Enterprise in Anderson truly went above and beyond for us! It was an extremely busy weekend, and most of the rental cars in the area were completely sold out. Even with the limited availability, the team did not rush us or brush us off. Since we already had a reservation, they took the time to listen, work through the issue, and ultimately found a vehicle for us. A special shoutout to Natalie she was absolutely phenomenal! She was patient, kind, professional, and genuinely understanding of our situation. You could tell she truly cared about helping us instead of simply saying there was nothing she could do. Her positive attitude and exceptional customer service made a stressful situation so much easier. We are extremely grateful for Natalie and the entire Anderson Enterprise team. I will never rent from here ever again. I rented a car for the whole month of April. I took the car back on April 30th. the refunded a card that wasn't the card that it was taken out on. I repeatedly said what card to put it on, that I wanted it put back on the original card. well got my receipt and it was NOT refunded to my account. I went back in and told them and they said there's nothing they can do. now here a month later I still have not got my deposit back that they claimed they refunddd to me. I'm contacting main office and if I still do not get any answers I will be taking them to court. Be very very careful if you use this place. They will steal your money. read more

Not impressed lately. I have used the Anderson and Muncie locations for years and have been very pleased with their timeliness and availability. Over the last year their availability has declined dramatically. The last 4 times I have attempted to rent a vehicle, while my personal cars are being serviced, there has been NO availability anywhere around within a 40 mile radius. Even when attempting to book 3-4 days ahead of time. This is a clear business decision to prioritize the cars elsewhere leaving this area with no local options. Frustrating! read more

parents (age 85 and 89) had to get a rental while their car was in body shop. due to auto strike, had to have rental 66 days. when we signed agreement they ask if there would be any other drivers, I said yes I might drive it here and there. at closing charges them $990.00 At $15 dollars a day for extra driver (me). We were not told about the excess charge or we wouldnt have done it... was not told about the 15 a day charge. read more

Go anywhere but here they are liars. Yesterday moved up my reservation gentlemen I spoke to said all I needed was a debit card or credit card 250 down deposit I agreed to that. Told them the address on account is no longer a valid address Then crazy stuff started to happen. Their driver went to my old house it was vacant as I said When their driver picked me up. He asked about Dr I vers liscense and credit card . Showed him debit as agreed upon and driver's license. I noticed on radio he was on a phone call. The call was to scatterfield rd Enterprise. They fed driver questions to ask me. By the time I got to Enterprise I walked in and suddenly can I needed two utility bills said do not have but I have 2 letters from social security. Needless to say they did not accept these. So no rental. This rental would have changed my life. Truely they do not even deserve 1star. read more

I have used enterprise at this location for a few years now. They are always so kind and have the BEST customer service. After booking a reservation for a vehicle from Friday to Sunday, which it's free to book in advance, I went to get the vehicle. I had a terrible day before hand and was hoping things would go smooth. David Ryan, the Branch Rental Manager, took such great care of me and my family. I told him my car was in the shop and he was empathetic and understanding. I see so many bad reviews about enterprise but I have done business with the Anderson location many many times and they have always been very professional, kind and met all my standards! I have never once had an issue! The process is always quick and easy, not complicated at all. The reps are always considerate and kind And I've always enjoyed each vehicle ive rented, from a Nissan Sentra to a Dodge Ram... My only complaint is I think the vehicles could be cleaned a little better after and before each renter. (I'm slightly OCD) but when I get into a rental I don't want to see fingerprints all over the windows from the last people who rented the vehicle, but that's nothing major! read more

Needed a one way reservation from Anderson to the IND airport. This could not be accommodated per Enterprise. I was only able to rent a car from Anderson and return it to Anderson. What an utter waste. Will never use Enterprise ever again, Budget was much more accommodating. Enterprise deserves 0/5 stars and an F- grade. read more

Just had the BEST customer service experience from any business in Anderson, IN. Enterprise picked me up from my house--with my 2 children in tow--and then one of the friendliest people I have ever met drove me to get my rental. Meanwhile, my youngest son (who hadn't taken a nap today) fell asleep in his carseat. My driver said, there's a chance that this is the car you are renting so when we get there I will go check with my manager. When we got to the store, the manager not only said that the car could be my rental but he very quietly came out to the car and took the rest of the information he needed on a tablet so that I did not have to leave my kid sleeping in the backseat. This is above and beyond customer service and I will not only ALWAYS use Enterprise when needed, but I will recommend them to anyone else who needs their services. read more

Sorry to say, the Anderson Indiana Enterprise rent a car staff / manager was very disappointing.... We rented a car, using a debit card, for the Memorial day weekend and had a slow tire air leak from day one. We filled the tire as the warning light warned of low pressure and advised Enterprise of this issue. We returned the car on Tuesday, only to be told that they could NOT refund the, required, $200 deposit without manager approval !!!..... We were told the manager was on vacation and NONE of the staff members could return our deposit money... We have been waiting almost a week for the deposit to be returned, even went back to the rental office today (Saturday), but again, were not refunded our deposit. It seems unreasonable that we have been delayed so many days in receving our deposit money returned, I am very disappointed in how the company, Enterprise, has handled the refund of deposit and will defenetly be warning our friends and family to beware of this loophole that we have been victems of.... read more

I have had very good success with Enterprise. I have rented multiple times and have fast service and upgrades when necessary. This last time the service was no different. My only complaint is that someone had smoked in the car and had saturated the car with smoke smell. I purchased vent fresheners with a smoke neutralizer which worked well. read more

During the great snowstorm of 2013 we had our carport fall on our car requiring a week long trip to the body shop. They gave us a really cool car and were VERY nice. Would go there again at any time!! read more
