She wanted to rent a car so I took her on Monday to enterprise since I had corporate discount I wanted to try and use. I had already downloaded the enterprise app and had made reservations to pick up a car at 12pm. There was two staff members working that morning. One was on the phone with a customer who kindly greeted us when we arrived and other was with another family. The guy with the 1/4 sleeve ended up helping me with my pick up. Asked me to verify that I work for the corporation since I used the discount. Tried to utilize my mom's debit card to pay for the rental but unfortunately their policy is no debit cards are accepted for out of state residence which I thought was weird but I didnt fight it. I ended up using my credit card to pay for the rental and there was an additional $300 deposit on top of the reservation that gets refunded when you return the vehicle. Viewed the car, signed off on it and sent my mom off to do her errands. She calls me later telling me that the AC in the car was not working and tried to go back in to let them know because she didn't want to be liable if she returns it and they thought she broke it. My mom doesn't speak english but luckily my grandma did but they said they were unable to do anything for her. Mind you it is high 80 degrees this week so I was upset that my mom got a vehicle that does not have AC. A random number texts me the following day to ask me of my experience from enterprise and kindly it was the store manager. I expressed my frustration that my mom was given a vehicle that didn't have working AC. He kindly assisted me and apologized for her experience. He allowed my mom to go in and exchange her car without me being present which turned my experience around with Enterprise. Overall, I highly appreciate Evan's time for reaching out and helping my mom. He was very friendly and knowledgable. Made me worry less for my mom so I appreciate his assistance.

Bottles came rolling out from under the seat from whoever had it last. Dust caked on every surface. And to top it off, a busted sensor that wouldn't stop throwing a warning on the screen the entire time. When I called to get yet another car, they told me they had vehicles that just got moved from the storage lot and were being sent to the car wash. Cool. Showed up and none of that was true. They had to go "clean" one for me on the spot because the one they supposedly washed never made it back. I sat there for almost an hour waiting. At that point I just took it and left. Two dirty cars, a broken AC, a broken sensor, and a lot of talk with zero follow-through. Nobody inspects these cars before handing them out. This location needs to get it together.
