailable then why was i able to secure rental and pay? They wanted to give him a small suv (think Nissan Rogue), but not refund the difference. Brittany, who was the person that called, said that because we prepaid for the rental she couldn't make any changes. My husband was so frustrated that he just said whatever, he needed a vehicle to drive. When I went into our reservation to see what changes were made it no longer existed. My husband got to the location today to pick up his vehicle, to be told he was going to be given a 15 passenger van. After conversation with them, he was then given a Hyundai Tucson. Far cry from the Expedition/Tahoe size we had originally reserved. Then he was surprised with another change to the rental. Evidently during the changes that were made, they did not put that he would be dropping off the vehicle at another location. When told of the error, he was told that because we prepaid changes could not be made. Now remember, they deleted the "prepaid reservation" that I made and they made another one. They should have been able to make any necessary changes to their reservation. The incompetency level at this location is beyond me. How do they function daily as a business?

They went above and beyond the call of duty when I was experiencing one of those no good, incredibly trying days that make you question what it all means. God bless octogenarians who still feel comfortable behind the wheel. If you can reach the pedals and see over the steering wheel, I say have at it! The problem is, on this particular spring day on the Gulf Coast, I ran into someone who cared more about dodging the squirrel in front of her than paying attention to the cars around her. A 35 MPH slam-bang-smash left me without wheels on a holiday weekend with no available rental cars to be found in the region. The folks at this Enterprise location spent 30 minutes making phone calls and coordinating efforts to get me back on the road. They ordered food for me, swapped out my smashed up economy car for a luxury car at no additional expense, and sent me on my way. Aside from not having an accident in the first place, I couldn't have hoped for a better outcome. Thank you, Enterprise. Notes for Enjoyable Rental Car Experiences: 1. We drove…read morealmost 100 miles to test drive a 2014 Honda Pilot, decided we liked it, our lender sent the paperwork to the dealership, "Big Al" said the title person was gone for today and he would email us anything we needed to sign in the morning, not to worry the vehicle was ours and wasn't going to be sold to anyone. The next day rolls around and we cannot get in touch with Al. Our lender cannot get in touch with Al. Finally later in the afternoon the lender gets in touch with him and he says he's going to get the paperwork (bill of sale and signed 30 day warranty guarantee) sent over which he doesn't do until the following day. We sign all necessary paperwork with the lender and call to let Al know they would be sending a check at the beginning of the week as he pushed back the paperwork until late Friday afternoon, we can't get him on the phone. Try to reach him again on Saturday and can't get him on the phone. Try to reach him again Monday and I'm sure you know how it goes at this point. The lender says they are sending a check out today. We call and can't get Al again so we call the dealership directly only to find out that they sold the car out from underneath us because Al claimed he had not heard from us or the lender and couldn't get in touch with us. Mind you I already purchased insurance for this vehicle which Geico is now charging me to cancel the policy on. Highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism. Would not recommend this dealer to absolutely anyone. You're better off taking your hard earned money somewhere else and spending it.

Unbelievably tacky, unorganized, pathetic and unprofessional. Do not rent from here. It took me 4 hours to get another truck from uhaul on a SATURDAY because it's the busiest freaking day of the week to move. The audacity to hangup on me is just so disgusting. I will never waste my time with these clowns again. The small business that rents these out is just as responsible and pathetic. How are you taking reservations you know you can't fulfill? They "play with the numbers" to get you approved which is illegal. But it got us into a vehicle so we went with it. 2. They tell you they guarantee it's going to be top notch but most of the cars they have are completely lit up with warning lights on the dash (check engine, service lights, other indicator lights), extensive visible flaws on both exterior and exterior of most all of their vehicles. 3. Here is the main problems I have had...traded a car for a truck. Gentleman who sold "my" truck to them traded it in and purchased a diff truck. This was 2.5 months ago. 2 weeks ago I was contacted by the county of mobile as my car had been impounded. The car still is still in MY name. Mobile county has contacted me 3 times, once stating I am in violation of not maintaining insurance on my vehicle. This car was supposed to have been sold by the auto group to a woman over a month ago. If they sold it, why is everything still in my name? I contacted them after the first alert that it had been impounded. Somehow though, it is still impounded as no one seems to be taking responsibility for it. In addition to that, the gentleman who traded them the truck that I purchased contacted us today to say that the finance company it was financed thru was never paid off after he traded it in. So now, here I have made payments on this truck, have it insured and registered in my name, regardless of that...the company who financed it originally for him COULD come and repo the truck because it appears as if he hasn't paid on it. The dealership DID NOT PAY OFF the remainder of his loan when he traded it in and purchased a separate truck from them. And now it is reflecting on HIS credit as having not paid. What kind of reputable company does business like this? Our particular situation, currently, is a mess. I would never recommend buying from them. Their vehicles are not in good shape, they practice in ways that are very shady. Go somewhere else.
