    I was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and staff. I had to get a rental car…read moredue to a recall on my engine for my car, which meant I would only have to pay a $50 rental deposit that would be refunded to me when I returned the vehicle since the dealership covers the rest of the rental cost. When I arrived and signed to get my rental, I checked my account and noticed I was charged $100 by Enterprise instead. The girl who worked with me charged me the deposit and a day for the rental. I then proceeded to have a long conversation with customer service and get it refunded. Unfortunately it got worse after needing an extension for the car and instead of dealing with the dealership, when I returned the car they charged me $180. This was the same employee who overcharged me the first time. They did not apologize but offered up excuses on how the dealership didn't answer their one phone call and sent me to the dealership to get the refund. They claimed the employee was new. The dealership argued with them for over 10 minutes. I was furious that a $50 issue turned into a almost $300 issue and no repercussions were to be done. If you want incompetent workers who offer up excuses, cost you extra money and are extremely unprofessional that go her otherwise stay clear and save your money. I will never go back here again and I am sorry I don't care if you are new. If you are costing customers 300 dollars than you should be fired!
