    My wife and I have been coming to Enterprise Rent a car for couple of years,we enjoy their service and quality of car they have on their inventory. The service is great and helpful that's why we go to Enterprise.

    Pretty bad experience overall.. 1. This location never picks up their call, so it's always a gamble going there, let alone requesting for shuttle service. Don't even bother wasting your time on hold. 2. Booked a car online and was told they overbooked upon arrival. Had to opt for their more expensive "elite" car with LIMITED milage. See #1. 3. When checking out, the lady charged me over $100 extra and was doubting my math when asked (simple multiplication). Quote, "It's the tax." LOL! Be very diligent when renting here and check every line items. Employees here WILL mess up. 4. Upon returning, they also tried to charge me $1,200 for exceeding milage limit (said I drove over 1,800 miles vs actual distance of ~400 miles), which was physically impossible for my SD trip. Once again, the employee was adamant about the number being right.. But to be fair, despite the employees' total incompetency and lack of common sense, their manager Jose did help and ultimately fixed the mistakes his team made. Come at your own risk and be VERY diligent when renting from here.

    This location in Monterey park is terrible, not even have a decent office, the staff move like snail , it seems they don't know what they are doing, keep asking each other and no line waiting. I can't believe need to wait 45 mins to just do a car rental and even have the reservation. The staff doesn't have time urgency, just chill and laid back even the ppl waiting. I won't recommend this location, is my worst experience from my car rental service

    Had to wait on hold for almost 8 minutes just to get a quote and then they didn't even have any vehicles that's terrible service

Unfortunately, in the past I've had to really put up a fight or advocate for my self to have a job well done or simply deserve and at the end I still get a job that is less than 100%. So this time around when my insurance asked me to choose a body shop - I chose MPAC in Monterey Park. Not only were they honest and friendly but they were very informative. They helped through the entire process of the insurance claim and reassured me the job would be done with detail and in an efficient manner. They delivered. I was very satisfied. The process was easy, stress free as they dealt with the insurance company directly regarding scheduling, and the repairs I needed. I felt at peace the entire time and when it was time to pick up my car (5 days later) it looked brand new. The color match was flawless and glossy. I was really impressed with the detailing they did on the body of my car. I couldn't even tell where the damage or hit was previously at. I was so happy and relieved to have my car back looking like new without the hassle or a fight. It's how a reliable and trustworthy body shop does business. I consider this a great experience. Service is professional, very freindly and respectful. MPAC is definitley the way to go if ever in a collision again! Thank you guys! My car was also vacummed and cleaned on the inside as an extra touch for great customer service.

    Avis Car Rental - This is the unfriendly, unhelpful Avis service man 1st floor that not offer no help to find keys for customers. Only take photos. BAD

    This Avis car rental at LAX location are the WORST that I have ever done business with…read more 1) Wrong vehicle was parked at the location where they tell you the parking spot. With all the luggage, you have to go back and forth to the rental office and then they assigned the right parking spot. Wasted 15 mins 2) Then you get in the vehicle and you cannot find the keys. Another lady walked to me and told me she has the same problem. They put th keys under the floor mats in her car. I found my keys in a indented corner of the front dash board that nobody can ever guest where they are. I tooks us 10 to 15 minutes to find out keys Why would any body do this to the rental car customers is beyond imagination 3) Then there is this strange useless and unhelpful employee on the 1st floor walking around. When you ask for help, he just took photos and does not do anything to help customers. Unbelievable customer service personnel. Guys on the 5th floor are professional. 1st floor where you pick up your vehicle is a total DISGRACE ! I would say who ever manage this Avis car pickup on the 1st floor has done a very poor job. Last week I went to Costco.com and made a reservation for a standard car for 4/12-14. It gave me several choices, and Avis at this location had the lowest price, I went with them. Yesterday morning I went to get my car. He advised me that he would be upgrading me to a liltle larger vehicle. Ok to that. Printed the contract and that's when the sh*t hit the fan. My cost according to Costco was $56 with taxes and fees. The contract printed out at $83. When I questioned the man about the difference, he first didnt see what the problem was, so he called who I assume was his boss, the franchise owner of this location. After conferring with his boss, I was advised the coupon that Costco applied was only for weekly rentals, and not daily - thus the difference in price. He would not honor the Costco agreed upon price and said to pay the higher or no car. This of course did not sit well with me so I called Costco travel customer service and they said the coupon was valid and that the Avis office should accept. The owner said NO, since the contract was already printed there was nothing he could do. This of course is phooey. If I found that there was a dead rat in the back that I did not see, upon my return, I would expect apologies and some type of credit back. He said NO. After the Costco man tried to talk to the owner, nothing changed. Finally Costco being the customer friendly business that they are said that after I completed the rental, they would credit me back for the difference, eating that money. I didn't make the reservation from some odd travel site, Costco.com is pretty solid for it's members. The issue should of been between this Avis office and Costco. They both had the same code, but one said good on daily and the other said only on weekly. Also, take a look at first few pictures. The red Kia SUV is what i ended up with (which was fine), except the car obviously took a trip in the desert and there is at least 1000 bugs and the windshield is splattered with bug guts. The staff offered to clean the windshield but all this took an hour and I had to go. I suggest to anyone needing a rental to NOT use this office. Despite the best efforts of the staff there, it is the owner of the franchise that has ZERO customer care and since there are plenty of options, including Enterprise, there is NO need to use.
