I was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and staff. I had to get a rental car due to a recall on my engine for my car, which meant I would only have to pay a $50 rental deposit that would be refunded to me when I returned the vehicle since the dealership covers the rest of the rental cost. When I arrived and signed to get my rental, I checked my account and noticed I was charged $100 by Enterprise instead. The girl who worked with me charged me the deposit and a day for the rental. I then proceeded to have a long conversation with customer service and get it refunded. Unfortunately it got worse after needing an extension for the car and instead of dealing with the dealership, when I returned the car they charged me $180. This was the same employee who overcharged me the first time. They did not apologize but offered up excuses on how the dealership didn't answer their one phone call and sent me to the dealership to get the refund. They claimed the employee was new. The dealership argued with them for over 10 minutes. I was furious that a $50 issue turned into a almost $300 issue and no repercussions were to be done. If you want incompetent workers who offer up excuses, cost you extra money and are extremely unprofessional that go her otherwise stay clear and save your money. I will never go back here again and I am sorry I don't care if you are new. If you are costing customers 300 dollars than you should be fired! read more

I made a reservation (picture included) for a car to travel to my best friends graduation as well as a funeral in Ohio this weekend. My car is currently in the shop, so I was unable to utilize it for the trip. I took an Uber ($20 by the way) to enterprise to pick it up. When I arrived I showed the confirmation to the front desk attendant who was unable to find my reservation. Another employee was also unable to find it. Subsequently, I asked if they had other options. They informed me the only option available was a minivan and that it would be nearly $700 to rent the van which is 4x the rate I was estimated and out of my budget. So, I had to take an Uber to work as well as back home (another $40). I am very upset that I am now unable to attend significant personal events of individuals who are important to me because of enterprises mistakes. They did not offer me any condolences for my reservation seemingly popping into thin air. I will not be returning nor recommending this business to anyone in the future. read more

I was extremely disappointed in the rental. I had this due to insurance reasoning. My original was supposed to be a SUV with 7 seats and I ended up with a Toyota Camry. I waited for over and hour for someone to pick us up from the car shop and found out I wouldn't be getting the SUV then. After they told me they could get me in on Sunday (this was Monday) and they would call me when it came in. I agreed although unhappy. Sunday came and they never called me, when I called back they said Gerber would not be covering the SUV that I would have to pay out of pocket. So I called Garber and they agreed to cover, called back to enterprise and once again they had no vehicles. I have 5 kids so a Camry doesn't do me and my spouse any justice when it comes to family outing. Some had to take 2 vehicles everywhere which was an inconvenience. Then I kept telling the guy that the wheel bearing sounded like it was messed up in the Camry on the driver side and he didn't acknowledge me at all. I made sure to tell him every time of the knocking that the car was making and how if you hit a bump it would make a terrible noise. They ensured after holidays they could get me in a vehicle...this never happened. I will never recommend anyone to go to the Muncie Indiana location down by Best Buy! They have terrible customer service and a terrible way of making you feel like a valued customer. read more

If there was any other place to rent a car in Muncie... If you make a reservation, it still takes 30 minutes before you can drive away, whether the car is ready or not when you get there. Run by college kids, with no clear adult supervision, or comprehension of business acumen. read more

I just finished a two week evolution requiring multiple cars. Not once did I have an issue with any of the rentals. The process was quick and easy. Most notably, Jake expertly assisted during the last rental. His willingness to make sure I was totally satisfied with the rental and transaction were outstanding. We were supposed to pick up a Chevy Cruz, the size/price of car that was covered by our insurance after having a wreck. We had to wait over 24 hours due to them not having a car available. Ok, no big deal, it is spring break. Drive 30+ minutes to pick up the car, they have a Ford Fiesta for us. Will not accommodate our rear-facing car seat AT ALL. First, they tell us there's nothing they can do. Then, they tell us we can drive another 40 minutes to Anderson location to get a car. Next, they tell us we can go pay to eat dinner/entertain our kids for two hours while they figure something out. I won't even go into how rude the "manager" was. Finally, they say they're going to go get the car and deliver it. Two hours later, still no car. Call and tell me how again, it's not their fault, and that they'll be there maybe by 7:30p. That's 90 minutes later. Horrible customer service. The red-head "manager" should be fired. Never once apologized. Never once realized we weren't being difficult, it simply wasn't safe for us to put our seat/kid in that tin can of a car. read more

This office is one of the most effectively ran Enterprise offices that I have done business with. The staff is helpful, friendly and as others have said you don't have to wait long. My representative "Ty" was responsive, picked us up in a timely manner, ensured that I understood the van features and our contract. He was just exceptional! PS: The cars at this location are generally clean. Something that is difficult to get when renting from Enterprise. This rental did require vacuuming some missed spots but Ty took care of it promptly and professionally. Thank you! read more

I have rented a bout six rental cars from this enterprise and never have I had a bad experience! The customer service is always outstanding and I never have to wait long. I definitely would recommend this place to rent a vehicle from them. read more
